Here is the reorganized text:
One thing I want to note about this upper display is that it's not an OLED screen. Okay, so if you're interested in understanding the difference between OLED and non-OLED screens, you can kind of see the difference in brightness between the two. And obviously, like any app, you can basically take it and move the app up to the other display so that you have your stage manager working.
And now, what I want to do is also take my Dell tablet which is a Windows PC to give you an idea of using a Windows device with this portable monitor. Again, this is my Dell tablet, and you'll definitely notice that from the top down view, the Dell tablet is not as bright and vibrant as an OLED screen. Um, I didn't want you to get the impression that this screen does not look nice, cuz it does. But compared to like an OLED screen, there's just no comparison to it.
Just a normal screen. So again, you're seeing the black bars on the side, it's because I don't have the display properties set up, and I'm going to go ahead and choose to extend the displays, and now you can see that this is using the full resolution. I'm going to keep the changes.
One of the things you can do is if you look at I have the standard display selected right here, and if I scroll down, I can go to my Advanced display settings. This is Windows 11, and if I pop this up, you'll see it actually has a 60 HZ and a 40 HZ refresh rate.
Now that's my main screen on the tablet here, but if we hop back over to screen number two, do the exact same thing, we can then pop up this menu, and you'll see that it has 59, 60, and then 100 Hertz refresh rate. So I'm going to keep that so now I have the appropriate refresh rate on this monitor.
Things will display faster, so if I want to play games on this monitor, I can, and it'll have a lot higher refresh rate. If I go ahead and move this over to the other screen here, one of the things that you'll notice is that this does have HDR support.
So if I click in here even though it doesn't say "HDR" for games and stuff, it does have HDR video streaming, and that's turned on. And that's another sort of powerful feature about this portable monitor in particular is that it does have HDR capabilities for when you're watching videos.
So basically, HDR will sort of adjust your screen based on what's showing on the screen so if it is a darker screen, it'll maybe brighten it up a little bit or if you have a really bright sun in the background, it won't wash out like the clouds and stuff that you're seeing here.
But all in all, when it comes to Portable monitors like I said there are so many. I mean, it's like it's like the new hotness right everyone has these portable monitors that they're wanting to sell you can you can buy more portable monitors for $70 bucks but it's just going to be a 13in 1080p no HDR uh regular plain old refresh rate.
And that's why I'm bringing this to show you guys, this is an awesome display that I am most definitely going to use. I might go ahead and use the uh Visa mount in the back to kind of put it up with some of my other monitors maybe I need to have 13 monitors across the wall back here who knows anyway.
Again, this is the frenzy 18.5 portable monitor. Thanks to them for sending this over for me to be able to share with you guys.
