Do this after Updating to iOS 15.1

**Apple Enables Share Play for Facetime with iOS 15.1**

In a recent update to iOS 15.1, Apple has enabled Share Play for Facetime, allowing users to share their screen and watch movies or TV shows simultaneously with others on a Facetime call. This feature is particularly useful for remote work, online meetings, and social gatherings where sharing content in real-time is essential.

To enable this feature, users need to go to the Notifications settings and turn off Share Screen while allowing notifications. If you don't want the other person you're sharing your screen with on a Facetime call to see your notifications, make sure to toggle off this option. This will prevent them from seeing any notifications as they come in.

**ProRes Video Capturing Now Available**

Another exciting feature coming to iOS 15.1 is ProRes video capturing, which was previously only available for professional-grade cameras. However, with the latest update, users can now capture ProRes videos directly from their iPhone. To enable this feature, head over to the Camera app and go to the Format section. Look for the Apple ProRes Video option and toggle it on. This will allow you to capture high-quality video at 4K resolution with excellent color grading and audio.

**Auto Micro Toggle**

For micro photography enthusiasts, a new toggle called Auto Micro has been introduced in iOS 15.1. This feature allows the camera to automatically switch between the ultra-wide lens and telephoto lens while taking photos of small subjects. However, when this feature is enabled, the camera will not switch from the ultra-wide to the telephoto lens, which can be a major improvement for micro photography. Make sure to enable Auto Micro on your iPhone 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max models if you want to take crisp and high-quality photos of small subjects.

**Carrier Updates and App Store Checks**

After updating to iOS 15.1, it's essential to check for any carrier updates and install them immediately. To do this, go to the Settings app, then select General, and tap on About. If there are any carrier settings updates available, you'll see a pop-up notification. Make sure to update your carrier settings within the About section to ensure better call quality and performance.

Additionally, head over to the App Store to check for any available updates for your apps. Even if you have automatic app updates enabled, sometimes these do not appear within 24-48 hours. By manually checking for updates, you can ensure that your apps are running with the latest features and fixes.

**Minor Bugs and Glitches**

While iOS 15.1 has many exciting new features, there may be some minor bugs and glitches that need to be addressed. These include camera freezes when launching the Camera app or not functioning altogether. Some users have also reported issues with CarPlay compatibility and network performance problems. These are just a few examples of minor issues that may arise after updating to iOS 15.1.

won't be able to see your notifications as they come in now another great feature coming to the iphone 13 pro models with ios 15.1 is prores video capturing however this option is turned off by default so you want to head on over into settings you want to go to the camera extension and you want to go into format under format you find the apple pro res video option this option again is off by default but if you want to capture prores video you want to make sure you enable this particular option within the settings extension for the camera now there's also a new toggle that was much needed for micro photography at the bottom of the screen here auto micro this allows the camera to not switch from the ultra wide to the telephoto while you're taking a microphotography this is a toggle that i've been wanting because when i got really close to a subject the camera will switch automatically and the subject would just move out of frame since the camera lenses are precision differently this is the option that you want to enable again on the iphone 13 pro and 13 pro max models if you want to take a really nice crisp and have more control over your micro photography that's something that helps there's minor hiccups and glitches within the software i've noticed that the camera sometimes freezes when i launch the camera or it won't work all together carplay compatibility issues some apps may be crashing network performance issues as well which i'll talk about in a later video and of course some users are also experiencing the a bug that tells you that your storage is full when
