Good Morning: A Glimpse into the Life of a Jeep Enthusiast

As I sat down to record this video, I couldn't help but think that it was already 2:00 p.m., yet the time on my watch read 5:19. It seemed like only a short while ago that I had woken up in the morning, and now here we were, well into the afternoon. But as I looked around at the park where we were currently located, I realized that it was actually 5:19 p.m. - time flies when you're having fun! With a winch on board, our trusty Jeep gladiator was ready to take on whatever adventures came its way.

Bobby had been tasked with picking up the truck, while I would be handling the winch. As we set off towards Shane's house, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. This was going to be the first mod that I had purchased for my Jeep, and finally, it was time to get it installed. With a little bit of luck and some TLC, this 12,000-pound winch would make our off-roading experiences a whole lot easier.

As we pulled up to Shane's house, I couldn't help but think about the progress that had been made on our vehicles so far. The blazer was off to get fixed, and with any luck, it would be back on the road in no time. We were also working on finishing up our cars and coffee toy drive event, which was going to take place despite the weather forecast predicting -10 degrees Celsius. I had every intention of driving my Jeep to this event, winch and all, because what's a little cold when you're passionate about off-roading?

We spent some time discussing the importance of having a winch on our Jeep, especially if we were going to be taking it out for extended periods. With the right equipment, we could tackle even the toughest terrain with ease. Shane had recently returned from vacation and had brought back a wealth of knowledge and experience that he was eager to share.

As I continued to talk, I couldn't help but chuckle at some of the humorous anecdotes that came flooding back. From getting stuck in various predicaments to sharing stories about other people's misadventures on the road, it seemed like every Jeep owner had a few war stories to tell. And with our Jeep gladiator and its trusty winch by its side, I was confident that we were well-equipped to handle whatever came our way.

But before we could even think about getting back to work, we received some news from the farm where we often go off-roading. It seemed that hunting season had started, and unfortunately for us, the hunters at the farm had expressed their displeasure with having trucks like ours parked on their property. We would have to wait until next time before we could set foot in that particular area again.

As I wrapped up this video and prepared it for release, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation for what was to come. Our Jeep gladiator, with its trusty winch by its side, was ready to take on the world - or at least our local off-roading trails. And as we looked forward to the days ahead, one thing was certain: life as a Jeep enthusiast would never be dull.

as today we're taking the Duramax that's right it's finally time for some truck content okay good morning and welcome back to the channel I hope you guys are having a great day as always it's a beautiful day a little chilly a little windy but the Sun is out and it is the perfect day for a little truck content as you can see we have the lbz and the OG dirty max chillin in the driveway pretty big difference I would say now before I get into the upload I want to switch cameras because I just got the GoPro Hero 8 as you guys know the GoPro is my choice for filming and right now I'm using a seven can maybe see in the mirror here a seven here's the 8 so we're gonna switch right now okay and now we are using the 8 yes the lbz and the LLY chillin in the driveway together man I can't believe that this truck used to look like that isn't that like pretty crazy I can't even believe it that's how tiny it was stock is just no good so I can't wait to get this thing into the shop and start working on it because it needs it real bad but you can see a pretty big difference there between the lly and the new LBZ needs a lift kit ASAP luckily we got one and that will be installed shortly but I figured while the truck is stock and while we have it before you know before it gets modified why don't we do a little comparison and what better comparison between trucks is there than a friendly little tug of war but first before we do that I want to try to get the Blazer running because I want to have some fun with that vehicle so onto the Blazer it is let's go I'm excited to get the Blazer rocking and rolling a little cold start action here mmm low cold spectacular as the cr1 cold starts but it's still pulled its own way we'll say with this new hero 8 is it looks like it does a lot better of a job with glare and dealing with sunlight it looks like the glare isn't nearly as bad on the screen when there's a lot of Sun and like when it's hitting the lens at a certain angle so that's pretty cool if you hear a lot of like wind noise today in the vlog don't be too hard on the hero 8 it is very windy so if the audio isn't like awesome don't blame it on the new GoPro it's just a really windy day boys we are here and the wind is extreme if you're wondering how I got the trailer over here even though I forgot to hook it up because I was filming that's what we like to call editing magic but though we're at the Blazer and I paid attention to all the comments that you guys were putting in the last upload about this truck it seems most people are in agreement that it is the distributor because it tries to crank so we have power we definitely have air water in there so the only thing left is spark we must not have any spark right there get that out of the way and there is our distributor which it does look pretty wet down there and I guess the thought is that if they do get wet they don't work good thing about the Blazer is everything is really easy to get to and I designed it that way because I am in fact a genius but yeah everything is easy to get to with the Blazer we also really need to paint this thing because it's been sitting out and I'm trying to find a storage like unit for it I mean I can find one I just haven't like wanted to really buy and want to store it inside because no storing it outside is just not gonna be good for it in the long run but we can get to that in the meantime I want to get it painted drop some color ideas below I was gonna go like I was thinking like real bright like do like yellow or orange or something which would be cool but then I thought like I don't know maybe stick with the military theme and do the flat green of a comment below tell me what you think it actually looks pretty dry in there which is kind of bad I was hoping it would be wet because then that would be obvious as to why it wasn't turning over but everything looks actually really dry so that could mean that something else is our issue hopefully not though let's try to fire it up one more time and see if it works nope got that unplugged I did buy a new one I think it was like twenty three dollars so I figured what the heck we'll put that on and then we'll give her a shot hopefully this works look at street speed 7 1 7 fixing stuff I've never seen anything quite like it everything's plugged in right there in order you though there's no way but a lot a lot of these prongs are all screwed up but could this be it that business unplugged hold on let me try to fix those little teeth in there I'll try to get them straight that could be it I don't know I mean could it be that stupid and how did this come unplugged then when it was parked god dang it no hell yeah fixed all the teeth feels like it plugs in fine I have no idea how that came unplugged but that wasn't it either if you do have any ideas let me know in the comments I am completely out of ideas myself that's where we're leaving the blazer for now is way heavier just because it's heavier not I mean it's faster or stronger but that literally is the only thing that matters in the tug-of-war is weight and traction he has new traction dude those tires are fine and they're huge no way that Ford's gonna lose to that Duramax oh my god before it's gonna win no problem you got way more traction and you got more weight that's all right Andy's raring to go here he's feeling real ugh yeah I just I'm not gonna look yeah actually get it over with so I can afford it's way heavier I don't know maybe maybe the the GMC will surprise us all yell inch hole so did he he was cheating and he was in four-wheel drive the whole time lie lie that you liar yeah your u-joint I hope it breaks yep that's exactly what you deserve Steve that's what you get in choir line the whole time at this rate no wonder 141 rely area although I am full of four wheels so do you that's even I had a total of four wheels you had a total of six no not at all you guys had is that okay nice so yeah cheater we lost the wheel and I didn't put it on the Internet unreal well had one of our trucks been in four-wheel we definitely would have won but Steve didn't tell us we were gone for four-wheel you won't do it you won't do it everyone after seeing how the lbz did against the dodge on street tires I knew that it was not gonna have any chance against this truck so I figured why bother it would have been cool to see it but a little unnecessary and we didn't want to overstay our welcome at that place we felt like the cops were probably gonna be on their way now ladies and gentlemen for something pretty sad I lined up a blazer and the blazar saga at the farm it's out of my hands now and whatever's wrong with it I don't know I can't figure it out and I don't know how the tow truck it's a big one it is a big one Anthony brought out the big truck sorry it's a little narrow but yeah that's it so it cranks but it got nothing out put a new distributor a new cap and everything checked all the wires seems good it tries to start but it will just it doesn't try and me but it cranks so I don't think it's like you know Hydra locked or anything but it was in the pond so now it could be any number of those it was in Britain I mean it was airborne and then landed in the pond a rollcage you'll be safe I think it's a neutral I hope born there we go the Blazer is moving it's moving good it's good to see it rolling again now utterly break you break yeah you can take these bars off if you need better access you just unbolt them and the hole and they come off it's pretty easy to work on though I mean you have unlimited space really full body please yeah it's way easier than any full-bodied vehicle i Bottomly did you oh heck yeah that did that's where it's at stainless steel like a DeLorean or Tesla truck silver there we go little orange yeah we got to get this thing painted I do want to paint that there's a lot of exposed metal here I mean other than that it's pretty I mean it's just a stock blazer so everything's standard it's a Chevy 350 everything is normal you know some some things are in a different location but they're all it's all there it'll spin in it's pretty cool though you can spin one one way and the other one goes the opposite direction you can see that that's that posi rear I do want to get the welded if I want to weld that dip up you all about deaf but okay all right I definitely want it because we can do some maths kids goodbye blazer the good thing is I do think it's something small so he'll get it fixed up pretty quick it's so sad I wish I could see like I do wish I could kind of see the reactions of people on the road like what the heck is that but it's freezing I'm getting back in the truck but uh there you go little blaze our update I tried guys I tried and I failed which happens sometimes a lot of times the important thing is it will get fixed market 5pc my clocks are all wrong by the way so if you now we're already in park I am picking up the winch for the gladiator Bobby has the actual truck so I'm gonna pick up the winch real quick and then we're gonna take that to Shane's and drop it all off to get the winch installed so finally the gladiator will have the winch now this is like this is like the first mod that I bought for the Jeep and we just didn't have a chance to get it installed yet finally can do that so that front bumper is gonna look a lot more complete there's like a whole open spot for it it's gonna look good and it's going to be functional this is a good one this is a I think a 12,000 pound winch so we're at least a 9500 up further I do let me pack this up we'll get her installed God things like on her pounds yeah a little smittybilt buddy little Betty they can't leave dad yeah oh my god we always got to read how to keep your winch a Peabody you study that I made you snap I'll give you a test tomorrow only one and it lasted like four years oh yeah no it's an awesome truck I love it yeah it's a real truck yeah just needs metal fenders and forties I think little backstory Shane was on vacation out of the country first time ever which was awesome he's like to hmm maybe both the window on it just you need to plate what's it up looking good on there really does fill out that bumper quite well it looks a lot better with a win John I feel like every Jeep has to have a winch especially if you're gonna do like a big off-road bumper so winch is on just gotta get that L plate thing and then you can unbolt it and then put it back on shouldn't be too hard the chains got everything attached the little control box is up here wiring run thank you buddy appreciate you hey you've seen some of the places where I've been stuck but ideally you should be good in any situation with this winch and the gladiator back at Holman sorry that some of the audio during the video might have been a little screwed up that's because this new hero 8 has a mic on the side where I normally hold my hand so if I put it here like normal so I have adjusted and I'm holding it a little differently now you might be able to see in the glasses there how I'm holding it it's so it's a little different sorry I didn't realize that I always have to adjust with the GoPros you have to figure out they're a little quirky dog would love them but they're great and so you might hear some distorted audio in this upload and not much I think there was only like one or two clips and then in tomorrow's upload there might be a couple more because I filmed some of that today but a lot of progress made today the Blazer is off to get fixed I've already got word that it's not too bad so the Blazer should be back like real soon and it will be at our cars and coffee I don't care if it's negative 10 degrees I'm driving it to the Cars and Coffee toy drive so if you want to see the Blazer come out it's going to be awesome I think I'll put like a bear in the passenger seat or something but yeah that's it so it cranks but it got nothing out put a new distributor a new cap and everything checked all the wires seems good it tries to start but it will just it doesn't try and me but it cranks so I don't think it's like you know Hydra locked or anything but it was in the pond so now it could be any number of those it was in Britain I mean it was airborne and then landed in the pond a off if you need better access you just unbolt them and the hole and they come off it's pretty easy to work on though I mean you have unlimited space really full body please yeah it's way easier than the winch real quick and then we're gonna take that to Shane's and drop it all off to get the winch installed so finally the gladiator will have the winch now this is like this is like the first mod that I bought for the Jeep and we just didn't have a chance to get it installed yet finally can do that so that front bumper is gonna look a lot more complete there's like a whole open spot for it it's gonna look good and it's going to be functional this is a good one this is a I think a 12,000 pound winch so we're at least a 9500 up further I do let me pack this up we'll get her installed God bumper quite well it looks a lot better with a win John I feel like every Jeep has to have a winch especially if you're gonna do like a big off-road bumper so winch is on just gotta get that L plate thing and then you can unbolt it and then put it back on shouldn't be too hard the chains got everything attached the little control box is up here wiring run thank you buddy appreciate you hey you've seen some of the places where I've been stuck but ideally you should be good in any situation with this winch and the gladiator back at Holman sorry that some of the audio during the video might have been a little screwed up that's because this new hero 8 has a mic on the side where I normally hold my hand so if I put it here like normal so I have adjusted and I'm holding it a little differently now you might be able to see in the glasses there how I'm holding it it's so it's a little different sorry I didn't realize that I always have to adjust with the GoPros you have to figure out they're a little quirky dog would love them but they're great and so you might hear some distorted audio in this upload and not much I think there was only like one or two clips and then in tomorrow's upload there might be a couple more because I filmed some of that today but a lot of progress made today the Blazer is off to get fixed I've already got word that it's not too bad so the Blazer should be back like real soon and it will be at our cars and coffee I don't care if it's negative 10 degrees I'm driving it to the Cars and Coffee toy drive so if you want to see the Blazer come out it's going to be awesome I think I'll put like a bear in the passenger seat or something also we got kicked out of the farm it's hunting season and the hunters there who use the property were upset that we had trucks there and we're making a bunch of noise I guess the wildlife didn't like it the deer score one for the deer ride I guess they got away with that one because now they're not gonna get hunted at least not there but we're not going to be able to go back to the farm for a little while again we are sharing that area so not sure when we can go back honestly so we got kicked out but again it
