going to find a better one anywhere look at that glaze top all right okay this has been cut now the burger part this is a little over a pound of burger maybe a pound and a quarter we'll make a pounder flatten it down a bit we don't want to work the beef too much this is the way it comes out of the machine so why toughen It Up by Smashing it and tightening it right just let it lay loose like the way it comes out of the grinder machine just like that there you go whoa you've been here before put it on your grill and we're going to put it right there we got some bacon going on you know all about the bacon right that won't take long all right looks good oh you can smell that bacon man yeah the bacon will be the magic of this cinnamon roll Burger man nice and slow pound Burgers only here oh take a look at that and we'll just put a little bit of a little SPG on there there we go oh yeah good a few more minutes to go all right all right let's check this out we should be just about to check that bacon water bacon has been smoked can get that off now like I said this is the magic of this uh this burger right now we're gonna add a little bit of cheese right so this is how we're gonna do it we've got some pepper cheese here this is habanero you've seen this before right plenty of heat in here it's a great cheese to have around so we're just going to grate a little bit of it like that enough all right I'm gonna take that and let that melt that won't take long at all the cover on for sure right all right that burger is just about done now we're gonna put a little spread on here we got some hot pepper uh bacon Jam here we'll just spread it on you can put whatever you want on it right I mean uh that's Pit Master privilege and get that spread on there oh man okay this is gonna be
