The Art of Making Chicken Rice Adobo: A Delicious and Savory Dish

First, we need some ingredients. What I have here are boneless chicken breasts. You can use any kind of chicken; I just like these because they're pretty healthy. Now, what I'm gonna do is add in four tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of vinegar, three cloves of chopped garlic, and a tablespoon of brown sugar, which is totally optional. And of course, some pepper. Some people ask why don't you add salt because the soy sauce gives your your sodium and in a concise salty flavor. But I'm just gonna mix this up till it's well combined.
I have to say, guys, this smells so good already. It's got that adorable flavor smell and I shouldn't say flavor but smell to it now. Now, I should say you can marinate this for as long as you want; it's totally optional. You know, for 30 minutes even overnight, but I'm in a hurry here, so I'm just gonna do it as is. Okay.
Now, what I've got here is a cup of rice that I've rinsed. I'm just gonna add this to the dish. This is a long grain rice; you can use the rice of your choice. Just as long as you've rinsed it after that, a half a cup of frozen mixed veggies, a couple of bay leaves, and a cup of chicken stock. You can use vegetable beep, whatever you like. I just like chicken stock.
So, we're just gonna give this a mix up, put my chicken in along with the marinade, and pour it over. Now, we're gonna bake this at 350 Fahrenheit, 177 Celsius for about 45 minutes after 45 minutes, this looks and smells absolutely delicious. And there you have it, our baked chicken rice adobo flavor.
