The LG Ultra Wide Display: A Review of the 34UC87C
As I can be seen from the video, the LG ultra wide display is quite large, barely fitting into the space where it's being displayed. This particular model is the 34UC87C, which shares similarities with my triple monitor setup on my desk and in my office. However, there are some key differences between this and my current setup. For one, this model does not have a Thunderbolt port, making it an attractive option for those who don't require this feature.
Fortunately, the 34UC87C can still work seamlessly with Macs, thanks to its HDMI output. Many Apple laptops come equipped with an HDMI port, which allows users to connect this display to their device. Additionally, there is a display port option available if you prefer to use that instead. Furthermore, this IPS panel offers four screen split options, allowing users to set up different workspaces and improve productivity.
In my setup, I have three of these or very similar models (the UC97), which are nearly identical but lack the adjustable stand feature that I find useful. When installing the stand, it's recommended to place the display down onto this foam piece for optimal stability.
One question that comes to mind is why one would want a super wide or ultra wide display like this. In my case, I find that it's useful for multitasking and setting up multiple windows at once, whether it's text documents, email clients, browser windows, or even multiple YouTube videos. This extra real estate can significantly improve productivity, especially when working on a laptop.

In this case, we have a 3440x1440 resolution, which is ideal for many applications, including Hollywood cinema. lot of hollywood cinema 21x9 to be more specific the fact that it's an ips display is important because you're going to get probably the best viewing angles of any display technology now in this case we have the display hooked up to a 13-inch macbook pro and as you know if you work on a laptop this extra real estate can really improve your productivity it's connected to the hdmi port but as mentioned before you have a display port option if you prefer to use that and there's also usb expandability so if you have a laptop setup with this you can leave some peripherals connected to the
