EZDIY-FAB SLIM DUAL FRAME 120M ARGB FAN REVIEW -- LGH

Here's the rewritten content:

**Can PWM Fans Be Used in a Radiator?**

I've been asked this question before, and I wanted to share my experience with you. So, can PWM fans be used in a radiator? Well, let me tell you, those fans were cool, but in a radiator or anything like that, those other fans were completely useless in my opinion.

**Push-Pull Configuration**

However, if you do a push-pull configuration, I don't know what it would be totally like in a normal config because the static pressure still isn't there. I think they're 1.2 or something like that, which isn't horrible but it's not great compared to a Corsair.

**Game Room System**

But let me tell you, I've never had my CPU break 30-32 degrees and the GPU in there has never broken about 28, which is actually pretty awesome for an RX 580. Again, I'm not doing a lot of 4K video, that kind of stuff, just odd gaming on it, and so far, it has not been pushed.

**Easy DIY Fab Fans**

Now, let's talk about the Easy DIY Fab fans. Look at that, it's a very smooth transition with these fans, the lighting is top-notch, I have to say. Easy DIY Fab has nailed it with these fans, and for $40 Canadian, that is just absolutely amazing.

**Five-Pack Option**

And if you're looking for something like this, they also have a five-pack option available, which would be around $50-$59. Now, where are you getting fans for about 10? That is just phenomenal with a really nice controller, that's awesome!

**PWM Control**

Let's slow it down, they're speeding it up and they're slowing it down, and then whatever colors you'd like to add to it, I love white red, that has been becoming like a huge thing for me. Just love that color.

**Adding White to the Build**

I was always just building red, then I was like, "I gotta add a splash to this." So adding the white to it was just wow! Guys, I just wanted to show you the other options from Easy DIY Fab. This is a phenomenal fan kit for $40 Canadian.

**Motherboard Control**

And as far as motherboard control goes, well, you know what your motherboard can and cannot do, and it will provide that to the fans, but again, you can't really beat the airflow with these fans.

**Comparison to Corsair Fans**

Now, I'm not trying to compare it with a Corsair or a Noctua or anything like that, so let's just say we're not comparing the price tag. If you take this three-pack kit and put it up against the Corsair, which I've actually reviewed before, they're around $150 for three.

**Conclusion**

So guys, I want to get it done for you as I'm building a machine right now or upgrading a machine for a customer, I wanted to make sure that hey, I'm using those fans that everybody's been asking about. Let's get a review done and show the people you're not going to be upset or lose out on getting this kit.

**Amazon Affiliate Store**

I will leave a link down below for both the three-pack and the five-pack. If you want to help the channel, I have an Amazon affiliate store, so if you're looking for anything like this, it's wonderfully hot in here, then if you buy them through my affiliate, I get a little kickback and it really helps the channel.

**Game Over**

So guys, thank you for watching until next time. Game over!

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhello guys and welcome back to another episode of the last game hunter and today we're actually going to take a look at easy diys rgb dual slim 3-pack now what's really good about these other than the last review i did on a big set of their fans is there is a three pack there's also a five pack i'll leave links for those down below but they're pwm fans where the other ones weren't they were remote control via the remote to adjust speed of fans everything so these ones here you can plug the argb into your board or not there is a controller as well and the nice thing about this is there's a beautiful hub so you have a 5 port pwm and a 5 port argb with a single argb going out or not even needed to be used so this can be used in a modern setup or a older setup that does not have rgb or argb so that's one thing that i get a big props to companies like easy diy fab because they really look at the idea of your your computer is not too old you could have the oldest computer you could have a a tandy and if you get power to this you have a rgb in it so let's get right to taking a look at what's in here and setting it up and showing you what the product is like so let's uh get this box open take a look what's in here get it set up because i need this for a build so what has happened is i've been building a lot of computers using these fans and like the system in my game room i actually use these fans in this build as well and i've been recommending them for quite a while now because they're not the best static pressure fans if you're going to use them with a radiator but i did a push pull system with them and i have no issues with the system out here on the wall so moving forward people looking for a little bit of high flow uh some color or vibrance to their case these cases are our fans are definitely a plus in that category so of course we start off with three fans and i gotta take them out in a funny way so we get three pwm fans you get three fans now on this model the lighting is on the edge and the sides and on the back as well not in the middle now this is something that i fell in love with i was using a lot of them where everything lit up and i just thought it was too much well with the rings it stands out so sharp you'll see that soon it was something that i just absolutely fell in love with so this is the fans uh this type of kits i'm using uh five packs i have here in stock for my big huge build that i will be talking about in the next day or so so stay tuned for that you want to get subscribed because that thing is going to be badass okay so on each of these you actually do have a daisy chain system for the argb which you're not going to need in this case and of course your pwm the fans are super super strong there's not really any flex in them they're like a carbonite frame which makes them really good the uh noise level is very nice and there's not a lot of play in the fan itself now i know these are probably uh a fluid style bearing which means you'll probably get about five years out of them before you may see some slow down or anything but at that point you could actually easily buy another set and not even be affected because it's nowhere near the price tag this is a 40 canadian kit of course in here you get your screws so you'll get three packs of four argb kit to go to the controller to the system of course also your pwm and instructions 3m double-sided sticky tape so if you want to put it in your case somewhere fixed you can do so and on this controller there's actually a rgb control in rgb mode so one is your speed and one is your mode and on one side you have five argb connectors and five pwm fans also you have your connector here to go to the board and to your sata power so let's get this hooked up for you now and actually it's a pretty simple hookup pretty straightforward you cannot go wrong just looking at the instructions and if you're anywhere into the computer building scene you'll know this is pretty uh simple okay it's very simple to you just plug your pwm into your pwm headers your argb into the argb now what's nice about this it can do five so for example if you bought two five packs your controllers can take care of everything secondly if you're just going to use a three pack but you want to add stuff to it later you have more ports that is awesome there's two left over so i'm gonna get this wired up now and show you what these fans can do and why i love them so we have hooked everything up as you can see uh everything's just plugged in here i'm not sure if you see that on camera there it's just a sloppy hook up right now just to show you guys i've angled the fans in a way so you can see a pile of different views of it i guess so what i need to do now is plug in a power connector okay so it's just a sata connector that we're going to plug in at the back here shouldn't actually do this while your machine is running just a word of advice i tend to do things a little bit uh against the grain may call it laziness so as you can see here we have uh the rings are lit rings are lit and rings are lit and i'm going to put this kind of on an angle so you get a little bit of fun here so uh rgb speed which is not a factor here so we're going to change some modes so now you see it doing a one of my favorites actually a red white mix you can speed that up as you can see here or slow it down see so that is really cool let me get the lights give you a little bit more jaw popping experience here um also what i did i plugged in the pwm from the hub to the board and the argb to the board if you wanted to use it that way i don't normally bother with it at all for the simple reason that the built-in modes that are in the controller are much better than what is actually delivered with whatever board manufacturer you have so i usually stay away from it and just enjoy the 16 million different variants that you can do with the colors from just hitting a button so i'm just going to go through some stuff fast here i'm going to slow it down a little really cool that is really cool my favorite color to put in a computer never tried green before blue is really nice too and the yellow is actually pretty yellow so it's not like an orange tinge or anything or or more leaning towards green there's a teal i guess a purple orange hey that's like be quiet orange thanks to the be quiet test bench i don't know what i would ever do without this tool this allows me to do all kinds of cool stuff like this for you and check over a pile of different things without having to have a desktop up here and pull it apart and put it back together it's just a pain like look at that mode guys it is beautiful right like tell me that's not cool you see the modes that are built into this and again don't like the speed speed it up slow it down make it a little faster you see that's what's beautiful about the hub the hub does everything you need it to do and most people are just going to set it to where they want it their color scheme and then put it in the case and close the door and that's what i do so that's pretty much why i like the hub no one's going to mess with it no one's going to change my settings i just set it and away i go so there you see multi colors scrolling into each other now right that is so cool and what's really nice about it these are very smooth if you haven't noticed that see how smooth the color transitions are they're not a cheap looking fan and the air movement is absolutely beautiful in fact i got one blowing back here because i'm warm and this little fan actually is keeping me kind of cool so i'm very impressed with it i gotta say uh like again i've been using these fans for quite a while now and i wanted to promote them one because i get a lot of people in the forum or private messaging me or just in the other review asking are they pwm can you do this can you do that and those fans were cool but in a radiator or anything like that those other fans were completely useless in my opinion or these fans here if you do a push-pull configuration i don't know what it would be totally uh worry about having to go through all these button modes again no it is saved and that is absolutely awesome look at that it's a very smooth transition with these fans the lighting is top i have to
