perforations those little holes there so that allows the band to breathe while it's on your wrist it doesn't trap moisture underneath and it helps keep your wrist cool prevents that sweaty nasty filling underneath your wrist when you've been working out or running uh it's something that's really desirable for someone who's active and wears a watch so as you notice all three of the Nike bands feature that unique characteristic it's going to set it apart from your standard Apple watch sport band it results in a band that's more breathable more flexible and just more desirable for an active lifestyle they definitely feel great on the wrist that said I was worried about how these things would look on my Apple watch because my main Apple watch is a stainless steel model I also have this
