I started driving because now I live far it's honestly faster than driving by car because there's so much traffic around here just got to be careful not to get hit cuz people don't really know how to drive you can't really see it but I have a big heavy backpack on my back and you guys probably know that makes it quite difficult to ride and do stuff it's just flapping around in the Wind like it's kind of like riding around New York City except way more lame cuz instead of dodging cars we're dodging people my friends and I used to bomb around campus and just swerve in and out of people but now that like professors and some students here actually know who I am I feel kind of guilty being a jerk oh no they put a fence right by the itsy bitsy wall ride some tight I was hoping I'd be able to get to ride in between classes but my group just told me last minute that we're meeting up so so I walk into my performance management class and the professor goes all right you guys have 30 minutes to make a video illustrating the concept of a day of contemplation and if we do it in 30 minutes we get extra credit a day of contemplation is basically like a paid day off that you give to a non-dedicated employee so they can like think through whether they belong in the organization or if they don't anyway with only 30 minutes I got with my team and I was like all right we're going to have to film for 15 minutes cuz I need at least 15 minutes to edit somehow we got all the footage we needed and I edited it all within 30 minutes and although it wasn't that great of a video I was just super stoked because I was able to utilize all my skills from YouTube in a class setting which I normally don't get to do we wound up winning got double extra credit and don't have to go to class on Thursday ironically wish I'm going to miss anyway so sick I'm pretty proud of the video even though it's not really that good it's just the fact that we were able to do in such short time

we have a problem we do yes we do it's about your performance it's pretty good right I like you as a person and as an employee but I think that you need some time off to reflect whether you're going to be fully committed to the job or not so this is paid right yes it's going to be a PTO day all right I'm good well I'm going to go think about my job so I thought about it I'm going to quit

face that we stole from the feed Bert shirt and Drew on with Sharpie if you guys actually knew that was Bert comment below a lot of people think it's slash is that who it is well yeah just because that that's like a slash hat yeah we just copied it from the shirt and just drew it in Sharpie good job Nicole and my mom got this thing that I think it's supposed to be a Death Eater I'm pretty sure we just like hang it from the ceiling or something Adam's putting fishing wire I hate fishing wire on the guy's arm Nicole's so stoked for the Death Eater I love him one of his arms just came off no tombstones we put fishing wire around the column for that one and for this one we put a sticky hook these things are so crappy and cheaply made and these don't stay we had to be creative and come up have one of these bags they will have two pieces of candy we have an assortment of candies two stickers Nicole last night already packed 100 bags that are in this freaking cauldron I hooked up a spare LED strip to a little battery and I have all the candy lit up it looks so creepy so we had our first trigger treaters and not going to lie they said we are the best house I decided we would take advantage of the fact that everyone's home giving out candy on Halloween and we' go to meet some of our neighbors only one of them was home but it was funny because we talked to him and he thought that we were like five guys living here and that we just had parties and that's why there always cars and driveway yeah you've never had more than like eight people there like you're all quiet like what are you talking about we've never had more than like literally like three and then I'm like we just own four cars we've only had like eight trick-or-treaters so Nicole came up with the idea of going around on the crazy carts and just throwing candy at kids yep let's do it our house is a little bit out of the way so not that many people come here coming and we have too much candy so we
