The Art of Cooking with Tomatoes: A Delicious Breakfast Recipe
First things first, let's begin by slicing our tomatoes and we're just going to go down like this and you want a fairly thick slice maybe something like that and a fairly large tomato too. Perfect time of year with beef steak. Now we're going to take a round object and just insert it into the center it is a small glass too just to extract the pulp.
There's something like this and now we're going to take the flesh part or the Paw part of the tomato and just kind of chop it up now the Tomato flesh into a bowl followed by some chopped parsley you can use dried too if you have it on hand or if you don't have the fresh crack in a couple of eggs a few cracks of salt I'd say about half a teaspoon of course some ground black pepper guts to have my pepper a dusting of garlic powder let's say well half a teaspoon just to keep Dracula away and last but not least a tablespoon of flour just to bind things together.
Now, we will go until everything is well combined and this is looking really good guys and of course you know you can alter the seasoning according to your taste but you know I just like the three basic the salt pepper and the garlic it's gonna be so good. Alrighty then a good knob of butter into a pan over medium heat, I'll just go ahead and let this melt down and this is unsalted butter of course. Tomato rings in some of that delightful egg mixture into the Tomato rings and fill it just about to the top there slip a lid on and we'll just let this set a little bit for a minute or two.
Okay after about three minutes or so I'm just gonna give this a flip over to the other side some of that wonderful mozzarella over the top oh it's gonna be so good lead on and we'll just let that cheese melt down after the cheese has melted down. Just look at this guys, doesn't this look glute leaves stunningly wonderful and delicious. So we shall just go ahead and plate this up oh as always garnish this up with a bit of parsley it's for that nice green fresh attack.
