Introduction to iCloud Tabs in iOS 6

Hello guys and welcome to Z sag say Daniel and today I have a special video for you which is another iOS 6 demo today I have the iCloud tabs which uh was introduced in iOS 6 now to uh open Cloud tabs just um launch Safari then I'll click uh the bookmarks icon here we go and you should see the uh iCloud tabs menu so just click it and you will see the opened pages in Safari on your iOS devices. I have a bunch of opened pages on my iPad and a single uh a single page on my MacBook Pro now.

How iCloud Tabs Works

Icloud tabs works on all iOS devices with iOS 6 or a newer version installed now this also works on your computers as well so all you need is sari 6 or later and again this also works on Windows yay so you don't need to have a Mac for for this to work which is pretty cool. Now let's talk about how it works. To open iCloud tabs, simply launch Safari and click the bookmarks icon. You should see the iCloud tabs menu appear.

Using iCloud Tabs

Now that we know how to access iCloud tabs, let's take a look at what they do. I have a bunch of opened pages on my iPad and a single page on my MacBook Pro. When you open iCloud tabs, all your opened pages from one device will be available on other devices as well. This means you can access any web page on your iPhone or iPad by opening it on another device and vice versa.

Accessing iCloud Tabs on Multiple Devices

I have Gizmodo CNN apple and of course this is the one uh that's also opened on my MacBook Pro okay so now let's check the MacBook Pro and see if the pages that I opened uh on my iPhone or on my MacBook Pro. Now if you take a look at the MacBook Pro just open Safari and you will see that you have this Cloud icon right next to uh to the share icon and the back and forward buttons. So just click it and you will see all of the open tabs on your devices.

Pages Available on All Devices

I have apple CNN and Gizmodo all opened on my iPhone 4S and a couple of more pages on uh on my iPad so yeah the pages are there they're on my Mac now when you take a look at the MacBook Pro just click the iCloud tab Cloud icon, you will see that the web page is accessible from your other devices, such as iPhone or tablet.

Mobile Version Not Saved

The mobile version doesn't save which is pretty neat.
