Playing with GPT-4: A Mathematical Adventure

As I sat down to test the limits of GPT-4, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and curiosity. The conversation began with a mathematical equation, which was presented as a challenge. "All these calculations it's very impressive that it keeps it on point all the way through this I know chat GPT could never do this it will lose the context very easy on this that was some kind of uh calculation very interesting but let's move on to the next challenge the next one we have is a bit more of a riddle not a matte equation so let me just paste that here."

The first challenge presented itself as a mathematical problem. The text read: "So so the problem in the way you think is the best and let's have a listen to the riddle a man was found dead in his study he was slumped over his desk and a gun was in his hand there was a cassette recorder on his desk when the police entered the room and pressed the play button on the tape recorder they heard I can't go on I have nothing to live for then there was the sound of a gunshot how did the detective immediately know that the man had been murdered and it wasn't a suicide okay so that is quite interesting let's see what gpd4 comes up with here."

now let's do out something that's a bit different so we have this one so let's have a listen to this in reply to an inquiry about the animals on his farm the farmer says I only ever keep sheep goats and horses in fact at the moment they are all Sheep bar three all goats bar four and all horses bar five how many does he have of each animal okay so I think this is a good one so let's just see what GPT 4 comes up with here okay so gpt4 has come up with an answer here so you can see it really went through the works here of reasoning and try to make this very logical so I'm not gonna read all this but you can pause it and read and it's a very good way to solve this one so I was very impressed by this so so the farmer has three cheap two goats and one horse on his farm so let's check the answer here so hopefully you can see this so we have this Farm Life riddle here right the one we just did so you can see the answer is the farmer has three cheap two goats and one horse perfect that is
