The Art of Humiliation: Buster's Lion Cut Transformation

It's a little late at night, and I'm feeling a bit rough around the edges, but who cares? It's not about me; it's about my poor, dear cat, Buster. He's a fat Himalayan cat, and once a year, twice a year, he gets a hair cut that makes him look like a lion or a sheep - a combination of both, if you can imagine such a thing. I'm making this video because I care about sharing the experience with all of you, even though it's late, and I'd rather be sleeping.

As we speak, Buster is sitting right in front of me, looking absolutely enormous, like an ad for fur. He's huge, and his hair is insane - I mean, who needs that much fur? I'm trying to get him to come closer so I can show you all how furry he is, but he doesn't seem too pleased about it.

This video will be a before-and-after transformation of Buster's haircut, which we'll refer to as the "lion cut" from now on. We'll start with the before photos, and then we'll reveal the after shots, which I think you'll find pretty funny and worth sharing. The lion cut is quite an... interesting choice for a cat's haircut, but it does make Buster look like he belongs in a zoo or a wildlife documentary.

As I'm recording this video, I have to admit that Buster doesn't seem too happy about his new 'do. He looks rather upset, and I can almost imagine him saying "I know, God, just show the entire internet that face." But despite my cat's discomfort, I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous he looked.

Buster's haircut is certainly a conversation starter, especially when you see it in person. The waiting room at the vet's office was filled with people staring at him as we walked by, and I'm pretty sure everyone was chuckling to themselves or trying not to laugh out loud. My own smile just wouldn't quit - it was like I'd been laughing for years.

Buster does look rather handsome now that his fur has been trimmed down a bit. His lion cut is quite the transformation, and he seems to be enjoying himself despite the initial discomfort. He's looking forward to Christmas with this new 'do, whether you call it a fur coat or not. I'm just glad we could share Buster's hilarious transformation with all of you.
