FLIPPIN' CHICKEN _ Recipe _ BBQ Pit Boys

Welcome to Barbecue Pitboys.com: Flipping Chicken at the Pit and Making it Easy to Do

Flipping chicken at the pit is an art that's easy to master, and we're excited to share our latest recipe with you. We've got our new sausage available, so be sure to check them out today. In this video, we'll be using our smoky whiskey to give our chicken a unique flavor.

We'll be starting by preparing the cooker, which features a chicken flipper that makes it easy to rotate and baste our chicken quarters. Our chicken quarters are made up of the chicken leg bone and thigh attachment, which is an excellent cut for grilling. If you cook them right, they can become crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.

To ensure we achieve this perfect texture, we'll be marinating the chicken quarters overnight in a delicious marinading sauce. We recommend checking out our website to print out the exact recipe so you can replicate it at home. Now that our chicken is prepped, let's get started with cooking!

We've been cooking these chicken quarters for about 20 minutes now, and they're looking fantastic. The heat from the pit is caramelizing the natural sugars in the meat, creating a rich flavor that's enhanced by our smoky whiskey. To add extra moisture to our chicken, we'll be basting them with a mixture of smoky whiskey and apple juice.

The aroma wafting from the pit is incredible – it smells like nothing but pure BBQ goodness! As you can see, the neighbors will definitely be climbing over the fence to get a whiff of this delicious smell. Hanging out at the pit isn't just about cooking food; it's an experience that brings people together.

Now that our chicken is cooked, let's take a look at how we'll be presenting it. We want to make sure it looks as good as it tastes, so we've set up the plate with pineapple underneath and some green onions on top. It's a great way to add color and freshness to the dish. This isn't just any ordinary chicken; it's been seasoned with love and care.

The key to cooking this recipe is using the right ingredients and attention to detail. We're not just talking about throwing some chicken on the grill; we want to create an experience that makes people feel like they're part of something special. By following our tips and tricks, you'll be able to replicate this delicious dish at home.
