Exploring the World of Adult Coloring Books: A Journey of Relaxation and Creativity

As I sit down to share my collection of adult coloring books, I'm excited to take you on a journey through the world of art, inspiration, and relaxation. From simple yet delightful illustrations to intricate and complex designs, these books offer a unique way to unwind and express oneself creatively.

One of my favorite aspects of adult coloring books is their ability to provide a sense of simplicity and mindlessness. As I mentioned earlier, some of these books have simplistic illustrations that are just plain fun to color. Take for example, "Kawaii Town" by Jade Summer, which features cute little characters and animals set in a whimsical town. The illustration style is cartoony and different from what I usually see, making it stand out from the crowd. Another book that caught my eye was "Cute Chibi Creature Coloring", illustrated by Phoebe M. I've also been drawn to her other books on drawing chibi characters, which are just so darn cute! The simplicity of these books is what makes them perfect for days when all you want to do is color and relax.

On the other hand, some coloring books offer a more intricate and complex experience. For me, one of those books is "Tiny Worlds" by Matt Edwards. While it still has its whimsical charm, this book has a slightly different vibe that I find appealing. The illustrations are so detailed and realistic that they require a bit more attention and focus to color accurately. This, in turn, makes the experience feel more engaging and challenging. Another book that falls into this category is "Tiny Worlds" by Matt Edwards' friend, Whimsy (the author's name wasn't mentioned). While I didn't get a chance to look at it closely enough to make out the title, the illustrations looked like they were from the same world as "Tiny Worlds".

One of my favorite things about adult coloring books is their ability to tap into our love of kawaii culture. For those who may not be familiar, kawaii refers to Japanese aesthetics that emphasize cuteness and charm. A great example of a book that embodies this aesthetic is "A Million Kawaii Cuties" by Lulu Mayo. This book is a collection of various illustrations that showcase cute animals, characters, and objects, all designed to bring a smile to your face. Another book in the same series, "A Million Sea Creatures", is a personal favorite of mine, featuring an array of whales, mermaids, fish, and other sea creatures. And finally, "A Million Baby Animals" is another book that showcases Lulu Mayo's incredible talent for creating adorable illustrations.

If you're looking to explore more options beyond Amazon's print-on-demand services, there are plenty of other resources available. For instance, I stumbled upon a coloring book called "Kawaii Town" by Jade Summer, which is indeed printed by Amazon. However, the author has also published other books in series that showcase her artistic style and creativity. One such book is "Tiny Worlds", which features tiny worlds with intricate illustrations.

Lastly, if you're looking for some inspiration or pick-me-up phrases to accompany your coloring experience, these books have got you covered! Many of them feature motivational quotes, fun sayings, and sweet illustrations that will make you feel good from the inside out. These little additions only add to the overall charm of each book, making them a joy to color.

As I wrap up this article, I want to emphasize how wonderful adult coloring books are for unwinding and expressing oneself creatively. Whether you're looking for something simple and relaxing or more complex and challenging, there's a world of options out there waiting to be explored. So go ahead, grab some colored pencils, crayons, or markers, and indulge in the world of art and inspiration that adult coloring books have to offer!

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey everyone it's haey and today we are going to be talking about all things adult coloring books admittedly I wasn't planning on filming this video today but honestly I have just been loving using coloring books again so I wanted to chat about them this is going to be part coloring book haul part current coloring book collection and part talking about like what I used to color so we're going to be covering pretty much all of the bases I have actually done a coloring book collection video in the past this was definitely a few years ago now when adult coloring books first became or at least to me they first became really popular you were all of a sudden seeing them all around bookstores there were all of these different ones that were coming out like the Joanna basford and I think the there's an author called Millie something but those were not really the kind of coloring books that I gravitated towards now I did like them and I did pick up a few of them back in the day but I realized very quickly that they aren't the kinds of coloring books that I generally like what I mean by that is those are the kind of coloring books that have more Mosaic type drawings if you will they have a lot of small spaces and that is just not really relaxing for me now I do find coloring books in general to be really relaxing I find it a great way to kind of like I guess I'm connecting with my inner child because cuz I'm doing something that I used to love to do as a kid and it's one of my favorite hobbies or crafts because there's literally like no expectations with it I'm not really trying to make it look nice like you definitely can you can do blending and all of these different things but I'm just trying to put color on the page and I am happy with that I do have my whole basket here of coloring books that I brought up from downstairs but the first ones that I really fell in love with are from an illustrator that I don't think is making actual coloring books anymore but I believe that she has an Etsy I will try and Link it down below if I can find it but that is Fabiana atonio these are some of the first ones that I just really really loved I don't know why there's paper in there but I liked them cuz I realized I kind of why is there so much paper coming out of here I kind of realized that I like the ones that maybe would be geared more toward children to be entirely honest basically like adult ones that a kid could do too now these ones are a bit more complicated than is my favorite it kind of depends on the page but what I mean is you do have certain pages that they have like this one has a lot of big spaces and then you have I'm not a huge fan of the double page spreads to be entirely honest but you do have Pages like this like this is the kind of thing that you were seeing when coloring books were first becoming almost mainstream and I just find I don't like all the little tiny spaces that it I do love the fact though that she is illustrating from different books and stuff and different stories in fairy tales so that is a lot of fun by the way I will be giving you a flip through of all the coloring books that I talk about so stay tuned for that so I have I think all the coloring books that she has I'm not entirely sure but here we have Peter Pan I have done a few of the pages in here but I just I'm not a huge fan of the double page spreads and that's the one thing with her coloring books I would say that most of them are double page spreads I started this one recently and didn't finish it but it is very pretty but the next one that I have is Snow White almost finished with this one I have a really bad habit if they are two pages with not actually finishing the drawings because I lose focus but some of them I did end up finishing so that's good Alice and Wonderland which is of course my number one favorite so I have gotten to most of the ones in here you'll see during the flip through but I did really really love this one definitely a favorite a couple of them I haven't started so I haven't started with Cinderella I have done a little bit in Beauty and the Beast The Wizard of Oz I have done some of as well I picked up this one when I was first getting back into coloring books and I also haven't started with Hansel and gredle n so hers are really pretty I do actually love them but it was just the problem of them all being kind of mostly those two-page spreads and then small spaces so I thought that that was kind of what you were dealing with with adult coloring books and for that reason I kind of stopped coloring for a couple of years but then recently I realized that there is a whole other world and a whole other side of things that I wasn't delving into I first realized this when I was watching cozy K's videos I highly recommend her if you are into cozy content and hobbies and all of that stuff but she first recommended the creative Haven coloring books and I do love these they are really just like nostalgic kind of reminding you of the coloring pages that you would get when you were a kid and in school and there's something for everything like every season covering pretty much everything this is the start of my collection here but I definitely can see that I will be picking up quite a few more because they're also not very expensive which is really nice wish you were here is the first one that I have here and this is a travel one which is a lot of fun I haven't delved into this one a ton yet then we have the dog lovers color ing book which is just super cute fun dogs you know love dogs home sweet home was the first one that I picked up it's just the perfect one for like cold winter days when you want to feel cozy it has all the Cozy Vibes I also for some reason really enjoy coloring Birds I cannot explain it so beautiful or sorry Glorious song birds is one that I have delved a lot into I actually have a marker in here because I need to finish with coloring something I don't know what though but I did keep it to keep my spot I have no idea oh I actually have a couple others that were mixed in here that I didn't realize so these are the other two that I have I have spring scenes which I am going to be delving into very soon because it is starting to feel like spring like today the sun is shining it is so beautiful I'm feeling those Springtime Vibes and then I also have Simple Pleasures which is a cottage core coloring book it is super super pretty I love this one now I do really love all the creative Haven coloring books but I like the illustration style but I also was kind of wanting something a little bit different and I guess these are the ones where I'm like this is more so what you might find in a kids coloring book and I don't mean that as a negative but like really simple illustrations because these ones in Creative Haven they definitely have like big spaces and everything but there is still some with quite a bit of detail in it and it's kind of a toss up there and they all have that similar kind of cozy Vibe which is fine I love it but I was kind of wanting something a little bit more cartoon I guess is what I'm saying they're all very realistic and I like that but I also am really into the kind of cartoony fun vibe and that is when I discovered that there are quite a few illustrators who are selling their coloring books on Amazon that are actually printed by Amazon now there's a couple things here so there are some people who are doing this but they're actually using AI images and they are compiling those into a coloring book and then selling that and that's not really my favorite I just find that there's a very specific Vibe with those sorts of images that I don't really like so the ones that I have really enjoyed are the ones that are by actual illustrators and I think it's awesome that they're able to print their coloring books with Amazon because a lot of them will also sell like separate coloring pages on Etsy which is something I will maybe check out in the future but I do like having like a physical book and not having to print stuff out myself and I think this is just like such a great way for independent an artist to get their work out there now I have a lot of these here okay like there are quite a few that I have to show you but I wanted to talk about paper for a second so the Fabiana anonio coloring books have good paper it's solid it's pretty thick I would say yeah it's quite thick especially because it's double-sided I color exclusively in markers and I haven't had a problem with bleed through with these and I also color with markers I mean that's literally the only thing I color with so I color with them in my creative Haven coloring books as well and just to show you they do bleed through a little bit but it's not where like it's going to bleed through to the other side it's just you can see it in the back but this image was totally unaffected by that the Amazon ones however because it is a really Mass printing process and it is made to be affordable they are really made to be colored in with colored pencils but I am not a colored pencil person okay it's just not my thing so I still have been coloring in them with markers and all that I do is I just put some blank pages behind and I actually use those as a Swatch so it's really easy I think I have like five pages here but you could probably do less but with that I haven't had any problems with bleed through at all as far as the markers that I'm using I use Crayola super tips for the most part but I also have the Crayola whatever these are what are they I don't know the typical washable markers and then I have some old St stay later I don't know how to say that those markers but I use all water-based markers I have seen all the alcohol markers and like I know there's ones that are really popular but I know that they're not really recommended for coloring books so I don't know if that is something that I will get into in the future but for now I just use like the markers that I used when I was a kid so now I'm going to show you all the coloring books I have started with some of these but some of them I haven't gotten to yet and I'm just really excited for them honestly these are ones that I can see myself repurchasing the coloring book in the future because I just love the images that much I love the illustrations that much and I can see myself wanting to do it again and again and I forgot to mention this when talking about it but it's also really affordable because it's so affordable to print it is also affordable for you as the end consumer I'm in Canada but they're about 10 bucks which really is not that bad at all so firstly we have adorable town by Lany da this one is so freaking cute it is one of the first ones that came up for me when I was searching for these different coloring books and it's just a lot of fun because it's all these different like business fronts and stuff that are just really out there and they all have a little animal pairing with them it is so so cute I am just having a blast with coloring this one then I also have Whimsical house by Lany da this is kind of a similar Vibe except this one doesn't have any animals in it I wish it did because I think the little animals are so cute but I do still love this one it's different houses but they're all like a little bit unique and Whimsical if you will I love Whimsy love stuff like that so this is just the absolute perfect coloring book for me it is adorable spoiler alert I'm going to say adorable a lot in this video but the next one and the final one I believe that I have from Lany da is Fairy Town Lindy da actually has a couple others she has I believe adorable town too like I have looked and I just have a massive wish list on Amazon now but fairy town is kind of like a mix of the two that I just showed you because it is different houses and stuff and a lot of them are based on fruits and vegetables and some of them I haven't started coloring yet because I can't tell what fruit or vegetable it's supposed to be so I don't know what color it should be and it's kind of something that I need to look into but it's all of these cute little houses that are made out of fruits or vegetables or whatever and they all have a little animal pairing with it as well it's just adorable next is time to chill a delightful glimpse into the magical life of tiny creatures by zoko this is actually a publishing group they don't say who the individual illustrators are which is unfortunate because I would like to look them up and see what else they have but time to chill is interesting because it kind of has a more realistic drawing of these animals but they're in like miniature and in different settings and kind of similarly to Fairy Town some of the things I can't tell whether supposed to be and it's just because they don't have color on them I can't really tell but I wish I knew because I don't know what color it should be since I can't tell but anyways it is just the cutest freaking thing I love this one so much it's very imaginative and different and just absolutely I was going to say adorable again but we'll just say it's super cute and the last one that I have by zoko is Enchanted I would love to know who illustrated this one because it seems to be a mix of different illustrators but there are a couple of things things in here that look like Animal Crossing characters and I just love the illustration of the little animals in here and would love to know who did it but because this one seems to be done by a couple of different illustrators it's really a mix of different things it's a mix of different styles and you have a couple in here that are a little bit more intricate some that are a little bit more cartoony and it's just a fun mix there's not really a ton that marries the images in here but they are all kind of just like that magical Whimsical Vibe again and it is super super cute I need to stop saying cute and adorable but I don't know how else I'm supposed to describe this next is the modern Cottage collection this illustrator has one for fall that I really want as well that I will get once it comes to fall but she has quite a few others she has like time to hyi Woodland just all of these different cozy Vibes but hers are definitely quite simplistic which I am a big fan of some of them almost have more of a pattern Vibe or like a tapestry vibe which is really cool and I feel like these are good ones when you just have a short amount of time and you're wanting to color something they would be really quick next I have a couple from the illustrator cocoa wo so first I have a relaxing corner and this one is kind of similar to the creative Haven ones at least like home sweet home but a little bit more cartoony which I love it's really snapshots around the house or just around the world even of different spaces and scenes and relaxing corner is really a perfect way to describe it so I really love this one because as much as I love the ones with animals and stuff I do want something a little bit different from time to time I also have mystical World by cocoa wo which is one that is kind of a compilation of a bunch of different things it does definitely have a few more intricate drawings than I usually will go for but they aren't like too too bad there's definitely a good mix in there and it's just a little bit of everything honestly in here next is the magic garden which is perfect for Springtime I feel like it has a lot of fairies and just different Garden things in there it has all of the spring Vibes it has rabbits mice like different characters and it's all kind of following this girl journeying through this magic garden so it's fun to have a little narrative following it too and then I have these two which are kind of similar which is why I'm showing them at the same time so we have pocket world and pocket room these are basically like coloring books for poly Pockets when I was a kid I love poly Pockets so these just completely brought me back of course in Pocket World it's more of like a world Vibe it's a little bit of bigger scenes and stuff but oh my goodness are they ever just like poly Pockets like they are so freaking cute I love them and then pocket room is just a little different like poly pocket esque rooms it's almost like this one feels a little bit like a video game almost like it reminds me of the Overworld view of your Webkins house like that's literally what it makes me think of but it is so adorable cute I I need more synonyms I realized after that I totally missed this one coloring book so this is glassy World which is also by Coco wo and I did realize after also that Coco wo isn't a single illustrator I don't think I think it's another sort of like independent Publishing Company sort of thing but I am obsessed with this one it is so so pretty and I can't wait to break into this one and start coloring it I'm just like completely obsessed next I have just a couple of random ones that were printed with Amazon so we have stress relief this is by I have no idea Kate Fox publishing I guess maybe it's not an Amazon one it doesn't actually say printed in Amazon but I'm pretty sure it's an Amazon one by the way sometimes the Amazon ones will have black on the other side of the page which is nice for bed through but I would still recommend that you put a sheet of paper underneath but this stress relief one is kind of again one of those compilation ones it has a mix of a little bit of everything which is fun and I just like the fact that you get a variety of images in here and the last one that was printed by Amazon is inspirational animals coloring book for adults relaxation this does not say who it is by once again but I will link all of these down below for you guys if I can find all of them I should be able to though but this one is fun because it has some simplistic illustrations but it also has fun little phrases and like pickme up phrases and inspiration which I think is just so lovely okay we are almost at the end hereo promise now I just have a few that are just random they aren't printed by Amazon they actually have Publishers I think at least but they are a little bit of everything so I have Kawaii Town by Jade summer this one actually I think is printed by Amazon yes it is Jade summer has a lot of different coloring books that look really cool if you like the creative Haven ones you would probably like hers she has quite a few that are like that I was really drawn to this one because it is different cartoony illustrations and that was something that I wasn't really seeing a lot of but it is so cute it's once again kind of just going around like the idea is going around this little town and you just have all of these cute little characters and animals and this one is kind of different because it does have some that are horizontal rather than vertical which is kind of a nice change next I have cute chibi I don't know how you actually say that but creature coloring which is illustrating by Phoebe M I actually have a couple of books that are about how to draw different Chibi characters by this illustrator and it's just cuz I think they are so freaking cute I cannot explain it but this is just a really nice definitely very simple and big spaces coloring book it's nicely printed like the pages all have different illustrations on the back which is so cute and there's a different variety in here you get to color a lot of the animals that you are drawing in her other book that she has but I just love how simple and easy it is definitely another one for those days when you're wanting just something very mindless and easy to color these last few kind of have a different vibe because they are a little bit more on the intricate side so I have tiny worlds by Matt Edwards this is kind of that same Vibe I just love Whimsy honestly and it's that Whimsical Vibe of having different Tiny Worlds and like tiny scenes honestly the one that Drew me to it the most was the illustration with the owl's Book Nook there's like this little owl and it's kind of like those little shelf insert things the Miniatures that you can build but it's in between different books it's super cute but it definitely does have a little bit more intricacy to it so this would be one that I would gravitate toward when I'm kind of wanting maybe a little bit of a coloring challenge I'm wanting it to take me a little bit longer it's kind of one of those ones where I'm not going to finish coloring these illustrations in one sitting and I know that because my attention will wander and finally I have three coloring books by Lulu Mayo first is a million Kawaii cuties this is just a mix of a little bit of everything some cute little animals and stuff some of them are more intricate some of them are a little bit more simplistic so you have a nice variety in here then we've got a million sea creatures I absolutely love whales so I knew that I wanted a whales coloring book if you know any other good ones that like aren't by AI please let me know but this one has so many different whales but it also has like mermaids and fish and all sorts of different things in here so it does truly have a million sea creatures and then the final one that I have although there are a ton to this a million blank series that she has is a million baby animals this one is just like it sounds it is just a million baby animals they are so cute and adorable and once again we have that mix of different levels of difficulty I would say so that's my little haul and all the kind of things that I wanted to talk about in terms of adult coloring books I hope that this was helpful for you guys if you were looking to get into it I highly recommend it it's just such an easy Hobby and a Mindless thing to do and honestly it always makes me feel a lot more relaxed at the end of the day when I kind of take some time and do a little bit of coloring after a stressful day there's nothing like it one of my favorite things to do is to put on an Audi book and listen to that while I'm coloring it is just pure Bliss I cannot recommend it enough so thank you very much for watching today's video I hope you enjoyed please let me know if you have any recommendations for coloring books because I would love to hear them and add them to my wish list and I will see you guys in another new video very soon byehey everyone it's haey and today we are going to be talking about all things adult coloring books admittedly I wasn't planning on filming this video today but honestly I have just been loving using coloring books again so I wanted to chat about them this is going to be part coloring book haul part current coloring book collection and part talking about like what I used to color so we're going to be covering pretty much all of the bases I have actually done a coloring book collection video in the past honestly these are ones that I can see myself repurchasing the coloring book in the future because I just love the images that much I love the illustrations that much and I can see myself wanting to do it again and again and I forgot to mention this when talking about it but it's also really affordable because it's so affordable to print it is also affordable for you as the end consumer I'm in Canada but they're about 10 bucks which really is not that bad at all so firstly we have adorable town by Lany da this one is so freaking cute it is one of the first ones that came up for me when I was searching for these different coloring books and it's just a lot of fun because it's all these different like business fronts and stuff that are just really out there and they all have a little animal pairing with them it is so so cute I am just having a blast with coloring this one then I also have Whimsical house by Lany da this is kind of a similar Vibe except this one doesn't have any animals in it I wish it did because I think the little animals are so cute but I do still love this one it's different houses but they're all like a little bit unique and Whimsical if you will I love Whimsy love stuff like that so this is just the absolute perfect coloring book for me it is adorable spoiler alert I'm going to say adorable a lot in this video but the next one and the final one I believe that I have from Lany da is Fairy Town Lindy da actually has a couple others she has I believe adorable town too like I have looked and I just have a massive wish list on Amazon now but fairy town is kind of like a mix of the two that I just showed you because it is different houses and stuff and a lot of them are based on fruits and vegetables and some of them I haven't started coloring yet because I can't tell what fruit or vegetable it's supposed to be so I don't know what color it should be and it's kind of something that I need to look into but it's all of these cute little houses that are made out of fruits or vegetables or whatever and they all have a little animal pairing with it as well it's just adorable next is time to chill a delightful glimpse into the magical life of tiny creatures by zoko this is actually a publishing group they don't say who the individual illustrators are which is unfortunate because I would like to look them up and see what else they have but time to chill is interesting because it kind of has a more realistic drawing of these animals but they're in like miniature and in different settings and kind of similarly to Fairy Town some of the things I can't tell whether supposed to be and it's just because they don't have color on them I can't really tell but I wish I knew because I don't know what color it should be since I can't tell but anyways it is just the cutest freaking thing I love this one so much it's very imaginative and different and just absolutely I was going to say adorable again but we'll just say it's super cute and the last one that I have by zoko is Enchanted I would love to know who illustrated this one because it seems to be a mix of different illustrators but there are a couple of things things in here that look like Animal Crossing characters and I just love the illustration of the little animals in here and would love to know who did it but because this one seems to be done by a couple of different illustrators it's really a mix of different things it's a mix of different styles and you have a couple in here that are a little bit more intricate some that are a little bit more cartoony and it's just a fun mix there's not really a ton that marries the images in here but they are all kind of just like that magical Whimsical Vibe again and it is super super cute I need to stop saying cute and adorable but I don't know how else I'm supposed to describe this next is the modern Cottage collection this illustrator has one for fall that I really want as well that I will get once it comes to fall but she has quite a few others she has like time to hyi Woodland just all of these different cozy Vibes but hers are definitely quite simplistic which I am a big fan of some of them almost have more of a pattern Vibe or like a tapestry vibe which is really cool and I feel like these are good ones when you just have a short amount of time and you're wanting to color something they would be really quick next I have a couple from the illustrator cocoa wo so first I have a relaxing corner and this one is kind of similar to the creative Haven ones at least like home sweet home but a little bit more cartoony which I love it's really snapshots around the house or just around the world even of different spaces and scenes and relaxing corner is really a perfect way to describe it so I really love this one because as much as I love the ones with animals and stuff I do want something a little bit different from time to time I also have mystical World by cocoa wo which is one that is kind of a compilation of a bunch of different things it does definitely have a few more intricate drawings than I usually will go for but they aren't like too too bad there's definitely a good mix in there and it's just a little bit of everything honestly in here next is the magic garden which is perfect for Springtime I feel like it has a lot of fairies and just different Garden things in there it has all of the spring Vibes it has rabbits mice like different characters and it's all kind of following this girl journeying through this magic garden so it's fun to have a little narrative following it too and then I have these two which are kind of similar which is why I'm showing them at the same time so we have pocket world and pocket room these are basically like coloring books for poly Pockets when I was a kid I love poly Pockets so these just completely brought me back of course in Pocket World it's more of like a world Vibe it's a little bit of bigger scenes and stuff but oh my goodness are they ever just like poly Pockets like they are so freaking cute I love them and then pocket room is just a little different like poly pocket esque rooms it's almost like this one feels a little bit like a video game almost like it reminds me of the Overworld view of your Webkins house like that's literally what it makes me think of but it is so adorable cute I I need more synonyms I realized after that I totally missed this one coloring book so this is glassy World which is also by Coco wo and I did realize after also that Coco wo isn't a single illustrator I don't think I think it's another sort of like independent Publishing Company sort of thing but I am obsessed with this one it is so so pretty and I can't wait to break into this one and start coloring it I'm just like completely obsessed next I have just a couple of random ones that were printed with Amazon so we have stress relief this is by I have no idea Kate Fox publishing I guess maybe it's not an Amazon one it doesn't actually say printed in Amazon but I'm pretty sure it's an Amazon one by the way sometimes the Amazon ones will have black on the other side of the page which is nice for bed through but I would still recommend that you put a sheet of paper underneath but this stress relief one is kind of again one of those compilation ones it has a mix of a little bit of everything which is fun and I just like the fact that you get a variety of images in here and the last one that was printed by Amazon is inspirational animals coloring book for adults relaxation this does not say who it is by once again but I will link all of these down below for you guys if I can find all of them I should be able to though but this one is fun because it has some simplistic illustrations but it also has fun little phrases and like pickme up phrases and inspiration which I think is just so lovely okay we are almost at the end hereo promise now I just have a few that are just random they aren't printed by Amazon they actually have Publishers I think at least but they are a little bit of everything so I have Kawaii Town by Jade summer this one actually I think is printed by Amazon yes it is Jade summer has a lot of different coloring books that look really cool if you like the creative Haven ones you would probably like hers she has quite a few that are like that I was really drawn to this one because it is different cartoony illustrations and that was something that I wasn't really seeing a lot of but it is so cute it's once again kind of just going around like the idea is going around this little town and you just have all of these cute little characters and animals and this one is kind of different because it does have some that are horizontal rather than vertical which is kind of a nice change next I have cute chibi I don't know how you actually say that but creature coloring which is illustrating by Phoebe M I actually have a couple of books that are about how to draw different Chibi characters by this illustrator and it's just cuz I think they are so freaking cute I cannot explain it but this is just a really nice definitely very simple and big spaces coloring book it's nicely printed like the pages all have different illustrations on the back which is so cute and there's a different variety in here you get to color a lot of the animals that you are drawing in her other book that she has but I just love how simple and easy it is definitely another one for those days when you're wanting just something very mindless and easy to color these last few kind of have a different vibe because they are a little bit more on the intricate side so I have tiny worlds by Matt Edwards this is kind of that same Vibe I just love Whimsy honestly and it's that Whimsical Vibe of having different Tiny Worlds and like tiny scenes honestly the one that Drew me to it the most was the illustration with the owl's Book Nook there's like this little owl and it's kind of like those little shelf insert things the Miniatures that you can build but it's in between different books it's super cute but it definitely does have a little bit more intricacy to it so this would be one that I would gravitate toward when I'm kind of wanting maybe a little bit of a coloring challenge I'm wanting it to take me a little bit longer it's kind of one of those ones where I'm not going to finish coloring these illustrations in one sitting and I know that because my attention will wander and finally I have three coloring books by Lulu Mayo first is a million Kawaii cuties this is just a mix of a little bit of everything some cute little animals and stuff some of them are more intricate some of them are a little bit more simplistic so you have a nice variety in here then we've got a million sea creatures I absolutely love whales so I knew that I wanted a whales coloring book if you know any other good ones that like aren't by AI please let me know but this one has so many different whales but it also has like mermaids and fish and all sorts of different things in here so it does truly have a million sea creatures and then the final one that I have although there are a ton to this a million blank series that she has is a million baby animals this one is just like it sounds it is just a million baby animals they are so cute and adorable and once again we have that mix of different levels of difficulty I would say so that's my little haul and all the kind of things that I wanted to talk about in terms of adult coloring books I hope that this was helpful for you guys if you were looking to get into it I highly recommend it it's just such an easy Hobby and a Mindless thing to do and honestly it always makes me feel a lot more relaxed at the end of the day when I kind of take some time and do a little bit of coloring after a stressful day there's nothing like it one of my favorite things to do is to put on an Audi book and listen to that while I'm coloring it is just pure Bliss I cannot recommend it enough so thank you very much for watching today's video I hope you enjoyed please let me know if you have any recommendations for coloring books because I would love to hear them and add them to my wish list and I will see you guys in another new video very soon bye\n"
