**A Review of the Archer Speaker: A Great Value for Bass Lovers**

The Archer speaker has been making waves in the world of Bluetooth speakers, especially among bass enthusiasts. As its main selling point, the speaker's deep bass response is touted as a major advantage over other similar devices on the market. Before even receiving the speaker, I had preconceived notions about its sound quality, assuming that it would lack in high-end frequencies and be dominated by its low-end capabilities. However, upon initial use, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Archer speaker delivers impressive sound quality, particularly in the mids.

One of my primary concerns with the speaker's design is its material composition, specifically the plastic used in the middle section. While it may seem like a minor issue, this design choice does detract from an otherwise sleek and modern aesthetic. However, this is a relatively minor complaint compared to the overall performance of the speaker.

**Sound Quality: A Surprising Delight**

The sound quality of the Archer speaker is perhaps its most impressive aspect. While I did expect it to lack in high-end frequencies, the reality is that the highs are surprisingly good, if not slightly lacking compared to other top-tier speakers. The mids, on the other hand, sound solid and provide a rich, full-bodied soundstage. Perhaps the biggest surprise of all is the speaker's impressive low-end capabilities, which deliver powerful, punchy bass without overpowering the highs or mids.

In my comparison tests, I paired the Archer speaker with a JBL Charge 3, another popular Bluetooth speaker in the same price range. While both devices were set to half volume on their respective outputs, I found that the Archer speaker delivered a more balanced sound overall. The JBL, while louder, sounded slightly more fatiguing and lacking in detail compared to the Archer.

**The Sound Test**

To give readers a better sense of the speaker's performance, I conducted an extensive sound test with both devices. I set each speaker up on a wooden table and played a variety of music, including bass-heavy tracks like hip-hop and electronic dance music, as well as more mellow genres like jazz and classical.

Throughout the test, I was consistently impressed by the Archer speaker's ability to deliver deep, rumbling bass without overpowering the highs or mids. The JBL Charge 3, while louder, sounded slightly more tinny and lacking in depth compared to the Archer. Ultimately, I found that the Archer speaker sounds better overall, with a more balanced soundstage that is capable of delivering both deep bass and clear, detailed highs.

**A Great Value for Under $100**

One of the most impressive aspects of the Archer speaker is its value for money. Priced under $100, it offers an astonishing amount of performance and quality compared to other similar devices on the market. While I did have some minor complaints about the design, these are easily overlooked in light of the speaker's overall performance.

For bass enthusiasts, the Archer speaker is a dream come true. Its deep, rumbling bass response is unparalleled at this price point, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their music listening experience. While it may not be the best option for those seeking high-end sound quality or detailed instrumentation, the Archer speaker delivers an impressive, bass-driven sound that is perfect for its intended purpose.

**A Minor Complaint: The Power Button**

One minor complaint I have with the Archer speaker is its power button design. Rather than using a simple, one-touch design like many other Bluetooth speakers on the market, the Archer requires users to press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn it on or off. This can be frustrating at times, particularly when quickly switching between devices.

**Conclusion**

In conclusion, the Archer speaker is an impressive device that delivers exceptional sound quality and value for money. While it may not be perfect – its power button design being a notable drawback – this minor complaint is easily overlooked in light of the speaker's overall performance. For bass enthusiasts, the Archer speaker is a must-have device that offers unparalleled low-end response at an affordable price point.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enthis is the Archer A320 bamboo Bluetooth speaker it's currently the number one best selling speaker in the satellite speaker section on Amazon and it's under 100 bucks so is it any good what's up guys my name is Brandon and I have had this speaker for over a month now and I've used it practically every day if not every day every other day so I feel like I have a good understanding and a good idea as to what this speaker is all about and if it's actually worth the price I also want to thank Archer for sending this speaker out and sponsoring this video and I also have a giveaway they're count enough to give one of these away to one of you guys for absolutely free so make sure you stay tuned to the end to find out how to enter giveaway and win one of these speakers so let's first look at the speaker itself you can see the front and the back place are both made of natural bamboo and it just has this modern high-end look that just makes it look great in any location but especially great in white locations if you have like a white desk White Walls this is really going to stand out and look amazing the material in the middle here of the speaker is described as a skin-friendly rewind Fabric and I I like that it's a different material just to give the speaker more of definition but I'm not the biggest fan of it because it does kind of get white over time you kind of see you know I guess from your hands touching it all the time it does show some wear on that part of the speaker however I think we can all agree that this speaker is just beautiful it's just beautifully crafted it also just feels solid and well built weighing in at just over 3 lb and while this is more of a stationary speaker that you're just going to sit somewhere in your house and leave it and forget about it it does come with a really nice pouch for traveling if you did want to travel with it I use this bag to travel with the speaker a lot and I also used it outside while washing my car and the sound was just excellent taking a deeper look at the speaker itself you can see on the front we have these two 5 Wat speakers for the mids and the highs and of course a powerful 15 W subwoofer right in the middle for those thumping lows on the top of the speaker we have our power and control buttons we have a power button a play pause and the volume up and down buttons and if we flip it around to the back you can see we have our DC inport for charging we have our battery indicator our reset button and a 3.5 mm Jack to connect to non Bluetooth devices the speaker uses Bluetooth 4.0 and I have not noticed any kind of signal issues at all I'm able to walk around my pretty much my entire house and even outside and still have connection with the speaker as for the battery life the speaker is rocking a 5200 mAh battery and Archer claims that it will last you 11 hours at half volume now I haven't tested the battery extensively myself but I have noticed that this thing does last a good minute and since it is like a stationary speaker as well you're pretty much just going to always have it plugged in so battery is not really a big deal unless you are traveling with it a lot however 11 hours of battery is still a good amount if you did want to travel or just keep it unplugged for a long period of time so this thing obviously looks good the price is is right but still it's not going to last in my house I'm going to ditch it I'm going to get something new if the sound is not good it's all about sound for me not all I love the looks I love the aesthetic of this uh speaker but if it doesn't sound good I'm not going to use it so how does this Archer speaker sound so the thing you need to know about this speaker is that its main selling point is the base Archer even claims that this speaker is made for the Bas heads so before the speaker even arrived at my house I made some assumptions about it I thought that the highs and the mids would be lacking and the lows would be the only thing that the speaker was good at you know was under 100 bucks I was like you know how good could it really be but I was actually genuinely impressed so the speaker does lack a little bit in the highs but not nearly as much as I expected and honestly if I didn't have like a Sono speaker and a JBL speaker to compare it to I probably wouldn't even realize that the highs aren't as good as the competition the mids on the other hand sounded solid so overall the sound quality is impressive it's great and you know I haven't really heard a speaker pump out as much base at that size and that price point I have not heard a speaker pump out as much base as that speaker does right there and the big thing is those lows and that base does not overpower the highs and the mids like you would expect so that's just my opinion on the sound quality but I'm going to let you guys decide with a sound test so I'm actually going to do a sound test with the Archer speaker and then I'm also going to compare it to a JBL Charge $160 JBL charge and keep in mind for this test that the JBL does have a higher output on the speaker itself so it is you know in general going to be louder but both devices were at half volume on both the phone and on the speakers themselves so put on some headphones and take a listen to the quality of both of these speakers and then also a standalone test with just the Archer d I of things we know keep keep keep so what do you think for me personally I think the Archer is an amazing value for under 100 bucks and I think personally it sounds overall better than the JBL for all aspects highs mids lows just everything when you combine it all together I think that this Archer speaker sounds better than the JBL which is more expensive but as I mentioned the highs do lack a little bit so the highs aren't going to be the greatest and I would not recommend watching videos using this Bluetooth speaker I would only recommend it for music I would not try to watch a video or a movie or anything like it because that does depend a lot on highs and I think you would be better off with a JBL or a Sonos or something like that but of course everything is subjective with sound and it's going to fully depend on what you use a Bluetooth speaker for and what type of music you listen to but of course I did have some complaints about this speaker and the main one is the fact that you have to press and hold on the power button for a full 5 Seconds to turn it on and off that's way too long for my taste I like JBL style where you just press it once and it's on and maybe like 3 seconds when you hold it and it's off I just don't have the time to sit there and press and hold and wait 5 Seconds plus to turn on and off this speaker and then of course I was not the biggest fan of that material in the middle so all in all the r tier A320 is a tremendous speaker and a tremendous value for Bas heads and it's just a great speaker overall for everyone else and like I said for less than 100 bucks this may very well be the best Bluetooth speaker under 100 bucks right now so if you'd like to win one of these speakers for yourself Arch was kind of enough to give away one of these to one of my viewers so if you want to win one of these Archer speakers all you have to do is one be subscribed to the
