**My Weekend Vlog: A Catch-up with Tesla's Latest Update and My Gopro**

I'm excited to share my weekend vlog with you all, and I hope you enjoy it. This week was big, guys - I've got a lot of changes happening, and I'm eager to show you everything that's new in my life.

My weekend started off on the right note - well, as much as can be said about car maintenance, anyway! My Tesla is getting pretty low on battery life, but don't worry; it'll still make it to its next charge. In fact, with the new Supercharger network, I'm now down to just 51 miles of range. That's a significant drop, and I know some of you daily commuters might be worried about that. But for me, it's not too bad - and with my car still in one piece, I can take on whatever life throws at me.

But enough about my poor Tesla; let's talk about the good stuff! My phone has been a bit distracting lately, especially when I'm trying to vlog. The screen is just so tempting, you know? But I've recently switched to using my Gopro instead - and it's made all the difference. Not only do I love the quality of the footage, but I also find myself much more focused on what I'm doing.

Of course, no weekend would be complete without a few bumps in the road (literally!). As some of you know, I've been experiencing a bit of a string of clumsiness lately - and this weekend was no exception. I managed to slam my arm into a closet door while opening it...ouch! It's days like these that remind me to always be careful out there.

Speaking of which, the weather has been looking pretty terrible lately. I know some of you are probably thinking, "Why not just go outside and enjoy nature?" But trust me, guys - when it's this grimy and grey out, even the great outdoors doesn't feel like a pleasant place to be.

**My Gopro and New Setup**

Now that we've got the weekend drama out of the way, let's talk about something I'm really excited about: my new setup! As some of you know, I recently started working on my macbook pro again - this time with a new ultra-wide monitor. It's been a game-changer for me, and I can already see how it's going to change the way I vlog.

I've also recently picked up an iPad Pro, which is still sitting patiently waiting for its turn in the spotlight. While my imac is getting on a bit of old age - time for me to move on and dedicate myself fully to my macbook pro! - it's still got a lot to give. I'm listing it on ebay and facebook marketplace (or next door, if you know what that means!), so keep an eye out for some great deals.

And speaking of new tech, have I mentioned how much I love my portable powerhouse? It's been a lifesaver when I need to work from anywhere - be that in the office or on the go. While it might not be perfect (and sometimes the battery can get a bit wonky), it's still one of those things that makes me feel like a total boss.

**My Week Ahead**

Now, before you all dive into my vlog, I just wanted to give you a little heads up about what's coming up this week. As some of you know, I've been working on a new campaign - and I'm excited to finally share it with you guys! While editing tonight will be a bit of a challenge (I'll only have an hour and a half to get everything done), I'm looking forward to the process nonetheless.

guys how you doing welcome back this is my weekly vlog where i try to pretend i have a super interesting life although this week i really did have a good week like a really really good week because of this check this out baby i got a new doorknob no you see her right there she's kind of blending in with the window because of the gopro but the closer we get the more obvious it is yes guys there it is my 14 inch m1 pro macbook pro isn't she a beaut look at that display guys it is so nice with a big old nosh to top it off literally but yes it's so nice to have liquid retina xdr technology and both my displays now at least these displays actually no the imac doesn't have that right now but it is 5k so between all these three displays i truly am grateful apple spoils me with their technology just it's incredible now with that said i'll be listing the imac for sale probably next week actually by the time the public sees this vlog there's a good chance it could be sold already i don't know and i'm also selling both my lg monitors because i have some big old plans for this macbook pro because for the next year or so this is my primary desktop in a way at least until we either get a new imac or a new mac mini i'm leaning more towards a mac mini we'll see we'll see hey guys anyway the macbook pro i've been loving it so far absolutely loving it um and i'm already putting it through its paces for instance this week's pigeons only vlog was like one hour and 57 minutes long you know what guys let's just round up and say it was a two hour long vlog a two hour long vlog plus some gaming content i already edited two videos for that channel actually and my macbook pro unboxing so i've already put this thing through its paces for uh video editing and guys from importing to editing to actually exporting which typically revs up my fans like crazy on my imac right i have not heard any kind of audible fan noise yet on the macbook pro now with that said if you listen very carefully i don't think i can even hear right now i think technically speaking there might be a fan spinning at all times or with that said when the fan does come on you really can't hear it unless you actually put your ear to the keyboard and even then it's really really difficult to hear whereas with my imac again the the fans go crazy which is funny because i said this to my patients blog but i'm going to say it again because i think it's fascinating tech the chassis of the imac is huge look at this in theory we have so much more room for air to move around so you'd think this would be a silent machine it's not as much as i love intel their chips are not power efficient at all like they're not i don't know it's just i'm excited to move away from into because i'm pretty sure my next gaming pc is going to be amd but that aside i am so incredibly impressed by the m1 pro chip on here um and guys keep in mind i edited the entire pigeons vlog from the comfort of my living room on my lap and it barely got warm seriously it barely got warm whereas with my old macbook pro and especially my 2017 fanless macbook those machines would get very very hot when putting them through their paces now it did get a little warm last night because i turned this into a plex server so to preview the pages only vlog i actually shared my media on here on here my my voices get in there chill well i just made a sale on ebay and three different devices four different devices just alerted me anyway i did manage to get it um a little warm because i turn it into a plex server that way i can preview my content but i was also editing video at the same time it got a little warm but again i did not hear any audible fan noise incredible absolutely incredible and guys with the content i create i'll be shocked if i ever really hear the fans come on unless i'm doing some kind of benchmark testing or just messing with the fans in general with some kind of fan fan control utility application um but it's silent it's a very silent computer it's beautiful the keyboard is damn good and that's a lot coming from me because i'm a huge fan of the 2017 macbook keyboard a lot of people hate that keyboard design i absolutely love it i i think it's damn near perfect it's very short traveling which i like on notebooks it's very clicky which i like on notebooks and it's very tactile which i like on hot dogs i'm just kidding notebooks just want to throw you off there but with that said this might be turning into my favorite notebook keyboard of all time because the more i type on it the more happy i am okay for instance listen it's still very tactile right but it's also very quiet at the same time extremely quiet um so yeah and of course then there's my ipad keyboard which is a little louder but still very quiet listen and they're actually very similar in terms of design if you look at it both of the keyboard layouts are kind of sitting in like a black shell of some sorts i don't know the right word for it but yeah you see the black all the way around they're like kind of sitting on there and the same for this and they're both backlit this is backlit this is backlit i was a little surprised to see that there's no key for adjusting the backlight on the keyboard which i find myself doing all the time on my 2017 macbook but then i was thinking well how how often do i have to adjust it because typically apple does a good job of it auto adjusting and then i found this in the system preferences you can actually put it in your mini bar so the keyboard brightness is right there you're not really going to see it in here because it's kind of bright in here right now but maybe you can see it fading oh yeah yeah a little bit so basically i can use this slider um and it frees up a couple keys maybe even three keys if you factor in decreased brightness increased brightness and just power um but instead we have brightness for the display which is beautiful we have mission control spotlight dictation and i think for siri is it this wait what is siri again i forget it's some kind of command i don't really use siri on my mac too much i use i use siri all the time on my iphone uh where were we do you have to stir which is really cool you can turn that on my apple watch is talking to me uh playback controls volume and touch id my first ever macbook with touch id now i'm not gonna lie it would have been nice to have face id i love face id i absolutely love face id so much but to have touch id built into my keyboard is huge for me um because it's new you know i've never used touchity on a notebook before this one technically speaking i've used it in like the apple stores and whatever just to kind of mess around with it but uh yeah it's really really nice not having to type in my passwords which are typically saved but sometimes there are those instances where um you might forget a password you know that a website for whatever reason doesn't memorize in your keychain but with touch id touch id i think it's like 99 useful you know i mean there's gonna be that one percent of websites where you have to type it in yourself for instance on chrome chrome i believe doesn't support touch id directly but i'm more of a safari user chrome on the mac kind of sucks i just i just use it as a secondary browser safari my opinion is so much better especially the way it integrates across my ipad my imac and my iphone especially when you copy and paste i love copying pasting over wi-fi i use it all the time all the time for data entry sharing my youtube urls on twitter and instagram it's just very useful use it if you're not doing it basically what you do is check this out and you probably know this but if you do have a mac maybe you don't know it i don't know i don't know so let's open up a new document here okay so let's go over here now for some reason i need to copy and paste a url from here to here watch this so let's just go to a long url uh concept how apple card plus could rival other premium cards so here we go command l just to select the address bar command c ready okay it's pasted right say i'm pasting it here now if i go over here i haven't touched the keyboard yet right command v boom and there it is there is the url that i just copied from here and pasted over here i don't know how often you guys use that but i use it all the time especially when i add business expenses when i have to copy and paste the title the product i typically add it in numbers first apple numbers love that app and then i paste it into the expense app on my iphone or vice versa and again i use it a lot on instagram okay so when i do it like an instagram story and i want to share my new video like on my gaming channel for instance today why are you aware love that game i copy pasted the url from safari on any of these devices pasted it into my iphone as a link in my instagram story that way i don't like type the exact url and or tell people to go to my youtube channel then to the video so it's it's so useful so this feature has been here for years but i'm just throwing it out there just in case you don't know it exists start using it so it's important to know this feature is nothing new apple's been doing this for years but i'm just using my macbook pros and excuse tell you guys now if you're not using it look into it i mean it could be incredibly useful for your routine it is for me okay well i just talked about copy and pasting for like five minutes it's just a huge huge feature okay guys i'm also killing time if you must know carvana should have been here 15 minutes ago but they texted me a couple hours ago um saying that she's going to be late her name is sarah i think yeah she's very nice she called me i'm not a big phone person so she texted me um she said she's gonna be here between like four and four thirty so um yeah carvana's picking up my mazza today assuming everything goes fine they're gonna do a test drive and look over the vehicle uh but everything should be fine it's not exactly the newest car goodbye baby by uh today's standards but a lot of people need cars right now like the car market is going crazy right now for example if you order a brand new tesla i think you'll be waiting until at least mid next year mid next year it's kind of crazy how many people need cars we're going through some crazy ties right now between that and the shortages and it's it's insane plus that's going to be like 4 100 in my pocket i don't know the blue book value but i'm going to find the blue book value once they pick up the car and pay me then i'm going to make a video detailing my experience with carvana the pros and the cons and honestly i have yet to see any cons buying a car from i them i don't know about that that's a completely different experience but the fact that i'm selling my car completely online and they're coming to me to pick up the vehicle and then they wire me the money within one that two days have to pick up that's huge that's absolutely huge i am a huge fan of convenience not having to go places but people coming to me so um stay tuned they should be here in about an hour by the way i got like two or three hours of sleep last night horrible horrible night's sleep so there is a good chance i will not be seeing the parentals tonight uh because i'm just gonna use the rest of my day to get some dinner and go to sleep seriously i'm looking to take no joke like a four or five hour nap i just didn't sleep i don't know i mean you ever have those days or nights mornings whenever you just keep tossing and turning and you're like fine i'll just get up and get my day started and well that's what i've been doing i've been publishing videos i'm upstairs now playing some cod vanguard good game nothing mind-blowing but it's fun it's going to hold me over until halo and battlefield come out but um yeah it's going to be a good weekend guys very very chill weekend so i'm probably not going to see the parentals tonight on video but i promise i will vlog them on sunday so stay tuned come on carvada i'm hoping when they pick up my car assuming they're picking it up because there's always a chance they could reject me for whatever reason i'm hoping when they drive away with my mazda that i can vlog the truck uh so i can at least get that clip or you know what i'll probably just do it on my phone goodbye mazda it's been fun all right it's time to go back upstairs kill some time till they get here i love vitamin water guys tropical mango as you know i don't really drink soda nowadays i'm going on either one or two years of no soda and i'm very very proud of that so dish is bad for you um and sometimes water is a little boring yes i drink a lot of water but vitamin water is like flavored water it's probably not the healthiest of things but it's got a ton of vitamins in it so i'm liking it and it's 100 calories per bottle which i don't think is insane all right back to vanguard i'm gonna keep grinding these weapons and of course i'll be keeping an eye on my phone because i don't know when they're gonna arrive she said she'll text or call me when she's on her way um so yeah i'm excited but i'm also a little sad to say goodbye to my car but honestly guys i don't like gas-powered vehicles anymore really i don't when i drove my mom's beamer like a couple weeks ago to take the rudders with her it felt so bizarre to use my brake pedal and honestly it's a little scary now i'm so used to rolling up to a light or stop sign or in traffic and just letting go of the gas pedal you know the accelerator because with the regen braking the car wants to stop on its own i mean it's kind of like an rc truck that's actually a great comparison but with a regular gas powered vehicle you have to press the brake and that's just so weird to me it's extremely weird once you're used to um an ev you know an electric vehicle so what that said if you're thinking of switching to an ev do it seriously do it and by the way my electrical bill i charge on average probably four times a month i have noticed no increase in my electrical bill my electric bill let's just say electric bill the bill's not electrical so i mean now granted i'm not a heavy driver i have a job at home i don't make a daily commute but i do charge about once a week and um well i've definitely saved quite a bit of money on gas especially lately gas prices right now are crazy so right now is the time to own an ev anyway i could talk all day guys more vanguard time carvana should be here in about 15 minutes guys i know it's just a car but i'm actually getting a little sad thing is i love my tesla i love that car so much that's obviously no secret but this is the car guys this is it this is the car that i vlogged most in my early days of youtube but it's time to say goodbye i mean guys with 75 000 miles on here somebody's gonna get a good deal i'm sure and somebody's gonna treat it right maybe they'll give it a paint job i don't know maybe they'll fix things up for instance the interior could use some work unfortunately i never followed up one the recall because it has some kind of heat related issue where the dash will literally melt like it actually melts it's crazy it's a friend texting me i thought it was her yeah let me sit in here for one last time and let's recollect guys i'm getting a little sad it's just a car though you know it's a good car um you know i like i've never had any serious issues besides the dash recall that i feel like could have been discovered during testing kind of so much fur up here too but there's only so much i can do and yes i did vacuum the car uh i thought that was there i was gonna say no there's no way pretty sure she's gonna be pulling up in one of those carvana trucks guys i made many clips here um including the mcdonald's clips i would sit my camera right here how's it how's this for a flashback it just stuffed my face with quarter pounders and french fries and lego fishes and hot cakes and sausage actually i didn't forget anything in here also i've been sure to turn the car on every day this week because the batteries died on me like two or three times now and i have to charge it like every two weeks because i don't i don't drive it uh but i have a battery charger uh but it should start just fine for carvana today my god imagine if it did it that'd be that'd be embarrassing but the battery's fine the batter is in good health i took it last december for my inspection and while they said the battery was fine so i'm assuming it's still good plus it's getting colder out so obviously it takes a little more oomph for batteries to start properly but anyway guys there you go my 2010 mazda 3 served me well but it's time to move on that is assuming they take it imagine if they reject it and if they do for whatever reason then i'll do a local sale on craigslist facebook marketplace ebay whatever but i really don't want to have to deal with going back and forth if people literally having to come to my house look at the car and be like you know what i changed my mind i don't want it um at least with carvana i'm assuming they fix up cars that they want to sell or maybe they're going to sell it as is because it does need a new dash it needs the ac fixed the ac doesn't work but the compressor turns on i think it i think it's the blower that doesn't work heat eventually works but only on setting four um so yeah okay goodbye baby you served me well now you're gonna serve someone else well hopefully so i just noticed a little bit of bird poop on the window i'm going to clean that off right now and i'm going to leave the apple sticker on there i mean if they want me to take it off then i'll get a razor blade and take it off but i don't think it's going to hurt anything i'm just going to leave it on there and who knows if i ever see this thing on the road and the new owner doesn't take the apple stickers off then i'll know it's mine and i took my bumper sticker off in my license plate okay goodbye mazda3 good luck okay the lady has arrived guys i signed the paperwork which took like a few minutes i was a little nervous because i've never done that before like a good nervous you know and she basically said you don't have to be out here i'm just gonna be taking pictures the truck's gonna come up we're gonna look at your car and we're just gonna take it away for you so i literally just signed paperwork for like maybe not even two minutes i don't know um then that's it like she's literally like you don't you don't have to stay out here which i thought was funny she's taking her pictures so basically if you're wondering about what they require i just got a text from carvana my payment has been initiated they barely looked at the car like they haven't even turned it on yet how do they know it's gonna start but obviously it's gonna start she's getting in hopefully i cleaned it enough by the way she's very nice so um yeah they just sent me that text saying it's being processed what else is oh yeah so if you're wondering what they need from you and i'll make a detailed video for those curious because right now it's a great time to sell a car basically i just handed over my title i didn't even have to show on my license i had it in my pocket just in case i'm like do you need to see my license and she's like no it's not necessary um and i just signed some paperwork and i took my registration out of the car and now i just got to cancel my insurance and i told her i'll do that tonight or tomorrow so it's a very weird feeling but i'm relieved but no no you know what i'll be fully relieved when the truck shows up and they take the car oh god she's sitting in there she's probably looking at it she's like this car is disgusting feels weird i'm in here and a complete stranger is in my car right now it's weird it's like david it's not yours anymore get out of here we're taking pictures of someone else's car now it's an odd feeling very very odd feeling my mom speaking of cars she's driving home she's behind a i can't tell from the back i want to say model y that's the thing a lot of teslas look similar from the back the easiest way to tell the difference is on the on the sides i wonder when the truck's coming i just want to wait till she actually turns the car on to make sure it's gonna work fine i'm very i don't know i have anxiety she's testing the windshield wipers and stuff and then the lights and everything that's so cool that they come to you that is so cool like what a cool process and honestly i even i even told her i'm like it's so much better to go through you guys and back and forth with facebook marketplace she she seemed kind of shy she didn't really want to talk too much um but i said i see your ads all the time so i figured i'd give it a try now i just got to look at the blue book value which i don't care about you know like if i lose a thousand dollars on it then i lose a thousand dollars it's whatever but the convenience again of them coming to me and picking up the car and the whole process handled online that's insane that's so so cool okay stay tuned for an update guys okay she left which means i'm assuming the truck will be here soon wow that really was kind of like a touchless experience let me cover the qr code just in case i don't know if that's anything but there it is guys vehicle not for sale so there it goes well not yet i don't i don't know where the truck is i don't even know if the driver is gonna need to talk to me did she leave the key in here he must be in here somewhere oh there it is right there cool okay goodbye mazda thank you for everything i know i'm talking to a car but kind of is a big deal guys okay now i'm just dwelling time to move on might as well play some vanguard right while waiting currently watching my doorbell i don't think he's even going to need to talk to me but just in case he's trust me i really really want to take a nap i am i'm lacking so much energy right now i just need sleep but uh i don't want to take a nap knowing they're going to come over here i should have asked her what time the truck's coming that's one thing i think carvana could improve i think there should be required to tell you what time the truck was coming but again she she was very shy so i'm not going to hold it against there but that's something i'll mention in my video all right let's go but yeah so far incredibly smooth touchless experience so so good mp40 for the win do it i don't know when this carvana truck is coming i have no idea i mean the fact that they processed my payment already says everything it's like they trust me to not hide the car or destroy it you know not that i'll do that but it's pretty cool that they're processing the payment guys i'm tired of waiting i made some pasta i hate that i'm not seeing the parentals tonight but i have to do the responsible thing oh and get some freaking rest you know sleep is important plus i'll see them on sunday anyway i'm gonna watch the office what else is new i'm gonna eat my pasta yes i actually made dinner tonight shocking i know and um we'll see what the night brings me valley happy saturday everybody alexa chilly stars would you rate it alexa go home she loves to talk but so do i guys i did a lot of talking in my shame last night and my voice sounds fine it's like back to normal that makes me so happy so happy also what makes me really happy check this out guys i woke up this morning around like 8 30 9 o'clock you know just use the bathroom because you know i'm not waking up early on a saturday i didn't go to bed it's like six in the morning first of all amazon package second of all yep they took my mazda it's gone guys it feels so weird to see my driveway empty now because i'm just so used to seeing it there ah well there it is guys and i checked my nest doorbell i'll throw up some footage right now so that's just a quick clip of the tow truck taking my mazda away unfortunately it was not the official carvana truck so i'm bringing my package in um but uh obviously it was carvana who took it so it's gone and thankfully they did not bother me they did not knock on the door bring my doorbell or anything um so it truly was pretty much like a 99 contact list experience carvana well done i'm gonna give you guys an extremely positive youtube review of the process and i'll likely record that on monday now i just gotta get paid i should see that in my time account by monday with it being the weekend uh they said one or two business days so i shouldn't get that until at least monday um but cool also i treated myself to something last night something for my macbook pro set up and speaking of macbook pro that's my cradle for the macbook pro i'll open that up in a bit i went into my attic area and this is why i keep boxes guys i'm selling both of my lg 4k displays i bought myself something very special to replace both of these and the price is actually really good stay tuned for the unboxing now i'm going to bust out my macbook pro relax in the living room and uh list these on ebay and then just chill up here play some vanguard on pc level up because i can't have logan be higher than me nope it's not going to happen i'm going to surpass his level like that so that's today's goal got a lysis on ebay and this is why i need to keep boxes so that was a terrifying view big boxes all right the monitor is listed got two of them up there asking for a 315 but realistically i expect to get around 300. ironically though if you get a brand new one on amazon right now i guess maybe because of supply constraints i don't know yeah it's costing like over six hundred dollars anyway there you go there's there's proof guys got booth monitors that are boxes i mean that's why you keep your packaging you never know what you're gonna sell get that money back in your pocket and put that money towards better stuff you know newer stuff nothing wrong with it i love ebay it's weird that my mazda's gone i wonder where it is right now i'm hoping i see it out in the wild one day i'm telling you guys those apple stickers i don't know if they'll take the time to take them off but then again i don't have to have apple stickers to tell me hey that's that's my mazda i've had that car for about 10 years so it's pretty pretty easy to spot all right don't really have much going on today guys it's the weekend i'm going to try to chill got my ebay stuff done and i answer some emails so um very cool what do you say we make another coffee play some random movies on plex upstairs in the shimmy pc and do some gaming on the gaming pc vanguard baby speaking of vanguard look at my dude logan is this rainbow sex logan that's funny you're funny your comedy is improving my dude it's actually a nice shot look at that it makes my living room look a lot bigger than it actually is and there you go another successful cod session yo for anybody who plays vanguard first of all i get it the stg is popular but in my opinion it's over hyped make a class for the automation ar trust me incredibly fast fire rates much less recoil than the stg at least based on my class obviously your class is going to be different your loadout i mean but uh yeah check out the automation that thing just it just destroys and i love it i cannot wait to use it on stream tonight okay i'm gonna go to target real quick i don't need to go to target but i'm gonna target anyway yeah it's like peanut butter and chocolate it's like a peanut butter cup with milk and it's subtle it's like a reese okay first taste tastes like chocolate milk yeah but there's like a subtle peanut butter you taste it or no your your taste buds are broken oh it tastes peanut butter oh it tastes a little yeah it's like more of an apple taste it's extremely subtle which is what makes it good ew ew what's your deal there's so many weird bodily noises so it's good it's good nice level here you want the whole thing this is mine the one more full oh look at that depth of field very nice that's something you don't get on the gopro wait say it again i've never seen depth of field you've never seen depth of field in my videos yes you have every camera except for the gopro because i go for a fixed focus lens mom's like melting chairs god i poured a lot i have fun editing that david did you flip me all the time with that no it's not different for christmas it is very subtle that's so good with a resolution of 3440 by 14 40. and i'm gonna have that in addition to the macbook pro so the macbook pro is basically going to be sitting on a cradle which is in that box i'm just going to open it tomorrow and it's gonna be a nice nice setup and i measured it 34 inch monitor i think it's like 28 or 29 inches wide so i've got plenty of room over here so the monitor here microphone over there on a cradle and ipad pro near the macbook pro and that still leaves me plenty of room to make videos here i love my new setup i love it love it love it and i'm really glad i rotated everything uh so now i'm just gonna sell my lng monitors the one is still connected oh and this week i'm gonna break everything down i'm gonna officially format and reset my imac to its default factory settings uh because one i'm listing it on ebay or facebook marketplace whatever it's best maybe even next door um we'll say and two that's my way of completely separating myself from the imac and dedicating myself and my work to my macbook pro because i think it's a beast an absolute beast so that's my plan for this week guys it's a big week got a lot of stuff happening uh so patrons stay tuned i hope
