Mi 11X smartphone has a personalization screen that allows you to disable everything user experience and all of this i did that and also it still has this annoying thing known as Gets app so it will send you notifications but let's try to locate that Gets app here and click over here go to the app info and from the notifications by default it's yes please disable this otherwise you will get unnecessary notifications to install this app that app so just remove that and it's been just two hours i did not get any notifications or stuff like that

this is antutu adroid i've installed and again it has some stuff for example this cleaner and all this these are typical xiaomi stuff and you can go to the more settings and show you can remove these notification as you can see here all these things so by default you will have to do it because it's running on our miui as i've told you and it's uh miui 12 uh running on android version 11 that we have an android security update is april so that way it's nice so typical me ui and within the ui guys i haven't noticed any lag yet

let's also check the weight because as i've told you i feel the weight balance is good on this smartphone let's see yeah let's see how much does it weigh so 196 so that's actually nice guys relatively less than 200 grams so that's actually a nice thing but i mean that is a fingerprint magnet and now let's also look at the what do you say camera i've taken some sample shots against uh stay tuned and uh have a look but here is the camera interface by default this photo and you can go to the wide angle it's actually pretty wide that's what i like about this one

and this is digital zoom guys and again we have the portrait mode what i also like about the front-facing camera is if you notice how wide it is this front-facing camera that was a big surprise to me uh because i was also testing the oneplus 9r and in that one the front facing camera is simply not that wide so let me do one thing let me actually show you some sample shots that i've taken with this one

so these were the samples taken with the rear facing camera and semi indoor conditions as you can see this was taken in artificial lighting in my office this is a regular shot and this was with that ultra wide angle again this was a regular shot and this was with that ultra wide angle now moving to human subjects this is in the balcony natural lighting uh this was at the portrait mode but indoors i felt that the sharpness was not there as you can see uh this is with the ultra wide very soft again this is an artificial lighting not that great these are taken in my office situation and again you notice that softness in the picture not super sharp but you could just say decent gets the job done

but i also had the oneplus so let's compare these were taken in my office and when we zoom in the mi 11x is certainly sharper as you can see this was taken in the normal shot both are very close to each other but when we move to the portrait mode i feel the mi 11x is more natural the oneplus 9r picture looks artificial this was taken in dull lighting conditions and both did a very average job but when we zoom in still the mi 11x has slight more detail in this indoor shot both of them did a very average job

but certainly the mili 11x is way sharper so guys uh that's it for now for the unboxing and first look at the same 11x i would say certainly an interesting device and guys regarding 5g i completely forgot the variant that is officially sold in india supports just two 5g bands much better than some of the other phones for example the oneplus 9r supports only one band but again it's just two 5g brands want to be very clear about the same so for the price you can get it for about 28000 if you use the credit card it's not a bad phone but again i would say have realistic expectations in terms of camera

skeptical because after the camera performance of this oneplus 9r this has to be one of the most rubbish cameras for 14000 let's see if this uh camera is better than the oneplus 9r in fact i compared it with the iq7 the iq camera blew uh the oneplus out of the park anyways the battery is a 4520 milliamp hour battery it'll be interesting to see how it handles because what i have noticed is that even the snapdragon 870 chip is slightly on the hottest side so we'll see that let's open this up and have a look so here it is and it says designed by xiaomi of course a sim ejector tool and we do get a case and what is this this is something new oh wow wow i did not expect this because we are not getting this dongle these days with almost any smartphone uh even the flagships have stopped moving so kudos to xiaomi for doing that at least they are giving that so we even get a case so that's nice actually because these days otherwise the unboxing of the flagship if you notice the iphones and stuff hardly there anything except the phone so you get the case also it's a what do you say plasticky transparent case uh will do the job uh initially but guys if you're buying this phone invest in an under quality case frank opinion let's just keep that and here is the handset itself i opted for the black one guys whatever i could order uh i just clicked on it and this is uh not mad guys it's like glossy in fact looks like a glass back and you can look at it like a mirror so very glossy so if you use it without the fingerprint what is the case will be a lot of fingerprints actually but we have a triple camera here on it uh 48 megapixel eight megapixel ultra wide then five megapixel dsl is a telephoto macro kind of a thing but no ois guys on this one and the big difference with the uh me11x pro is that that comes with the snapdragon 888 and it has a 108 megapixel main camera but that's almost 10 000 rupees more so let's see and we get uh this big brick guys so i like it this is actually a 33 watt fast charger in the box so i appreciate that at least giving the fast charger and this will be your type a to type c uh cable use this k cable for the fastest charging so i'll just keep these things to the side and let's look at the handset itself now and uh first impressions it does not feel heavy guys so looks like nice weight distribution guys and it's 6.67 inch screen that it is having and this one also supposed to have stereo speakers so we have two vents over here and one is actually the ir blaster over here so it's hidden so it's there and we have the volume rockers power on off button the fingerprint scanner is here within this one and i don't mind those guys after using a lot of smartphones because what happens is in display fingerprint scanner if they're not very sensitive it's irritating but this your finger just reaches here so i personally don't mind it but some people want in display this does not have in display fingerprint scanner anyways bottom will be that second speaker uh your main microphone your type c port and your what do you say a storage let's see i don't think so it will have any hybrid or anything but let's see yes no hybrid guys but one thing is surprising i don't know if they'll add that in the later part as of now amazon we have two variants one is six gigabytes of ram and other is eight gigabytes of ram but both of them have just 128 gigabytes of internal storage there is no variant of 256 and if you don't have a micro sd card expansion they should have also introduced a 256 gigabyte variant in my frank opinion but that's what we get and here we have nothing back as i have totally and again guys this is already a fingerprint back but as i've told you it's like a mirror so use it with the case typical miui stuff that you're going to get you get the app tray i haven't uninstalled any of the junk where that is installed android i have installed adroad i've installed but these are other apps prime etc were pre-installed and that way i would say not a lot of junk fare is there there is some but not too much of junk where that was pre-installed on this smartphone some of the usual uh netflix and stuff prime video and all these things but these are sort of useful apps not totally junk like tuk-tuk pak and all those things so that way and yes this me credit me pay you can't uninstall some of them so but again if you're buying a phone with the me ui you're gonna get this so that's what it is uh so let's go under the hood over here quick toggles and the thing is that by default i don't know uh it sports that 120 hertz amoled screen but it was set to 60 hertz so i have set it to 120 so that's why it's very smooth 60 hertz i was noticing some uh jitters but here i just went here and if i go to the refresh rate i've set it to 120 and here i would say it's performing very well and again if you go to about the phone already i ran that update and right now it's on that 12.04 and roughly you should get about what you say 23 gigabytes is now used because i've installed some apps roughly about 21 gigabytes will be actually uh uh used so that's regarding the storage that you are getting and this we have the fingerprint by default guys you have to actually press it but you can change it to just if you put your finger it unlocks and as you can see very responsive so that way i would say it's a very responsive fingerprint scanner that and i i don't have any complaints guys and it's too early to judge about ram management and all those things but i also tried to run some benchmarks and let me actually show you uh the strange thing was that i also installed this geekbench and the problem with geekbench is that it runs it but when it tries to show the score the app just crashes and it's just not me some other users also have complaint but luckily antutu i could uh run on this one and i also have the oneplus 9r iran and q2 even on that one to give you an idea um here and this is the iq7 not the legend regular i could seven all of these have the same processor guys so let's see the scores and uh here as you can see uh this is the me11 11x this surprisingly got in the middle i would say the score if we look at it this is in the middle the oneplus r got the least score and in fact the oneplus r if you notice this is important guys notice this let me increase the brightness uh when i run the benchmark heat it up the most to 5.5 degrees celsius this is the me 11x this increased by 4.5 degrees celsius but when i run the same benchmark on this iq7 this increased only by 3.3 degrees celsius and this actually got the highest score uh cpu actually uh the one plus 9r got the highest second this third this but other areas as you can see uh uh these two actually got better scores than actually the one plus r so that's regarding the android scores that we got but i don't like the fact that xiaomi is doing some trickery and when i try to run this geekbench 5 they are artificially crashing it so that we don't know this course i could run geekbench on both the oneplus and even the iphone 7 without any issues so that's what it is and within the
