**Floormax: The Perfect Solution for Workshops**
We are super happy with our Floormax floor after using it for 6 months. It is anti-slip, making it perfect for workshops, garages, or fitness clubs. Its fire-resistant properties and ability to withstand heavy loads, including forklifts, make it an excellent choice for industrial settings. Additionally, its chemical resistance and thermal and acoustic insulation enhance the overall performance of our workshop.
One of the benefits of Floormax is that it can be customized with logos, as seen on our floor. We also appreciate its wear-resistant properties, making it a durable solution for our workshop needs. The team at Floormax has done an excellent job in creating a product that meets our specific requirements.
**Carrera S: A Fun and Powerful Driving Experience**
The Carrera S is a car that offers a fun and powerful driving experience on almost all roads. Despite having only 450 horsepower, it delivers impressive performance, reaching speeds of over 200 km/h. The top speed claim of 294 km/h may be a bit ambitious, but the car still feels fast and responsive.
The braking performance of the Carrera S is exceptional, with steel brakes that provide a very good pedal feel. However, they can get hot if used at high speeds for extended periods. This is where carbon-ceramic brakes would be beneficial, but the current setup still delivers impressive stopping power.
Driving the Carrera S is an absolute pleasure, with a drivability that has improved slightly compared to its predecessor. The team at Porsche must have made some tweaks during the 5.4 million test kilometer project with the 991.2, as it feels more refined and responsive on the road. Our braking battle was intense, but the car still managed to stop impressively.
**A New Car to Love: Carrera S vs. Carrera S Pre-Facelift**
When comparing the new Carrera S to its pre-facelift predecessor, it's clear that Porsche has made some improvements. The new car feels more refined and responsive, with a subtle yet noticeable difference in drivability. Despite having 15 kilograms more weight, the performance is virtually identical to the previous model.
However, the team at Porsche must have done something right, as the new Carrera S feels like a completely different car from its predecessor. The braking performance remains excellent, and the top speed claim of 294 km/h seems realistic. Our experience with the Carrera S has been nothing short of amazing, with a pure driving experience that is hard to match.
**Brake Battle: When Brakes Get Hot**
As we continued our test drive, our brake battle started to vibrate slightly, indicating that the brakes were getting hot. This is a minor concern, but it's something to be aware of when pushing the car to its limits. However, even with this issue, the Carrera S still delivers impressive performance and braking power.
**Conclusion**
The Floormax floor has exceeded our expectations, providing a durable and high-performance solution for our workshop. The Carrera S, on the other hand, is a car that offers an exceptional driving experience, with improved drivability and braking performance compared to its predecessor.
Whether you're in the market for a new floor or a high-performance sports car, we hope this article has given you some valuable insights into these excellent products. "WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this POV review by autotop now my name is Max and today I'm taking you around the all new Porsche 92.2 Carrera this is the 911 and we already did a review I went to Spain to the ascari track and I did a review on track and on the road but we didn't have that much time with the car and of course we didn't have an autobound so I needed the car again and luckily I was able to get it very quickly so big thanks to Porsche for that this is one of my favorite sports cars and I really really love the bass car the bass 911 Carrera I think just has something special something cool you're not trying that hard you know it's just a pure experience and uh yeah I really really like it for that so today I'm going to show you around it we'll talk a bit about the Carrera but not too much because I already did that uh we'll take a look at the spec and then we'll take it for a drive towards the autan for an autan blast now we'll do a quick recap of the most important changes for the 911 of course the 9911 GTS got the new Hybrid drivetrain with the single turbo 3.6 L Flat 6 with all the clever Electronics this retains the 3 l bturbo Flat 6 with 394 horsepower in the new 99 2.2 uh which is 9 horsepower more than before the same 450 newm of torque and at the front we have a new front bumper and they integrated all the lighting units into this one head light as you can see you have all the lights in there so the fog light is in there as well you have the new like narrow slivers of daytime running light and these are Porsche LED Matrix headlights now because they freed up this space in the front they could have those uh active Arrow flaps on the GTS but you don't have that on the base Carrera so you just have a big air intake here the Carrera also gets the intercooler from the turbo which is new and the turbos from the previous uh prefacelift GTS and uh it just it just got a little bit better it was already really really great but it just got a little bit better little splitter there as well this is Lugano Blue by the way very nice color also had the same color in Spain uh it's kind of a retro cool color I really like it but I liked it more in combination with those classic Carrera wheels these are the Carrera exclusive wheels and they are one size up from the standard wheels these are 20 21 in normally you get 1920 and you have regular steel brakes on the Carrera no option for pccb carbon Ceramics which is a shame that is one of the few reasons I would upgrade to a Carrera S goodar Eagle F1 tires on this car as well which is great seven new wheel designs and we have the regular pasm active suspension management with a sport and a comfort setting but it's not the uh lowered sport suspension that you get on a GTS and that you can get on a Carrera S for instance so that is a difference for the Carrera there are things you don't get but there are also things that you can't have as an option this car also has I think the upgraded fuel tank which is great little sunroof and then at the rear we've got these 21 in Wheels with a 305 section Tire this car also has the optional clear glass for the LED bar which is a little bit bigger than the pre-facelift you do have a red light of course as you can see but uh you have a clear lens for the rear lights as well and then the sports exhaust is optional on this car which is nice to have also quite like the tips of the regular one like the trapezium Square sort of rectangle tips they are like super basic I kind of like that uh but the sound you want from the sport exhaust of course so engine you can't see anything uh but this is the 3 l that sits below here as I said you get the turbos from the GTS 9 horsepower extra intercooler from the turbo uh this is a new design as well with the little stripe in the body color as well yeah it's not a big change bumper is a little bit different as well uh it's not a big change compared to the prefacelift but they just made it a little bit better basically so in here also not a big change we do have a lovely new steering wheel with a drive mode and a sport response button which is new for the Carrera and you get a little bit more standard equipment on the Carrera as well unfortunately this car has been specked with all black leather you might remember the uh the Lugano blue one I had in Spain had this lovely cognac interior and I even learned over there that you can have this piece in Wood which is super cool I would definitely get that because that car also had wood on the dash that would be just amazing to me I think that's so cool but I'm probably the only one in the world um yeah carbon here on the door sill with a 911 Carrera badge super nice now there are two things that they dit that are going to upset the purists number one you don't have a turnkey starter anymore so you have a regular button and that fires up the All Digital display so there's no analog ref counter anymore which is a shame you do get a few new screen ones so you can of course customize every screen but um you can also just change the entire setup so you have this one with five dials next to each other which are all readable so uh in the prefacelift the outer two were behind the steering wheel which was kind of annoying and this does work better and then this is the like the Sport Plus Speedo with a very small digital uh speedometer in the center there and uh it's been tilted so that the red line is at the top which uh is a motorsport thing so you always have like you know where to shift it's at 12:00 which is uh great so interior still it's it's just amazing this car is so freaking capable as a daily driver uh it it just bogles my mind every time because it's interior is so spacious and it still feels like a special sports car to drive at the same time I mean is it as you know as crazy as a McLaren or something no it's not but it just it ticks so many boxes and it is good at so many things that I think is just amazing so still have the HP b g which is amazing as always hores oh it sounds good it really does oh come on it sounds really really good you still have that that naturally aspirated feel of the sound having like a crescendo at the top of the revs which just means that it it always feels like it's it's good to rev it all the way out uh which is a feeling that you don't get often in a turbocharged uh car which is nice so 0 to 100 3.9 seconds with launch control oh just grips which is an added benefit of course of having you know not too much power the previous one had 385 horsepower I said it back then as well I just love the fact that you can actually properly use it you can you can really like go through the gears more than you can in like a 911 turbo or even a GTS it just feels a little bit more manageable on everyday roads on a b Road just City traffic whatever it feels like you can use it more often and uh for example we were driving the Lamborghini RTO with 1,5 horsepower and we were driving it in Italy on a beautiful B- road but in Italy on a beautiful B- Road you just you just you can't use it you you're not coming out of third gear uh and even then you're already going way too fast because first gear is like 106 km an hour if I would have brought this car to that same road I I think I would have had more fun because you can just use it more and just play around a little bit more and have some fun lovely it's just such a lovely car do you miss all the the things that you can get on more expensive Porsches I mean if you drive them back to back like I did in Spain you do feel like you know this is missing something but do you need it no you really don't you know the the rear wheel steering the torque vectoring the sport suspension everything you don't really need it you've got adjustable dampers um you've got the sports exhaust with a button rear wheel drive automatic the gearbox unfortunately you cannot get a manual in the Carrera which is that is really a shame but then you have to wait for the carera T probably that will be coming uh that was the case with the previous 911 the the prefacelift as you might remember we completely transformed our workshop with this gorgeous floor by floormax now back then I showed you the installation which is super easy I showed you everything that we did why we did it why we chose this design but now it's time to dive a little bit deeper into what it is this 7 mm thick premium PVC tile that we have installed right here in a workshop cars are moving around stuff happens my foot slipped I did an accidental burnout oh no the tile melted because it's PVC but the ingenious thing about this type of floor is that you can replace the tiles individually so I took 12 tiles from the floor and I replaced them meaning that the floor looks brand new again this is 6 months of use we are super super happy about it it is anti-slip it is super suitable for workshops or garages or maybe even a fitness club or something like that it is extremely fire resistant it can also take a punch it is very suitable for heavy loads as well you can even use a forklift on this floor it also has very good chemical resistance and another benefit is that it also enhances the thermal and acoustic insulation of the floor which is great you can also have custom logos as you can see so this is the floor Max logo we also have autotop pel and evolution M back there it is wear resistant it is just the perfect solution for our Workshop so if you need a floor for your Workshop they can do smaller or bigger surfaces make sure to check out floormax and use code outtop and L for a 10% discount enjoy the video there is however I think there are two moments when you think okay maybe I need a Carrera S uh which you know the autoban is is one of them sometimes you're like oh man I've been going for a while and still at only like 250 or 260 and when you're on a track and you have a straight then you also feel like a little bit more power could be nice the pre facelift carera s had like 450 horsepower so that is a nice bump but I think this is enough for most people in almost all situations and better still I think it's the more fun car to drive on almost all roads so here we go Full Throttle it's not a slow car by any means don't get me wrong we did 980 100 to 200 and the top speed is 294 km an hour but we know that the 992 Speedos they are uh a bit optimistic so you should be able to do like 3 10 on the speedo I'm not sure we'll get that today because it's quite busy and and uh as you can see you do need a bit of space to get close to the top speed this is a top speed claim but I have to break here braking performance very very good these steel brakes they are very bitey pedal feel is super good uh but they just get a little bit hot if you use them multiple times at these speeds so that's why I said you know carbo ceramic yeah it would be nice but it's it's not a big issue so that2 200 time even though it has 9 horsepower extra it's exactly the same as I did before with the prefacelift I did see that this is you know 15 kilos or something heavier but uh yeah I I it's just basically you have the same performance as before although to me it does feel a little bit uh just I feel like the drivability has improved slightly I don't know what they did to it exactly but I know that they did 5.4 million test kilm with the 99 2.2 so they must have changed something right so we're at 300 here that's 303 304 306 going to let off there don't know what's in this corner couple cars here apparently so yeah that's not bad ehy 306 but I don't think that's the ultimate top speed so we might do another evening run uh sometime soon to see what the real top speed is of the 99 2.2 Carrera oh but that it's just it's just such a lovely car it is so freaking good now my brake battle is starting to vibrate slightly so I can feel that they're getting hot but uh my God what a car I I've been driving it since last Friday or Thursday so like 5 days and uh it just does everything it does everything so well and it feels so well built it feels solid it it's amazing it really is it is a little bit more expensive though than the previous one but you do get some more equipment as standard so I don't know you know what the real difference is there uh but they are expensive I it kind of took me by surprise again like so many cars do these days uh but you know prices are different in all count so check it out and uh I I always feel like if it were my money I would just go for a base Carrera because this is already so good uh that I would yeah I would be so happy with this I think it's cool it has a pure Driving Experience and I would spec it in in some kind of weird way with all the wood and all the cool cognac leather and just I would be such a happy happy camper so I hope you enjoyed this video uh thanks for watching you can subscribe by clicking the big button in the middle you can also check out this video or this playlist and I hope to see you at the next one byewhat's up ladies and
