"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enmy coverage of CES 20/20 is brought to you by MSI Thermaltake Leanne Lee and Coolermaster guys I'm at the Palms now visiting coolermaster and they have optimized a bunch of their products starting with the liquid coolers so here's the cooler master all-in-ones starting from the lower end up to the high end you have the L the R and the P at the LD light version of the master liquids the V ones when they were tested the performance wasn't always there so qu and master has made some upgrades and a few areas they've upgraded the pump they have upgraded the radiator and they've added a wired RGB controller they've also added these sickled flow fans which are used in a multi of the products they have on display today they've widened the gaps on the radiator they worked on the finish to make sure everything fit together a little bit better and it's got this nice bonus with the caps that you can now remove it and you can rotate it so you can have it rotate it in the right orientation here's the updated ml 240 or 280 R it's now called illusion because they have made this kind of cool effects with the pump block unit right here where it gives a sort of a mirrored infinity look when you look down close at it again they've upgraded the fans to the second generation sickled flow and they did some of the same work they did with the L Series on the radiator just to make sure everything is fitting together properly so you get the maximum amount of amount of airflow over the fins this one's available in two forty to eighty and three sixty and now we have the ML 240 and 360p they're calling it vivid because they have an actual LED display down here which right now is displaying the CPU temperature you can control this with some coolermaster software you could have it display a video or anything like that that you want to display practically speaking you're probably going to be doing hardware monitoring with that but they also have a third generation dual chamber pump with this one and again that improved radiator design with wider gaps between the fins for increased air flow here's something I don't think I've seen at least not with a case fan you might notice that the center hub of this fan is not spinning its static so they're just calling that static hub design it's a work in progress right now actually if you look at it from the side it's it's it's hanging off there a little bit but if you have a fan with a nice centered design and you want to actually be able to see it even while the fan is spinning that would be a solution for that I talked about the sickle flow v two fans here is the entire lineup of them going from 140 all the way down to 80 80 92 these are gonna be available in this variety of sizes then you can also get them static black with no lighting you can have a central hub light you can have a single light or you can have addressable RG B's available in a variety of flavors these are gonna sell for anywhere from $7.99 up to about $15.99 so quality fan with some nice features for a reasonable price it's look at air coolers next this is the master air G 400 Pete optimized for small form-factor systems it has a 92 millimeter fan on the top and height wise it's not this slimmest but it's got a decent amount of bulk there and weight lots of fins therefore plenty of heat dissipation and c4 heat pipes at the bottom going down to the base plate and compatibility with a wide variety of sockets so if you're looking for a small form-factor build with a slightly beefier cooler than some of the super slim ones that will be the g4 100 P for you now here is the hyper 212 which they have updated yet again because you know the hyper 212 long time popular cooler from cooler master so why not make new revisions of it over time this is the refreshed hyper 212 evo v2 and they have updated the X bracket for mounting at the bottom you still have the four heat pipe design but X bracket it was flexible for a wide variety of sockets but not necessarily the easiest to install so if you're familiar with the hyper 212 black edition that had an updated mounting mechanism they basically added it to this and they're still going to maintain the same low price for the original hyper 212 so that's gonna be a great budget option for anyone who's looking to upgrade from a stock heatsink fan here's the DT 614 and cooler master introduced this with a bold statement they're setting their sights on not to as NHD 15 and they want this to be in the same class it's gonna be in the same price range at $100 but it's got a nice clean all-black look very impressive fin stack there it's only got a single hundred 40 millimeter fan on it right now because the other one was damaged and shipping on went to on the way to the show but it will ship with dual 140 fans it a cut out on the bottom of the fins down here to provide more compatibility with taller Ram sticks and they've simplified the mounting method with just two Phillips head screws on top see to mount it to a variety of sockets so you're not gonna have to deal with too much fan of removal and remounting so a nice looking cooler especially for anyone who's not into RGB and if this really is up in that range and cooling performance with back to as an HD 15 then this would be a good option first we gotta test that independently first to find out and finally we have a revised cooler master v8 the v8 GTS a RGB addressable RGB fans and again they have added another LED display on the top you can customize right now it's got a cooler master logo but you would be able to control that yourself with the software that they provide this one uses vapor chamber cooling and it uses also the new 140 millimeter silent fans that are part of the sicko flow series now here is a case that I think a lot of you might be interested first off it's micro ITX which is a form factor that I keep promoting I think it's a good in-between for a smaller system with still some of the flexibility that you get with a full ATX rig and - some of the limitations that you have with mini ITX this case is going to be $60 fifty nine and ninety nine MSRP available with a mesh front panel or there's also an acrylic option available you don't get both you get to choose one or the other when you buy it but it also has a tempered glass side panel it's going to ship with two addressable RGB fans at the front as well as an addressable RGB controller so you got a nice straightforward clean design with some basic iOS and USB 3.0 at the front looks to be good airflow especially if you go with the mesh option here but there's a good amount of a ventilation on the side if you do go with the acrylic yes an SSD mounts there on the top of the drive cage and you got plenty of room in the front if you want to add a radiator as well as good ventilation at the top with an included dust filter so this is the master box MB 311 l a RGB and again just 60 bucks so guys keep your eyes out for this one if you're looking to build a micro ATX system it should be available at the end of February possibly beginning of March but by the end of q1 at least here's the TD 500 mesh this one is available in a couple different colors they have a black one here they have a white one here yet again plenty of air airflow across the front and I believe fractal was the first one to do this sort of textured front panel the coolermaster is implemented in several of their cases as well and I think it does give a nice aesthetic to what would otherwise just be a flat mesh panel this one's gonna ship with three addressable RGB fans in the front it does have a tempered glass side panel I had to double check this at first because you've got you've got some accents on the tempered glass as well and that's something that you maybe see a little bit more often with acrylic but again I think a nice aesthetic touch to make what would otherwise be a fairly standard ATX case stand out just a little bit more up here the front panel he gets a couple USB 3.0 ports and that's nice cooler master logo power button we got about the same expected availability for this case looking at the end of February beginning of March and probably about a hundred and ten dollar MSRP here's an interesting teeny tiny little case and this one is made for the new Intel look that they're making in a variety of flavors the base component here which is like the motherboard which has your CPU which slots into a base plate via a PCI Express slot that gives you a connection to the power supply for some additional power and also allows you to mount a graphics card and the other slot down here it's a kind of a unique flexible design if you're into a nook type system that uses som memory modules and the power supply over here is one of cooler masters new SFX power supply units which I'm going to show you a few more of in the future but this one's specially designed because the power connection for the neck board is actually like a 10 pin so not the normal type of connection you'd have for a typical motherboard so system has a really really tiny footprint and it also has a decent amount of expansion not quite the same as building your own system but you can add your own graphics card with the 650 watt included power supply you can fit up to a 90 X 20 atti so basically any graphics card you might want this entire unit is going to ship with the power supply the case and the base plate for connecting up the Nook and it's going to sell for about $200 so you'd have $200 plus the price of the Nook that you decide to slot in there and then add your own graphics card to make a pretty powerful system in a very small form-factor just got to add up the cost of all those individual components and one last thing to note is if you're looking at the Nook unit and the graphics card they're really close together right now so right now coolermaster is using the base plate that and tell his source but they want to redesign it and make one of their own just so they can provide a little bit more space between those two components still works just fine as is but a little bit better cooling is never a bad thing look SFX power supplies aren't they cute I love little SFX power supplies and Coolermaster has done something that nobody else has done yet at least according to them and as far as I can tell they're they're telling the truth but let me just reposition these so you can see the wattage so I got 550 we got 650 we got 750 and we have 850 on this placard right here so there's not an 850 watt sample here but it will be launching along with the rest of these these are all 80 plus gold rated sfx power supplies we're expecting these to come out at the end of march or possibly april they are all 100% fully modular they're all going to have a 0 fan speed mode so the fans not going to spin up unless the power supply actually starts to heat up you get an adapter bracket so if you want to install this in a case it's made for ATX power supplies but you just want to give yourself some more space for cable management or often very useful if you're building a water cooling rig just to give yourself as much room as possible these are called sfx gold so keep an eye out for them available in the next few months now for those SFX power supplies and actually all of cooler masters new power supplies moving forward they are ditching the individually sleeve cables and they're going with flat cables these are very very convenient for cable management because they're flat they're pretty easy to bend and reconfigure and they look pretty clean - this is a white version but they're also gonna have them available in black as you can see there's no heat shrink or anything like that for the connection points to the connectors and coolant masters using these cables for their entire lineup of power supplies all the way down to the 80 plus white down at the end so this is the Refresh of their V Series the B Gold V - these are gonna have the highest quality components they're also gonna be the most expensive in the product stack it's available in a white finish or a black finish the white one will come with the white cables you see here the black one will come with black cables pricing wise for the 550 watt model of the V V 2 is going to be $90 and then add an extra 10 bucks for every additional 100 watts of power it could take a very slight step down to the NW e series which has been running for this past year these are good power supplies these are also 80 plus Gold rated 550 watt version of these will start at $80 and then move up from there basically an extra $10 per extra 100 watts and then right here similar to that $60 case I think is a very compelling product for anyone who's looking to build a budget system this is the V bronze series so they've taken the nwe bronze rating added a V to the front that's cool with me but what you have here is a bronze rated power supply so the cost is not going to be that bad starting at just $75 and 50 watt version and it's fully modular fully module on the back and it's gonna have those same flats all single color cables black in this case so if you're looking for like a reasonably priced power supply this seems like a good one so for your budget builds I get one of these and then get one of those $60 cases you'll be pretty well set up look guys it's the control pad we've we've shown this in previous Coolermaster videos it is a Kickstarter project and I have good news they're shipping out Kickstarter backers are going to be getting these this month if you guys don't know what this is is basically an additional control pad you add to your computer it gives you a bunch of extra keys you can put your own special key caps on top they have a bunch of different sets that match up with different types of software like Adobe Premiere After Effects other types of applications got some roller bars up on the top for controlling things like audio or you can assign those yourself nice crisp pad at the bottom and then of course these are analog so it actually tells how far down you're pushing each key so if you want to use these for gaming that's gonna be a great option as well people have been waiting for this to come out for quite some time so good news for your Kickstarter backers if you are interested in getting this and you're not a Kickstarter backer probably looking at more towards April 4 general availability to the public and they should be selling for around a hundred two hundred and ten dollars depending on the type of switches you go with SK series has been very popular because they're small low profile they have low profile keys they've updated these so this is the SK 6 to 2 and the SK 6 5 2 rather than the flat style keys they've gone with the curved ones there's a little bit easier for typing and they have now made these available with different switches are starting the switches from TTC but that means that they're going to be able to bring these in at a bit lower price and if you think these are rad they should be available by the end of q1 and let's talk about mice this is the CM storm on which is a mouse design from a good 10 years ago the cooler master made it's one of those fingertip mice that has a little bit of a spot there for your ring finger and it was a very popular old design so Coolermaster decided to take this and make an extremely lightweight version of it right here so lightweight in fact there's nothing inside the mess it's just a plastic shell I'm just kidding these are these are just samples that they've brought along they've made them are in a variety of different colors they're gonna be super super lightweight even more lightweight lightweight than their ultra lightweight mice that they already have out and going 45 grams without the cable so if you like a lightweight Mouse and if you're into this style this design if your grip matches up with it or if you're nostalgic for the original spawn these are still in development but we're looking at probably a launch in April but guys that's all the time I have for here at the cooler master suite at the Palms Hotel Casino in Las Vegas Nevada thank you very much - coolermaster for sponsoring my CES twenty20 coverage as well as the rest of my sponsors Lian Li MSI and Thermaltake we'll see you guys in the next videomy coverage of CES 20/20 is brought to you by MSI Thermaltake Leanne Lee and that they're going to be able to bring these in at a bit lower price and if you think these are rad they should be available by the end of q1 and let's talk about mice this is the CM storm on which is a mouse design from a good 10 years ago the cooler master made it's one of those fingertip mice that has a little bit of a spot there for your ring finger and it was a very popular old design so Coolermaster decided to take this and make an extremely lightweight version of it right here so lightweight in fact there's nothing inside the mess it's just a plastic shell I'm just kidding these are these are just samples that they've brought along they've made them are in a variety of different colors they're gonna be super super lightweight even more lightweight lightweight than their ultra lightweight mice that they already have out and going 45 grams without the cable so if you like a lightweight Mouse and if you're into this style this design if your grip matches up with it or if you're nostalgic for the original spawn these are still in development but we're looking at probably a launch in April but guys that's all the time I have for here at the cooler master suite at the Palms Hotel Casino in Las Vegas Nevada thank you very much - coolermaster for sponsoring my CES twenty20 coverage as well as the rest of my sponsors Lian Li MSI and Thermaltake we'll see you guys in the next video\n"
