My Porsche 911 Grenaded Its LS-Swapped Engine - Another Track Day Fail

The Age-Old Question: Built vs Bought

As we stand here today, pondering the age-old question of whether to build or buy a car, I am reminded of my own experiences with various vehicles. Recently, I had the opportunity to test drive both built and bought cars, and I must say, it was a fascinating experience.

The Built Car: A Track-Ready Vehicle

One of the cars that caught my attention was a built car, which could be purchased for $13,013 right out of the box. This car was designed to be track-ready, with all the necessary components to get drivers started immediately. The question was, would this car be better than the bought option? While it's likely that the built car would have an edge in terms of performance and handling, I couldn't shake off my doubts about the stock cooling system. As someone who has driven on the track before, I've experienced firsthand how easily engines can overheat under intense pressure. The fact that this car is running on the stock Porsche cooling system left me with some reservations.

The Bought Car: A Familiar Feel

On the other hand, the bought car was a familiar feel for me. I had driven similar cars in the past and knew exactly what to expect. This car had a more subdued engine sound, which made it easier to relax behind the wheel. While it may not have been as exciting as the built car, I appreciated its reliability and comfort.

The Test Drive: A Refreshing Experience

As I took both cars out for a spin, I was struck by how different they were from one another. The built car was loud and raw, while the bought car was quiet and refined. After testing them both, I realized that it ultimately came down to personal preference. While the built car may have had an edge in terms of performance, the bought car offered a more comfortable driving experience.

World of Warships: A Game Worth Playing

As we explored the world of cars, I couldn't help but think about another passion of mine - World of Warships. Recently, I partnered with Wargaming to promote their third anniversary and 20th-anniversary celebrations. For this special occasion, they are offering some amazing freebies for new players who register with the code "plate warships 2018" after downloading the game.

With World of Warships, players can command a massive naval fleet of iconic warships, each designed to be extremely accurate to real-life vessels. The game is an excellent mix of action and strategy, making it perfect for fans of naval warfare. And with the code "play warships 2018", new players can earn 252 blooms (gold), 1 million credits, 3 days of premium, and a premium Campbelltown warship to get them started.

A Personal Story: Lessons Learned

As I reflect on my experiences with both cars and World of Warships, I am reminded of the importance of taking calculated risks. In the case of the Corvette, I made a decision that ultimately backfired - selling it and then buying it again at a lower price. This experience taught me a valuable lesson about being cautious when making financial decisions.

The Corvette: A Reluctant Return

As I stood in front of my beloved Corvettes, both of which had been through their fair share of ups and downs, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia. The first car was back on the road after a stint at the junkyard, and the second one was fresh out of the yard once again. While it was heartening to see them both running smoothly, I couldn't shake off the feeling that they had been through too much.

The Motor: A Lesson in Moderation

As I pulled away from my Corvettes, I heard the telltale sound of another motor burning - this time, a result of lost oil pressure. It was a harsh reminder that sometimes, less is more. The engine had gone out on me once again, and it seemed like deja vu all over again.

A Change in Plans

As I stood there, listening to the sound of another motor failing, I realized that I needed to make some changes. One of those changes was fixing the exhaust system, which would allow me to enjoy this car at a more manageable level. It wasn't going to be easy, but I knew it was necessary.

A New Beginning

With my Corvettes back on the road once again, I felt a sense of excitement and anticipation for what the future held. While I had experienced my fair share of setbacks, I knew that these cars were still capable of producing incredible performance and driving experiences. And as I looked to the horizon, I couldn't help but wonder what lay ahead for me and my beloved Corvettes.

the line of the track and both of them did fine but they are hoop tees well this brings back memories memories a major failure a lot of interesting cars here Fiat 500 a bar Focus RS mas Mustangs and
