EPIC £400 Gaming PC Build November_December 2015 [AAA TITLES!]

**A Solid Choice from Intel: The Core i3-4150**

The Intel Core i3-4150 is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient CPU. With its 3.5 GHz clock speed, it may seem like a modest performer compared to some of the newer CPUs on the market. However, don't be fooled by its relatively low price point. This CPU has a strong "to-cause" and a stronger "too" hyper-threaded core, making it well-suited for everyday use and light gaming.

**A Reliable Motherboard: The MSI H81 M2M**

For this build, I opted for the MSI H81 M2M motherboard. This micro ATX form factor board is a great middle ground between compact and full-featured motherboards. With its military class 3 certification, it's a reliable choice that can handle even the most demanding overclocking builds. The MSR h81 MZ 35v chip comes with a one-click overlock feature, making it easy to push your CPU to its limits without breaking a sweat.

**DDR4 vs DDR3: A Cost-Effective Decision**

When it comes to memory, I decided to go for the DDR4 route. While DDR3 is still available at a relatively low price point, the new DDR4 technology offers significant performance improvements and increased compatibility with newer systems. The Kingston HyperX Fury kit I chose is a top-notch option that provides excellent performance and reliability at an affordable price.

**A Fast Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue**

For storage, I opted for the Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB hard drive. With its 3.5-inch form factor and 7200 RPM speed, it's one of the fastest hard drives available on the market. This drive is perfect for storing your operating system, programs, and data, and will provide plenty of room for expansion in the future.

**A Powerful Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 370**

For graphics, I chose the AMD Radeon R7 370. With its 4GB frame buffer, this card is well-suited for 1080p gaming and light content creation. It's also a great option for those who want to play more demanding games like World of Warcraft or League of Legends at high resolutions.

**A Solid Case: Thermaltake Versa H23**

The case I chose for this build is the Thermaltake Versa H23. With its side panel window and improved ventilation, it's a great way to show off your build and keep everything cool and quiet. The EVGA 500W 80+ certified power supply provides plenty of headroom for future upgrades and is a reliable choice that will keep your system running smoothly.

**A Reliable Power Supply: EVGA 500W**

The EVGA 500W 80+ certified power supply is a top-notch option that provides plenty of power and efficiency. With its high wattage rating, it's well-suited for this build and will provide plenty of room for future upgrades. Whether you're building a gaming PC or a content creation system, this power supply is a great choice.

**A 400-Pound Gaming PC Build**

Overall, this build is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient gaming PC. With its Intel Core i3-4150 CPU, MSI H81 M2M motherboard, Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 memory, Western Digital Caviar Blue hard drive, AMD Radeon R7 370 graphics card, Thermaltake Versa H23 case, and EVGA 500W power supply, it's a well-rounded system that will handle everything from light gaming to content creation with ease. Whether you're building for the long haul or just want a reliable system for everyday use, this build is definitely worth considering.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwelcome back to another geek what video in today's video I'm taking over the best 400 pounds gaming pc build for the months of november and december 2015 this bill is easily capable of smashing the latest triple-a titles at 1080p 45 to 60 frames per second and some of the most popular titles six world warcraft League of Legends minecraft and CS co at 1080p 60 to 100 frames per second on very high settings without any further ado let's get straight into it now the CPU choice instantly seemed a little bit weird I've done for the a340 150 it's a joke or CPU but this CPU does include hyper-threading which means it will have two physical and the computer will see it is to virtual hypothetic court which means that in total you have four calls which makes the cpu compatible for every single game that you can but you don't be fooled by the lack of physical cores in comparison to something like the athlon x4 860 k as that just have much weaker for cause and this just has a stronger to cause and a stronger too hyper threaded court and 485 pounds this cpu really is a solid choice from Intel comes out the box 3.5 gigahertz isn't overclockable but on the stop calling and not going to begin with overclocking anyway follow motherboard i went for the msi h81 MP 35 I'll of Emma sighs II 35 in the 45 series of motherboards purely because and they're super reliable the military class 3 on them makes them great if you did go for an overclocking overclockable cpu and so one with a que after it that you would be able to one click over hop on this motherboard as well is the MSR h81 MZ 35v chip comes in a micro ATX form factor which is the middle the middle tier sort of middle sized motherboards you're not paying a premium for for compact and small and not paid a premium for huge and all the functionality either comes in at 40 pounds and really is a great body no need for something like skylight not at this level purely because of a much higher price in ddr4 and the memory the ddr3 in this build is where you really save a hell of a lot of money with the release of DVR for which really doesn't make that much of an improvement for gaming ddr3 has gone down significantly and prompt and I'm saying that I paid double at the amount for this kit just a little under a year ago it's the kingston hyperx fury I've got a blue one in the parts this time get a black red or a white kit as well if you do design i've gone for two about dims which gives you dual channel and performance in the memory which gives you twice the bandwidth as well we've got 35 pounds for a ddr3 1600 megahertz kit from Kingston absolutely trust this stuff not there how its fury RAM storage I went for a western digital caviar blue it's a one terabyte drives to a thousand through the bunks in a three and a half inch 7,000 7200 RPM sort of form factor and speed that's really the standard the fastest you can get for really hard drives 40 pounds really really solid bug you can also get the Sega Barracuda one terabyte which is a tiny little bit cheaper I'm talking a couple of quid however this drug is seem to be more and more reliable for the graphics card I went for one of amd's new 300 series gpus the r7 370 it's got a full gigabyte frame buffer which is a little bit overkill given where it is however four gigabytes is going to be better than two gigabytes and that if you didn't want to post csgo also I'm the easier to run game world warcraft lee the legends up to 1440p then that frame before will facilitate that however for 1080p this card really is the sweet spot pinion 45 pounds really really solid card from Zeus the case I've got four was a thermaltake versa h23 I've gone for a thermaltake versa hey 21 and 22 in the past on many previous occasions however the h 10 h 23 has got a better for an io lay out a side panel window and some better ventilation which means you can see your build in all of its glory comes in at 25 pounds and is a really really nice choice from thermal tape with from panel USB 3 for power supply I went for the EVGA 500 watt 80 plus certified power supply that means is the edge certification means that it's certified to run above eighty percent efficiency at all time so it will always output over 400 watts which is plenty for this build if not 500 watts which not only saves you money at the wall but also makes your system last longer and and makes it more efficient it's 40 is 30 pound story and a really solid choice you've got over you've got around 250 Watts Watts of headroom and so if you didn't want to add a couple of hard drives in later on down the line or even upgrade the cpu in the middle board this power supply is easily able to facilitate that and that is my best 400 pounds gaming pc board for the months of november and december 2015 keep lookout for my m 2016 pc which will be launching on the thirty-first of December 2015 ready for the new year so make sure to
