New iPad Pro 10.5 Unboxing 2017

The New iPad Pro: A Significant Upgrade?

Apple has recently announced its latest iPad Pro model, which boasts significant upgrades and improvements over its predecessors. The new iPad Pro comes in two sizes, 256GB for $749 and 512GB for $949, with both options available in Wi-Fi models only. Additionally, users can choose to add an AXIOM connectivity option, which adds around $150 to the price.

One of the most notable features of the new iPad Pro is its display. The device comes equipped with a 10.5-inch screen, which is significantly larger than the 9.7-inch screen found in previous models. This increased screen size provides users with more real estate to work with, making it ideal for tasks such as editing and content creation.

The display on the new iPad Pro is also brighter, with a 600 nits rating, which is brighter than the 300 nits found on previous models. This increased brightness makes the device easier to use in well-lit environments, reducing eye strain and improving overall user experience.

In terms of hardware, the new iPad Pro is powered by Apple's A10X chip, which provides a significant boost in performance compared to previous models. The device also features Touch ID 2, which offers improved security and convenience for users. Additionally, the rear-facing camera has been upgraded to 12 megapixels, while the front-facing camera remains at 7 megapixels.

One of the most notable design changes on the new iPad Pro is the bezels. The device features significantly thinner bezels on both sides, which provide a more immersive and seamless user experience. However, the top and bottom bezels remain relatively unchanged, which may be a drawback for some users.

The Apple 10X chip is also worth noting, as it provides a significant boost in performance compared to previous models. This means that users can expect fast and responsive performance from the device, making it ideal for demanding tasks such as video editing and 3D modeling.

Comparison to Previous Models

When comparing the new iPad Pro to its predecessor, the 9.7-inch iPad, several differences become apparent. The most notable difference is the increased screen size, which provides users with more real estate to work with. Additionally, the display on the new iPad Pro is brighter and more vibrant than previous models.

In terms of design, both devices feature similar components, including speakers, a Lightning connection, and a smart connector. However, the bezels on the new iPad Pro are significantly thinner, which provides a more seamless user experience.

The camera humps on both devices remain unchanged, with flash and speakers located on the back of the device. The bottom of the device features two speakers, while the top features a single speaker.

Choosing Between the Two Sizes

When deciding between the 256GB and 512GB models, users must consider their needs and preferences. If they require more storage space for content creation or other demanding tasks, the 512GB model may be the better choice. However, if they are looking to save money, the 256GB model is a viable option.

Conclusion

The new iPad Pro offers significant upgrades and improvements over its predecessors, making it an attractive option for users in need of a powerful and versatile tablet. With its 10.5-inch screen, improved display, and Apple 10X chip, the device provides fast and responsive performance that is ideal for demanding tasks. While there are some design changes to consider, including thinner bezels and no headphone jack on the top model, overall, the new iPad Pro is a significant upgrade over previous models.

alright so let me go ahead and show you the bezels here let me unlock this other iPad this is the nine point seven inch display which I truly truly love it's running the iOS 11 beta one and by the way it ships with iOS 10 so as you see right away here iOS 10 on the new hardware which is kind of funny in a way but right here is go to about and you find it comes in with iOS 10 point 3.2 out of the box here for the iPad pro so not a biggie I mean you can always update it once iOS 11 comes becomes available to the public but I wanted to show the bezels see the bezels look that is the major difference here now I don't know if that's going to be an issue holding the iPad like this I always thought that would be an issue but it doesn't appear to be so you see my my palm is resting there on the display and also my thumb but it's still recognizing the inputs here for the touchscreen so I'm going to update this bad boy of course to iOS 11 beta 1 this was a very very quick first look at the
