Nokia 3310 Unboxing & Overview - It’s Nostalgia before Smartphone Era

**Unboxing and First Look: Nokia 3310**

In this unboxing and first look review, we take a closer look at the iconic Nokia 3310. This retro-style smartphone is a surprise package that offers some impressive features despite its outdated specifications.

As soon as we took out the Nokia 3310 from the box, we were greeted by its sleek design. The phone's body is made of plastic and has a familiar shape that evokes memories of the past. We're surprised by how low the price is so we've decided to take it for a spin.

We powered up the Nokia 3310 and were pleased to see that it booted up quickly, displaying the Nokia logo on the screen. The phone's backlit button was also a nice touch, making it easier to use in low-light conditions. We set the language to English and auto-toggled time zones to get started with setting the date and time.

The Nokia 3310 features a simple d-pad for navigation, which is reminiscent of old-school mobile phones. We were able to easily access various apps such as Bluetooth, call log, contacts, and photos gallery. The phone's interface is easy to use, making it accessible to users of all ages.

We discovered that the Nokia 3310 has a limited number of apps available, including a basic music player, video player, radio, FM radio with headset support, and a weather app. The phone also features an alarm clock with up to five alarms, which can be set for extended periods of time, perfect for users who need a reliable wake-up call.

Another notable feature is the phone's camera, which boasts a 2-megapixel resolution. While not the best camera on the market, it's still capable of taking decent photos. We also found that the phone has a built-in voice recorder, which can be used to record important messages or audio notes.

One thing to note about the Nokia 3310 is that it only supports 2G networks and does not have Wi-Fi connectivity. This means that users will need to rely on their SIM card data for internet access and make sure their SIM supports 2G networks. Additionally, the phone's radio functionality requires a headset to be connected.

Despite its limitations, the Nokia 3310 is still a charming device that offers some impressive features at an affordable price point. Its retro design and user-friendly interface make it an excellent choice for those looking for a secondary phone or a nostalgic treat. Whether you're looking to use this as your main phone or just want a reliable backup, the Nokia 3310 is definitely worth considering.

**Conclusion**

The Nokia 3310 is a unique device that offers a blend of old-school charm and modern functionality. "WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is run cheetah in this video we'll do the unboxing of the snow Kia 3310 and I have a first star look actually if you notice the box it's slightly different so unit that was imported from UK I thought I'll get it before they mean large but got only after four weeks thanks to Indian customs that they had it for three and a half weeks so as you can see this is the Nokia 3310 it says so this box is just like that nothing lets me keep that to the side for now and this is the Nokia 3310 and it comes in various colors and it's supposed to picture of your new Nokia 3310 tag of friend and stuff let's just open it up and Indian customs they already cut the seal no one import stuff man had to pay a huge custom piece and here it gives a brief idea about what it is again this is not a what do you see a smartphone also it's a dumb phone it's a classic Nuri take on the original Nokia 3310 that was launched in 2000 so after 17 years this is the new green carnation I would say a slightly new design and this one is having a 2 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash adding to be used for torchlight and the thing with this one is as this is a dumb phone the battery life is supposed to be really good it has a 1200 milliamp hour battery and it says talktime up to twenty two point one art and about 31 days of battery life and it's a snake game is preloaded and it also have to Oprah store don't get bonkers about what do you say apps installation is very limited and it supports FM radio microSD cards up to 32 GP and it says Microsoft so let's open this up so this is the phone itself let me just take this out so as you can see this is in the blue color and it's without the battery it's really light let's see what else do we get so we get the battery and we also get a headset which is really surprising and so this is a headset that we are getting and on this one no new kia branding on the hit said it said but here this one has the Nokia branding as you can see it says no care has a microphone over here but no buttons surprisingly you take our end cause so this is what we get and we get a charging adapter with micro USB port so that's that's it what we get in the box so let's look at the handset itself now this is the battery let me take this out and the battery is actually really big considering the size of the phone as you can see moving towards the specifications this one is having a 2.4 inch screen and it's a 240 by 320 screen that we are getting but this is now in color and the back shell this is plastic but let's try to open this up before that let me actually give you overview on the top we have the micro USB port and on this end we have nothing and on the bottom we have a 3.5 mm headphone jack this what you open it via trying this open and hear nothing back camera 2 megapixel and LED flash let's see if it has to touch light hat and you gotta open it by this one we see if I can so yeah like older phones you have to try and it's really tight so as you can see we can add our SIM card and microSD card as I mentioned this is the UK variant hence only single sim but the one that is being sold in India is the dual SIM variant and pricing in India is officially again 33:10 that's the model name but it's sort of out of stock and you actually need to add a micro SD card on this one because the internal storage is just 16 MB not gigabyte 16 MB so to do anything for example if you take pictures and stuff you would have to add a microcytic max capacity it takes us up to 32gb so let's just put this n now let's put this and apparently in India it's sort of first sold out as of now and surprise that it's so low so we have a and again it's a small phone as you can see it easily fits in your hand and let's try to power it up and yeah gives the Nokia logo and it looks like this button was backlit we will check yes good thing is this is backlit and let's just I'm just going to go with automatic let's let's go for English to be safe and we can auto it just a time in stuff timezone we can set and so this is a d-pad all four-way navigation you can do I'm not going to set the time for example it's almost like seven now Motorsport as yeah I'm just going to touch okay and that's it show date and time let's set back so it says thank you for choosing the Nokia 3310 bye so this is your agreement I guess the EULA privacy is whatever agreement yeah so I'm just going to continue and that's it we are book it again I haven't called a SIM card but this is what it is so you just had this die your numbers this is for clear yeah this is the menus you press here we have some apps looks like a Bluetooth might be there on this this is a call log this is for contacts this is your photos gallery yeah captured received I guess we have to add a micro SD card for pictures and we have the new sneak game on this messaging that is SMS and stuff again as it just has a t9 keyboard if you remember the old style keyboard it's the productive one and I don't know I used to be okay with that but as you can see it's going to be a nightmare typing on this but if you know t9 you would survive has the Oprah looks like yeah Oprah browser it also has the mobile store it says but again one thing to note that guys is that this phone is only two G it does not even support 3G or 4G so it works only on a 2g network and it does not even have Wi-Fi so it will revive rely only on your SIM card data and make sure your sim supports 2g so again if you have a new networks like an alliance that supports only volte this would not work with that so my apps and stuff and this is the camera basic 2 megapixel camera it did save as you can see this is the picture that we got let's just go back let's hit this says you can share delete a dream let's go back yeah let's go back so that's what it is so that's and we also have this is interesting apps and games Wow so you can download some games so basic version of the games that we have this is pack and I have to just exit you wanna exit the application and we also have a music player so apparently you can load some music on your SD card and use it and we have the weather app and again a video player and radio yeah it does support FM radio so that's actually a nice thing but I guess yeah you need to connect the headset to make it work for example if we connect the headset then the radio functionality should work because the headset yeah acts as a radio so yeah as you can see we can search over the station I'm just going to get back so it has that assembly of functionality connect access oh yeah just go back and what is this notes calendar we have and we have an alarm clock so that's nice so we can use it as a and we also have a voice recorder let's see this is a test of voice recording I'm just going to stop this and say that's saved so let's go to options play last recording so it has some basic functionality as you can see so I will check if the alarms work because of the standby battery life of what 31 days can be used as an alarm clock as you can see you can set multiple alarms on this one up to 5 so that's a nice thing so a very retro kind of a device that we have that is this Nokia 3310 again if we talk about the price to performance again that's no point on this device because this is just a 2g device but this can be a secondary phone for you if you have a separate SIM card where you just mostly use it for taking voice cause again it is the Nokia 3310 so the build quality should we get to it and if you drop it also nothing should happen so guys that's it for now for this quick unboxing and first look at this Nokia 3310 do let me know in the comment section what do you think about this Nokia 3310 and will you be purchasing one just for the nostalgic value again guys thanks for watching this video if you're not subscribed to my YouTube channel hit that subscribe button this is Ranjith and I hope to
