A Visit to the Pawn Shop

I recently visited a pawn shop and learned a valuable lesson. At least it was complete, and it looked new. What did you want at the same pawn shop? I got a MiG-29 fighter pilot. Yeah, I'm not very cool, but it adds to my Genesis collection.

I definitely would if I had it loose; I didn't have it boxed, so now I have it boxed and it's complete. The book, manual, everything is in here, cartridge, everything is like mint. So, pretty happy to have that added to the collection.

Okay, guys, it's the grand finale. The one month I should say two boxes that I actually needed for my Master System collection. Two boxes eluded me; I'm sorry, I thought it was one. I don't know why I always forgot about this box but I needed both of them. If you guys ever come across either of them, please let me know.

Comment, email, my email is always in the description. I'm looking for a Sega Master System 3D box. Don't need the content; just want the foam and everything. But I have more than three times the contents to fill that box up. Just need the box.

The other thing I needed was and it was kind of rare because you don't see it very often. What's the Master System two-box? Say no more. I have it thanks to games Joey. I was working with Tomy there, and Joey called Bobby. Yeah, that's right; my buddy Bobby. There's a shout-out to games in Oshawa, Ontario on Simcoe Street north.

They gave me this box for a smoking deal at least. It was a smoking deal until you stick your face in it and smell it. Because it smells like someone's basement, I gagged and stupidly did it twice. Not very smart. Right now, it's got a bounce fabric sheet in there. I'm starting to smell the bounce fabric sheet; thank God because the other smell was just completely horrendous.

Some thing is going on in here; tell that stench is gone but anyway, I got to thank Bobby and Joey and games cuz now look at the condition it is actually really nice. And now I have my Master System two-box which was the completely forgotten box. I have the math system - of course, but forgot I needed the box.

Now it's part of my collection guys. I hope you guys had a great Christmas and a wonderful holiday. We're gonna be moving into the new year; I'm gonna try and get some stuff done for you guys. stuff to show you guys between some pickups where I was in Toronto on the 23rd and actually some really cool gifts and just goes to show how much everybody thinks I'm just a big gamer and that is awesome because duh just a big gamer that's the first things I'm gonna show you right now are actually from my brother and this one hit me pretty good because he actually went above and beyond and did something really cool and you're seeing it right here from a distance and what this is is actually a painting he framed so he ordered a painting an actual painting of Sonic the Hedgehog I'm just gonna bring this up here look at this I know it's gonna be reflective or whatever I left the plastic on on the inside because I'm one of those guys that are extremely a little anal about that and I just huh this caught me so hard it was probably the one of the most thoughtful things anybody could have ever done I don't own an actual eye posters and pictures but I don't have a painting and this is actually like if you touch it it's rough textured it's an actual painting it's so cool so I hope you guys seen I'd be somewhat the detail on that he got me a side - Hedgehog belt buckle I had a used one now I have a brand new one and of course you guys know me for my stupid shirts he got me sarcastic comment loading please wait oh I guess I just changed shirts this was a gift from my wife it's a Mario shirt anybody can get it at Walmart she told me to say that in case you wanted one but I thought it was pretty cool it's a very thin type of material very easy to breathe great for the summertime not exact for the wintertime but I don't care I don't get cold now my children this was awesome so my older daughter was 13 years old she went to the mall with her friend and she went into a place and she found this old school style pinball game and it's actually a ball of fun so she picked it up thinking this is something for daddy it was funny because she as I'm unwrapping she just found this in this bookstore in the arcade department and I started laughing they had an arcade section where different little things for whatever people like me or so on and she picked that up thinking that was perfect and a funny part about it is I think I had one these or this type of baseball pinball thing when I was a child so it really brought back in the Stasi and it seemed to be built just like it was back then the back of its tin and so on just like it would have been you know thirty years ago or more okay so now I can try and remember here Kara my younger daughter this was on my list so these two items were actually on my list of wish I wish I got these things for Christmas and Kara went and got me the Sonic the Hedgehog you know I guess we'll call it limited edition controller for the Nintendo switch I don't have a working switch but I definitely needed to add this to my collection because it's got Sonic all over it and my little carrot went out and got it for me Thank You Kara and then my older 13 year old again she got me because my mouse is starting to go in fact it does a I don't know if you're gonna hear this from here but daddy and good funny enough though it still works and it was one of the my step lasted long enough what happens is I wear off the click for editing videos for you guys I know that sounds stupid but that happens all the time so what happened ends up happening is click and it'll double click so I'll be trying to pause a video to do a cut and it pauses on pause no come on but if she do she got me the logitech Hyperion fury G 402 gaming mouse which is one of the mice that I put on my list because I knew it was durable I had a Logitech mouse that lasted me a very long time which I actually killed doing video editing for you guys too so I've killed about four mice in the last year isn't that crazy so let's see how long this guy lasts a couple other really cool things that I got was actually it's funny because I don't know I think I was out with my brother and I said oh wow they have the tetris tabletop now and yeah I've already opened it because I had to play with it I love Tetris my wife picked me up the Tetris game I was like I didn't want to buy it because I mean these things like 30 35 bucks Canadian I don't know how much they're in the u.s. but that's ridiculous for what it is but it actually a ton of fun and I enjoy these and I love these little arcades I have about four or five of them now and the tetris one definitely eluded me only because well one it was pretty pricey for what it is and of course we have Tetris on everything else but look at that it is just awesome looking it's very fun and you know what it's Tetris I mean who doesn't like Tetris I know Collins was probably better but that's one because Sega she got me because I'm hard to shop for most of the time like any other gamer you want something you go pick it up so she got me a $25 eb games card just in case it was something that i wanted to help me you know relieve the price of whatever it is i'm looking for so thank you my wonderful wife thank you very much so this item here this item actually it's got a funny story because well I wasn't there to receive it so what happened was we do a gift swap at work where we do a Secret Santa and the next person can steal the next person's gift them tell us the last person they get what they get in the end so what happened here was I was out doing pickups for the company and they messaged me and they're like did you bring a gift for the gift exchange I'm like up so I figured they were waiting for me well when I got back you're like hey this is what you got so it was funny there was a couple pairs of gloves with this it was really weird and nobody fessed up to whose gift it was like who bought it but it was a video game related cookie mug and gloves it just didn't seem to go together but it was funny and what's cool about this was one of the guys Kevin at work yeah Kevin I shouted you out he decided he's gonna steal it from someone else because he knew the game guy would definitely want this game mug and I'm gonna open it because it is really cool I have never opened it yet oh this is neat okay so you have your Gameboy front mug check this out cookie warmer and it's the cartridge slot so you put a cookie in here or whatever fits in there that you wanted warm a hash brown hash browns for other cool idea and your coffee is warming your hat Brown or your cookie in my case hash brown onion cookies but look how cool that is that is awesome what a nice addition to my collection okay so these are actual pickups so there's the stuff I picked up and only on this weekend still because I haven't had any real pickups in quite a while and you know Fanta Sega the crazy taxi seriously came out with these this is from GamePro presents or what's the company Joyride so joyride made these I have another one with the girl I forget her name but this is Axl so I got different fakers in this the same car and everything apparently there was different color cars than that now the one thing I was not cool about no humble edge see the yellowing on the plastic my other one is all nice and clear and everything so that kind of bothered me but in the end I look past it and picked it up because it was a great deal and I got to thank Joey over at games for this again this is from games and again thank you Joey because if it wasn't for Joey I wouldn't be getting these deals because one of my buddies Bobby is never there when I get to go there but anyway he did help me out on something I'll get to that at the end what we have here is actually a loot crate exclusive and of course loot crate be in chapter 11 or what do we want to call it and pretty much on the verge of going bye-bye anyway I was blown away by this he gave me a great deal on it and basically this is shadow of the hedgehog I've never taken it out of the package yet oh wow whoops check out the detail on this like that is just absolutely amazing I just Wow so it gets shadowed a hedgehog you get a base stand Oh at one point there are $35 so check that out that's how he goes on display I thought that was flippin amazing even has a plate here saying Japanese I'm gonna say Japanese Shadow the Hedgehog but we don't really know what that means but anyway that is awesome I can't wait to put that in my collection hopefully they'll show you guys that showcase soon very soon I sent new year so hopefully the January is the room tour huh hopefully just don't cross fingers shadow can hang out with Sonic for a little while so a couple games I picked up yeah not very many games but a lot of cool game related stuff which was pretty awesome Oh another thing I would like to point out I'm doing a PC build for you guys and what's really cool about the PC build is I got a lot of testing going on so there's gonna be a CPU cooler showdown I won't get into everything but what I want the reason why I mentioned the system is because my wife bought the processor that's in that system build so props to my wife on that that was another Christmas gift I can't really show it to you but she did buy the CPU for the new build which is going to be my streaming pc so yes I'm working on getting myself on live streaming I want to do that for you guys in fact I'm trying to hopefully do if it's anything just a question-and-answer webcam stream for New Year's just you know if you guys want to talk to me or whatever see my ugliness live the two games that I picked up well I didn't have I have doomed for the PC and sadly I almost beat it until my PC crashed and I got to reload it and try it again but I did pick up to him for the Xbox I know I didn't have it I have the VR Edition for my ps4 which haven't played the VR yet but now I have Doom and I got it for about $15 sadly I went into Walmart and they had a brand new for $15 so I bought this used at a pawn shop and I learned a lesson
