NVIDIA RTX Voice Review - This Is A GAME CHANGER For Streaming!

The World of Tanks Experience: A Test of RTX Voice Technology

As I sit down to record a video chatting with my friends, I'm reminded that this is my life now – always on and always recording. But today, I want to test out NVIDIA's RTX voice technology, which promises to cancel out loud elements and provide a more enjoyable listening experience.

I've downloaded the application directly from NVIDIA and am ready to give it a try. The app is user-friendly, allowing me to choose an input device, including any of my microphones, as well as remove background noise from an output device. I'm excited to see how this technology works in real-time, especially with my high-end headset.

Let's start by diving into an epic battle and seeing how RTX voice performs with my headset in moderate rage mode. I've enabled the technology, and it looks like it's working as promised – the loud elements don't stand a chance against the power of RTX voice. My keyboard can still take a beating, but now I can focus on the game without distractions.

I'd like to add some complexity to our environment by playing sound effects of a tank growing around an actual tank. This will give us a better idea of how RTX voice performs in different scenarios. As we play, I want to tell you about today's sponsor, World of Tanks – a free-to-play game that offers epic PvP tank battles, beautiful graphics, and smooth gameplay.

World of Tanks is a game that I've grown to love over the years, and I'm excited to share it with my audience. It's all about epic battles where you can flank, capture objectives, and enjoy a fiery domination from a safe distance or when tanks get up close and personal. The game also features beautiful sunsets and upgrade trees with too many things to mention. New players can get started with a tank and seven-day premium trial by using the code "tanktastic" – thank you very much!

Now, let's move on to some more testing and see how RTX voice performs in different situations. I'm recording this with my PC 3.7x headset, which sounds fantastic directly into my Sound Blaster X3 without any processing applied. Let's start with a little keyboard test – I'll be typing near my face, but not on my lap.

Our text voice is disabled at the moment, and it's super annoying to hear if you're talking on someone and someone is taking notes in the background. But as soon as we enable RTX voice, all that background noise is muted, and I can still hear myself speaking – even while I'm talking about vacuum cleaners! It's a bit of a challenge, but RTX voice is definitely able to cancel out background noise.

I've tested this technology in three different games, and the performance impact is noticeable – my frame rate drops by 6.9% and 12%. However, it's worth noting that this may vary between games, and there are some hacks available for GTX cards to use RTX voice. But overall, I'm blown away at what NVIDIA has achieved with this technology.

One of the coolest things about RTX voice is its application – it doesn't only apply to streamers and gamers but also to people like me who need a reliable way to record audio without distractions. The app is extremely easy to use, selecting your input device and making sure the background check mark is enabled is all that's required.

I've experimented with using RTX voice in different scenarios, and it truly works as promised – massive construction happening around my microphone, and I can trust that RTX voice will remove all that background noise. This technology has opened up new possibilities for me as a content creator, and I'm excited to see where it takes me.

I hope you've enjoyed this experience with me, and if you've tried RTX voice yourself, please let me know what your experience has been like. Don't forget to check out other relevant content on my channel, subscribe for more, and hit that notification bell – thanks for watching!

plus updateddrivers and everything is in real timefirst I want to dive into an epic battleand see how rtx voice works with thisheadset in the moderate rageRTX voice is enabled oh no your tankblows up another round of Worldof Tanks should satisfy use our linkbelow to sign up and new players getsome free goodies using the code tanktastic thank you very much all right solet's move on and do some more testingI'm recording this with the PC 3 7xheadset I think this microphone soundsfantastic it's going directly into mySound Blaster x3 without any processingapplied so let's begin with a little bitof a keyboard test theseour blues and I'm not gonna be typingthem on my lap I'm gonna be typing rightnear my face okay all right so right nowour text voice is disabled this is superannoying to hear if you're talking onsomebody and someone is taking notes inthe background once we unable rtx voiceI mean you can definitely hear all thosestrokes are being canceled out evenwhile I'm speaking I have no idea howNVIDIA managed to do something like whatwizardy is that like who do you knowwhat I mean you can be talking and allthis background noise is still audiblebut it's a lot more muted and tolerable- yeah so this is a fun with vacuumcleaner so I'm gonna keep that on rightnow and just gonna speak into themicrophone obviously it's gonna pick upsome of that noise but it's a bit in thedistance so it shouldn't be too much ofan issue but let's see what happens whenwe enable rtx voice all right so ourtext voice has been enabled as I'mspeaking you can probably hear thatthat's been heavily muted and only myvoice is being picked up clearly andwith a little bit of processing thathappens to my voice but like totallytotally acceptable right I haven't seenthis one actually someone clapping foryou they are ecstatic to see you you'rewonderful at gaming you're wonderful atstreaming and they just want to showyour supportalright so rtx the voice has beenenabled and I'm curious to hear how thiswill turn out I've heard samples ofconstruction noise which I will play foryou with later but yeah I'm justwondering how these like really sharpsounds affect rtx voicenow what about multiple voices of havingmy own video playing in the backgroundlet's see what happens so this is ourmost recent about the new Rison 3processors and then UB 550 motherboardscoming later on in May and June you cancheck out that video over herebut now let's enable rtx voice so rtxvoice has been enabled and I'm reallycurious to hear what will happen interms of like trying to isolate my voicelocally versus something that ishappening in the background but fromwhat I understand it should still beable to pick up all that noise or voicealong with mice but yeah we'll see andwe're here now what if we go back tosome loud machinerymetallic objects moving in thebackground like a tank right now rtxvoice is disabled oh my god this is soloud and I cannot even hear myself speakanymoreI'm sure dad's been muted slightly bythe microphone by default but now let'ssee what happens when I enable rtxvoice all right so rtx voice has beenenabled i cannot even hear myself i'mgonna have to stop this because i thinkthe neighbors might think there'ssomething going on and this is making mequite uncomfortable but on the topic oftanks oh ohmake sure the users are free link downbelow to sign up for world of tanks anduse that tank tastic code for newplayers for all them free goodies sobased on all the samples you've justheard this is not a gimmick and I'mtotally blown away at whatRTX voice is able to achieve now surethere's some processing and modulationhappening to your actual voice when likeloud sources are really close to themicrophone but like that doesn't matterit's able to cancel out all thebackground noise while understandingwhat is a voice and what isn't as forperformance impact it does vary betweengames so I tested this in three titlesand our performance hit is six nine andtwelve percent between the three gamesso definitely expect a lower FPS withrtx voice enabled and I'm running thiswith the Arctic's 28 ETI as well and Iwill mention there is a hack for gtxcards to use RTX voice but it is notofficial furthermore it's an extremelyeasy application to use in terms ofselecting your input and making sure thebackground check mark is enabled andthat's about it and what's really coolwith the rtx voice really is itsapplication doesn't only apply tostreamers and gamers but for people likeme if I use this microphone for exampleplug into my computer the applicationsees the interface and if there's likemassive construction happening and Ican't be recording normally I mean Icould potentially trustRTX voice to remove all that backgroundloud garbage so that was pretty fun Ihope you enjoyed and if you've tried ityourself let me know what's yourexperience been like and yeah thanksmuch for watching check out this otherrelevant content subscribe for more andI'llyou\n"
