**Creating a Successful Sneakerheads Be Like Video: Behind the Scenes**

I literally finished filming it on the day before I uploaded it, so it took about two and a half months to complete. That was just because I'm not around everyone all the time, I filmed in Atlanta, I filmed in the Bay, I filmed in LA, I filmed all over the place. So, it took a couple of months to make, but I honestly am very happy with how it turned out. Just the time making it, putting in that work, it's just when you take so long and put in so much work for a project like that, and you see the outcome, just be so successful, it feels so good.

**The Hard Work Behind a Successful Video**

Thank you guys for giving me that feeling and thank you guys for watching. Before I actually uploaded the video, I actually studied all the old sneakerheads Be Like videos, be like, "So, I looked at all the little YouTube-like analytics and things like that." Because, I really wanted to make sure that this video, like, you did not want to click away from this video when you're watching it. Because, the way YouTube works right now, if your video gets dull for like 30 seconds to a minute, somebody will quickly leave your video and click on something else that's being suggested to them on the sidebar. So, I had to make sure to grab the viewer's attention throughout the whole video.

**Analyzing Viewership and Engagement**

And that's another reason why I didn't want to make it too long is because I didn't want people to get bored watching the video. YouTube actually lets you see when people leave your video, so I watched all the old Sneakerheads Be Like videos, be like, "I saw a drop after the first scene." The first scene is the main scene and then it drops into the Sneakerheads Be Like logo presented by, so there was like a 20-second delay from the first scene and the second scene, and within those 20 seconds people would leave because of that. Just no funny content; it was just the intro. So, I studied that, I saw that it happened in all the previous Sneakerheads Be Like videos, be like, "I cut it out of this one." I made sure to keep y'all engaged and the intro for Sneakerheads Be Like is literally like five or six seconds; it's not the usual 10-15 seconds. I cut it so that the person before they can click on the next video to watch the next scene starts up, so that they're like okay, okay, let me keep watching.

**Understanding the Viewers and Making Adjustments**

I know y'all don't think about this type of stuff when you're watching a YouTube video; y'all don't see what really goes into us trying to make good content and keep the viewer engaged. But now more than ever, the way YouTube works; like you really gotta be on this type of excuse my language, but that's the best way to say it. I also looked at previous comments; I saw what people liked what people didn't like. I really wanted to make sure this video was perfect in about a week and can't thank y'all enough, man. This literally every time I upload a Sneakerheads Be Like, be like, it's like you guys rejuvenate my career; it's like you give me more energy and more love and hope and just make me want to grind even harder.

**The Future of the Channel**

Because you just love the skits and content; the skits are not going to stop anytime soon, even if Sneakerheads Be Like Part 10 is the last one. I'm definitely going to be dropping other skits and ideas and maybe even skits that don't really relate to just sneakers. Stay tuned, I got a lot of dope stuff coming in 2021; like life-changing things; like this doesn't even have to do with Sneakerheads Be Like anymore; like I don't know, I'm just super excited right now.
