hopefully we can get in the 11s and uh while it's ready over here with the truck they just called us up so we're gonna get these things in line and uh do it again round two here at Bradenton see if we they weren't too far apart they're following our classes together foreign so real good I wasn't on the trees I didn't want to go too early you know what right here since I haven't tested it yet I'm gonna test out my bump box a little easier I I that's the first time I tested the pump box I haven't had a good opportunity to get so do that real quick but maybe let's go baby everybody looks happy a 1-660 but I don't know the mile an hour it says 23 miles an hour so yeah I went down on mine too Frick dude that's not bad though for freaking radials and not really having a six two at the eighth that's not bad are you jumping away can I go again or call that kid I'm packing up I'm packing up I kind of want to go again I did 12-9 oh yeah first and second I don't know first and second gear we're not happy and then third and fourth we're fine huh once he got going it was bucking and banging yeah so if you want to get in line I'll hang out but yeah if the line's not too long we'll see good for me yeah I mean that's right on par where it was if you're dialing your own 10 20 something yesterday 10 39 here so I'll take that yeah I'm gonna look at my log I was not too happy with that well I found the issue on what happened there guys if you look at the fuel pressure this actually happened when I was tuning it to 36 right now and it should be a lot higher than that during the pass you can see these spikes this blue line right here is the air fuel spiking way lean and right where those spikes are is right where the fuel pressure drops like it goes all the way down to 20 22 pounds of fuel pressure I saw which is just not enough fuel pressure so uh she's long gas we put the rest of the gas we had in it and I thought it was enough but unfortunately it was not oh yeah here's the fuel pressure line right here look at that so it was very last minute I thought we had plenty and we did not so if we have time I might run to the gas station there's one pretty close to the track here and we can go top it off it does that when it gets like maybe close to a quarter or like a third of a tank it will drive pretty far on that but for some reason when you try to get on it and the and the fuel starts sloshing around it just it gets a little unhappy so that's all it was so luckily we didn't have any issues up top and once the car kind of settled it had a continuous flow of fuel pressure we didn't hurt nothing so uh yeah gotta get some more gas in this thing oh yeah that's what they're looking for swapping around the old Street mode you down for today you're done for today yep one and done we're gonna hit the road we got a freaking five hour drive tonight so on the on the on the bright side like no one else it'll probably turn into seven so I'm gonna get the frick on out of here and hopefully get up there Problem free all right guys I went and grabbed some gas and we are making a last minute pass in Wago I want to see if I can do better than a 12-9 really just wanted to see an 11 out of this thing foreign foreign oh my gosh guys I'm all over the place today is not my day boys I am so tired both those passes were terrible but is what it is at least the second one was a little better freaking missed fourth year I've just been in a rush trying to get gas driving around so I apologize I am just average driver today when Wago down well that one was a little better 12-3 at 118. so about the same as yesterday freaking missed fourth year Rick oh well I think we're just gonna have to call that one good and get out of here because we have a long drive ahead of us so far take what we can get at least she's still running still gonna drive that was better that time it was better missed fourth gear though yeah I heard one of the gears and yeah first and second we're still a little iffy so that would have been 11 seconds if it was probably dropped 118 which is pretty good I don't know if wago's ever even been 120 before maybe right around there so that's on like 16 pounds of boost so I mean it's running good out the back we don't have the Boost cut issue anymore I mean it's kind of to be expected considering this was just put together and I just have the little bit of Street tuning on it but we went to back to back bottom 12 second passes other than that 12-9 just because it was low on gas so they were just gonna have to take that and move on because we got a long drive and uh we're in it for the marathon off the not the race so trying to reload it up and head on out I mean our average is pretty good 12 2 and 12-3 at least we're consistent there and she's still running so that's always that's the main thing yep it's all right bro first gas stop of the day we just got done racing over at Bradenton we are just getting all topped off for our Drive all the way to South Georgia Motorsports Park this is going to be a trek boys I don't know who taught you how to put mustard on a hot dog but that is the messiest thing I've ever seen I didn't realize I did that one hey look look at my my twin ketchup dog uniformed you can't be looking like that yeah you're right look at my button it's all falling apart man don't worry about it still tastes the same how you feeling today a late night yep I'm a little Mark Drive yeah he's gonna try to take a nap I don't know how that's gonna work out I'm gonna have too much anxiety there like what are you doing over there mark what are you doing you can look close all right guys we made a quick stop back at the shop because we just got the word that the two other slicks I was waiting on for Wagga just showed up and now we can get these slicks on the road of slip streams here get those road tires off of there and now we should see some improvements at the track because the last couple days at the track I don't know if you guys have noticed on wago's passes but you can hear the front tires chirping pretty good even going into second gear and that's because wago's viscous coupler is completely stuck and it's pretty worn out so it's actually not sending as much power as it should be to the rear tires so it's mostly front-wheel drive right now even though the rear tires are assisting so with that being said these tires on a mostly front-wheel drive car on the track with the kind of power we're starting to make with Wago it's just not going to work that good so I think once we get her on all four slicks we will see a huge Improvement at the track hopefully so so far we've been stuck in the 12s and uh I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to pop off in 11 once we get some slicks on there and then my hope is she holds out through all of sick week and we can turn it up on the last day and I want to see a 10 second pass out of Wago I would be very happy with that so that's the goal we'll see if it happens or not but I made a quick stop to get all these changed out because the house was actually right along the Route on our way to our one and only checkpoint for the day and then we still have like another probably three hours total from this point forward we haven't actually got to the checkpoint yet that's another hour and a half from here and then another hour and a half to two hours from the checkpoint to uh the next track in south Georgia so we got a long ways to go we're losing daylight and uh we got pretty far ahead of Wyatt he's catching up to us right now and we're just gonna try to come back together so let's get these slicks on there here maybe get the next one no man get this one bro come on I can hear you breathing checkpoint of the night it was about an hour and a half drive from our house we still have over two hours to go and why this rolled up in the race truck we're just getting our photos over here at the checkpoint Prince over there in the freedom Civic Shane made it as well Cooper is back here with us we still have a long drive ahead of us the night is not over it's about 9 p.m right now we still have to stop at a gas station nearby that hopefully has the 85 we called and they said they did because if they don't we're going to be in a pickle here because we are about out of gas on the main tank we're gonna have to put our 10 gallons back in to Wago here for the rest of the drive so we're gonna need some extra gas for when we get to the track tomorrow so we're gonna go get some gas after this but we got our photos and we've been cruising right along all right guys got her all topped off another 150 miles to go not too bad man she's been cruising yeah right along we didn't even have to use the tanks on the way here yeah we still got two five gallon jugs but we're definitely gonna have to use those once we get to Georgia we're still trying to figure that part out but yeah we're gonna use it there and then we gotta find some spots on the way down she's getting about 15 miles per gallon at least that was on this trip but we were driving really fast to catch up because we had that delay putting the Slicks on and I was getting into boost more than I needed to so we can probably conserve a bit more and get probably closer to like 17 18 MPG because with what we've calculated we're going to be pushing it when we come back to Gainesville tomorrow we're going to be about out of gas and this thing as you guys saw today it needs to be it's close to topped off as possible so it doesn't sputter or break up so there is that slight issue but we'll figure it out the race truck got Wago got the freedom Civic got sketchy Shane's car got Cooper and chip next stop Georgia 150 more miles to go we are all still in it we got cruising right along how's she doing you're not getting too cold in there not yet no no it actually I'm supposed to get a little cold up in Georgia so to leave and this thing just turned off what do you think is going on Kyle big thing position sensor might have just took a crap because it just shut off and now when we're cranking it it has zero RPM and we've had issues with crank sensors in the past these are actually just some like aftermarket kind of no-name ones they worked fine for us we have a couple like in the jet boat and I think even the routes to you we've got no issues but I actually was fighting the crank position sensor on this when we were first getting it started up and I actually pulled the one out of the original engine that was in this and then it fired up fine and I wanted to bring extras but we just didn't have any unless I stole them out of other cars which I didn't want to do kind of worried that it might act up again but it does have some oil on the plug I mean there's a slight leak near it somewhere and maybe some oil got in there and messed with some stuff but I don't know I don't know we might need another sensor which uh we do not have if that's the case this is our first mission man not what we wanted so good what a beautiful day until this happened we were just about to go to the drag strip while it's already there in his truck so we wanted to go see him run but uh we might be a little late now all right guys so we are out here we are in the lanes getting ready to make our first pass for the morning unfortunately Kyle I believe broke so I don't know if he's gonna make it out here to film this first pass luckily we're going to have a bunch of people up there to do that uh got the truck dialed in we're gonna see if it'll take this hit we got it a lot more aggressive on the lead trying to get that 590 pass this morning uh turn the nitrous up a little bit quicker and gave it a little more power up top so we'll see if we can get it to leave that's going to be our biggest problem we didn't make a bar change it definitely needs one but we're gonna try and work with what we have and see if we can get it go down Broadway here so yeah we'll be up in just a couple minutes and we'll see what it does hopefully we're one and done get loaded up hit the road and uh actually be able to eat some dinner tonight and get to bed before 2 A.M so that's where we're at we'll see you guys up in the lanes in a second foreign diesel pickup trucks going down the racetrack left side's going to diagnostic panel pulled up right here on the fuel Tech on the crank setting nothing on crank RPM it's picking up the single tooth on the cam sensor so we know that's okay but we got nothing on the crank there and before some of the other Racers took off out of the hotel here I actually borrowed a multimeter and I can confirm that the sensor does have 12 volt power going to it so I don't think it's a wiring or fuse issue I think it just comes down to that sensor taking a crap on us which it was being finicky before so I'm not surprised he's dead I got nothing there's no sink well guys we are currently stuck right now at the hotel I got the crank sensor pulled out of Wago here and we called a O'Reilly's nearby but it's like almost 30 minutes away but they do have one and they don't have a driver until almost 11 it's currently about 9 40ish right now and I'm trying to see if we can get an Uber to pick it up but there's like no Ubers in the area my phone's just been searching for a driver and yeah we're kind of out in the middle of nowhere we do have this for Last Resort though I don't know how many miles you get on this battle we do have the scooter we might have brought it for a reason because we got this at yeah I had a bad feeling about this one when I left and we should have brought some spares but hopefully that's all it is when we get one here we were just about to leave it was running fine and then it just shut off on us a special delivery the brakes must be smoking on this thing right now how are you cooking oh my God I was going fast thank you just shut off has no no crank sink and it was finicky before I left I had to switch it right before I left because it did the same thing so pop this guy and see if that's all it is oh yeah got the goods man let's hopefully we don't snap any axles because we did not bring any spares cross your fingers but we're fixing to go up here soon and why it's getting ready to head out because he already made his pass yeah we got lucky this morning our group was the first to run able to go out there put down a pretty damn good number and we're getting on the road ran a new PB dude yeah I got the slip here at 120 with a horrible 60 point of one six oh to the eighth almost in the fives so we uh we kicked the tire a little bit on the lead you can see in the video it came down and it popped because it bottomed out the coil so we made some changes a bar change and we're gonna make some Shock adjustments tomorrow and we're shooting for anything in the 590s maybe the 580s so perspective the hatch did a five or a 608 and it did a 9-2 it branded in Bradenton so hopefully by the end of the week we'll find out on Friday if we get the chassis to work right you can get the eighth mile down we're gonna make our one pass to time it or turn in uh but then we're gonna give it the beans and see if we can put up a decent number in the quarter with it so we're definitely gonna be on the rev limiter going out the back just because the gearing we have but it'll be cool it's working though it's cool pretty solid not bad for you know technically the second time out with the truck yeah pretty happy with it you
