wheels i know but this is a good one this is a good opportunity for both of us for him and us no i don't know i'm not sold on my little drink don't leave me down let's talk about this so danny kosher bin is gonna come over yeah he has quite the fleet of cars as you guys know what car in his fleet would he want to trade for the carrera gt was my understanding that he had uh did he make a yellow cgt he did he had he sold it yeah he probably really regrets you're aggressive and now he saw laura the cdt the new epic color redesign loves it and it sparked his interest manny's a smart businessman and rather than going paying car paying tax on you trade cars it's actually a good strategy so he wants to trade a car that's car in mind we're not gonna tell you right now you have to wait around but can you guess what car it is no it's not the rolls-royce i love all his cars but this car i particularly have a passion for let's just say that yeah we're gonna go meet manny right now at the hq he'll be there shortly he's specking a new car right now he is he's always buying a new car yeah we buy a lot of cars man he buys all the cars maybe we'll have a new car after this new hyper car dude it feels good to be in our shop when it looks like this with the new lighting makes the car look good we kind of get this fun little like parking situation going on until we get the new lifts put in but we're just doing here i have a plan so ryan's wife ryan my boy protective film solutions by the way huge shout out to ryan and his whole crew who do all these amazing vinyl wraps like color changes like insane like i've had so many compliments already from yesterday to today on this car like when we were at starbucks one guy said that woke him up one guy's like this car actually woke me up this morning that's right but look how good the final wrapping is on this like look at that it looks oem the doors and everything it's really impressive really really really really impressive especially the freaking mirror i don't know how you wrap that i'm impressed so speaking of ryan and his team at protective film solutions ryan's wife alina is an artist and she does these beautiful really sick paintings and she's been doing paintings of f1 cards i was thinking i reached out to her and said would you do a painting for the daily driven exotics headquarters she said absolutely so she is busy but she will do something for us which means we need to pick a car do you want to do an f1 car i think it would be cool since lamborghini doesn't have an f1 car you wanna do ferrari ferrari or mclaren or or we could do the red bull with that livery you did on a 458 back in the day oh we could do that just a throwback that would yes she would love to do that there's so many lines on that car we anyhow we got to pick something for her to paint she's going to paint it for us and then we'll hang that probably in our office because it won't be big enough it'll look small here but we'll put it in the office and if there's one piece you're a team principal from f1 watching which probably you are you have to old racing suits we could have all the racing suits from f1 up there but only only championship winning suits the actual ones they were doing and the helmets just to send them on all jokes aside yes i do have some art we do have some stuff we want to do up here on this portion of the wall you'll see why we're probably not going to put a whole lot of art on this side of the wall because cars will be obstructing it but in the meantime we have a lot of work to do still but we're definitely on the home stretch you need to get what everybody really wants the insurance and all the liability waivers so that we can actually host an open house here so people can come by and see everything and the beautiful art that i pick for this place because i'm a big art connoisseur yellow diablo this car still needs to go to gentani and get some form of a straight pipe exhaust as well as dave's car needs some form of a livery or a wrap so the question is do we do something crazy like this or do we go just full color change like the carrera gt i don't know i mean dd's brand started with you doing crazy like this what do i like personally man the more i think about our brand and after doing gumball is i like crazy like the sbj like when you just watch it and all the photos from gumball all the videos we took it just looks so menacing like this it does so the question is do you want something similar to this because we have this livery and we can change it so as you saw we did remove the white and put it on in just a gray and darker format on the viper we could take this and even change it again and add some color like we could make your card the orange version what i was going to say is you take this and you add one of those colors to it you can also know with the diablo as well and have a theme for each of the v12 lamborghinis did you guys like that we had a theme before remember dave's first r8 the murcielago and the huracan it was blue mercy orange huracan and like a green on the r8 did you guys like that comment below because this helps us make decisions or are you wanting us to go kind of towards just a clean bright single color i feel that's cool but i feel like you really need something that's really unique like a career gt so that when you see it you're like this is the only green career gt it must be dde there are other mercies there are other svjs in fact in southern california i don't know why there's a lot of svjs it also i would say i missed the numbers on the door like we used to do that back in the day yeah it's pretty cool having that just makes it more feel more race car and there's a bunch of us on the road this was a perfectly good ferrari 550 marinello gated v12 or building it into a race car so we took this street car and blew it apart big naturally aspirated v12 so it'll take you for a ride in this wow see if you can blow this one up when we're done wait we'll give manny the challenge can he blow it up can manny blow up a car so what we'll do is we'll have bays four bays yeah and this is where we'll be doing projects like this t bring your car in and by the time it leaves it'll be fully built that car is that car is a real commitment by the time we're done that car we will have spent more than the car cost us to buy oh wait there is more it's a clubhouse this is our front desk it's not quite uh you know a b-52 bomber made a carbon fiber but hey it was cheap it was cheap full kitchen numbers i have every stock thing for this car so i have the stock exhaust i have the stock wheels i also have the complete brand new terracotta matching luggage set to go with the interior yeah that's a big big one and a briefcase you see i have the briefcase i bought the whole kit most owners sell their car but they keep their briefcases i even have a doubles of some of the stuff because some of the bags came in the car and then i bought the complete set from porsche they still had a new set new i bought the last one from porsche in germany i'll throw it in for triple the price so question yes i had two of these before so the biggest thing with these things is a clutch have you measured the clutch the clutch is at 50 the trick with this car and jay leno has talked extensively about this is that you don't want to do a traditional slipping of the clutch wall applying throttle you just let the clutch out grab and go and then apply throttle after it's already going 100 and then after that engaged correctly quite well because i glazed my clutch when i got my gt 2007 i bought my first one yeah and i thought it needs a new clutch i took it to the other side no it's glazed they measured it it was pretty so they told me how is to unglaze so you got to go second gear first gear and hit it hard a few times and it will just resurface that's wild that's crazy yeah i can't do the p1 that people like one this is one on one this is a one-on-one protective film solution signal green now this is my favorite car you have this car my favorite two is not just my favorite i mean p1 are on the top of my list for the next car that i need to get you need a p1 but the fact that you have an all-carbon body is like wow yeah it's the only one they make satin tell the audience how do really cool chameleon carbon fiber exposed and then it turned out to be total kaka you know it looked really bad michael flew it you know he's no longer with michael but he says you know what we want to make you happy mr carson we'll trip the car back and we'll do any carbon you want and i said why don't we just do no color just expose carbon in they said i don't know we can do math let's experiment so this is called satin so this is my actually my third body on the car so fun fact the key one we owned briefly that we couldn't get insured at the time is diamond alaskan white no way there you go yep it's the white with the blue pearl in it very expensive option i have to admit though white did look pretty cool in this car i like that you have a white interior you and white what's with you and white well white is just i don't know more fresh makes me feel younger and it tells you you're clean because if you got any spots it's visible i like that i always want to know the thought process behind why someone has a certain favorite color or like and it's always an emotion we need to come over and go to your garage because i have not seen your new one your freaking palace plumb in the roof scoop into the actual intake have a bunch of issues that they couldn't work out so that is cools the plenum so it is not functional it's not functional on this side that means it goes into the engine that's right it doesn't do that just blow the intake manifold on the outside to cool it which they must have known august luxury motorcars was going to get one they're like they don't need uh all right quick little passenger seat swap you always say you know dave you don't need to drive the cars i'm saying that's okay because the financial liability is much less and the passenger side and the driver's side as well as the liability of police and that's right maintenance it's better to have friends with benefits this car is bringing back so many memories pretty wild oh which means we need to pick a car do you want to do an f1 car i think it would be cool since lamborghini doesn't have an f1 car you wanna do ferrari ferrari or mclaren or or we could do the red bull with that livery you did on a 458 back in the day oh we could do that just a throwback that would yes she would love to do that there's so many lines on that car we anyhow we got to pick something for her to paint she's going to paint it for us and then we'll hang that probably in our office because it won't be big enough it'll look small here but we'll put it in the office and if there's one piece you're a team principal from f1 watching which probably you are you have to old racing suits we could have all the racing suits from f1 up there but only only championship winning suits the actual pick for this place because i'm a big art connoisseur yellow diablo this car still needs to go to gentani and get some form of a straight pipe exhaust as well as dave's car needs some form of a livery or a wrap so the question is do we do something crazy like this or do we go just full color change like the carrera gt i don't know i mean dd's brand started with you doing crazy like this what do i like personally man the more i think about our brand and after doing gumball is i like crazy like the sbj like when you just watch it and all the photos from gumball all the videos we took it just looks so menacing like this it does so the question is do you want something similar to this because we have this livery and we can change it so as you saw we did remove the white and put it on in just a gray and darker format on the viper we could take this and even change it again and add some color like we could make your card the orange version what i was going to say is you take this and you add one of those colors to it you can also know with the diablo as well and have a theme for each of the v12 lamborghinis did you guys like that we had a theme before remember dave's first r8 the things is a clutch have you measured the clutch the clutch is at 50 the trick with this car and jay leno has talked extensively about this is that you don't want to do a traditional slipping of the clutch wall applying throttle you just let the clutch out grab and go and then apply throttle after it's already going 100 and then after that engaged correctly quite well because i glazed my clutch when i got my gt 2007 i bought my first one yeah and i thought it needs a new clutch i took it to the other side no it's glazed they measured it it was pretty so they told me how is to unglaze so you got to go second gear first gear and hit it hard a few times and it will just resurface that's wild that's crazy yeah i can't do the p1 that people like one this is one on one this is a one-on-one out so that is cools the plenum so it is not functional it's not functional on this side that means it goes into the engine that's right it doesn't do that just blow the intake manifold on the outside to cool it which they must have known august luxury motorcars was going to get one they're like they don't need uh all right quick little passenger seat swap you always say you know dave you don't
