Hello World: An Introduction to Chris Pillo and CPU

Hello world, I'm Chris Pillo, and you're watching another edition of CPU, which is short for Chris Pillo. You decide what the U is short for because you are the only one who matters, and that's all that counts. Today, I'm showcasing soy sauce coffee, a sports drink, chocolate syrup, red wine, and maple syrup in the name of science. With this hydrophobic t-shirt, you know what hydrophobic means – it means the t-shirt is afraid of snakes or liquids, or liquid snakes; are you sure it's liquid? It's afraid of liquid, thank you Thread Smiths for sending this shirt to me. It's very soft, I could see myself wearing this just not right now because it's very very white and I figured I would better demonstrate it here in my workshop in a controlled environment rather than wearing it and having Diana pour the stuff all over me.

That's exactly what we're going to do for science – pour the liquids over the t-shirt into this bowl to keep things clean and Chris happy. Since some of my patrons are watching this stream live on YouTube, I'm going to ask them which liquid I should try first. Joe Blau says he wants to see the chocolate syrup first, whoa look at that cool; I've never seen such a thing in my entire life. What should we go with next? How about soy sauce or as my wife Diana calls it since she speaks Spanish – I am sauce? Can you believe this? Can you see what's happening here and now it seems that Ryan Bragg is asking me to try the sports drink on the shirt, can you see it on the shirt? The answer is no because it wicks right off. I don't want to waste the coffee but I kind of got to for science; it's beautiful.

Now it's at this point in the experiment that I've got to wonder why aren't all materials like this here. We go with some red wine and the residue you see is easily wiped away, and we're brewing quite the concoction in this bowl. Last but not least, something Ooey and gooey maple syrup that doesn't want to stick to the shirt; I'd say that the shirt fared rather well. We threw a lot at it, just for your own sake.
