Welcome to BBQ Pit Boys: Kicking Back at the Fishing Shack

We're kicking back at the fishing shack today because we're doing up some tiger trout, and you've got to check this out. This is something we all like to do - get away from the BS and head down to the fishing shack. Grab a couple of Keepers and his on the Riverside - does he need to say more? Here Joseph Q, aka the Pit Master, is slicing up some red bell peppers and sweet onion. He's got a lime, and you know how we all do this right - pulls out his fancy grill, which is exactly what you need when you're fishing on the river.

Pan-fried fish is going to be good, so let's heat up the steel pan and hit it with some oil. You know that routine, and now we'll drop that fresh caught trout into the pan. As most of you know, you don't have to scale the trout - it's real easy to cook, and oh man, get a little pan seere on that skin. Now in go the fresh veggies - nothing like onions and peppers. Can you smell that? It smells good. You want to add some curry paste now; everything changes. Get it all in there, and oh man, that's kicking it up feels so good to get away from that hum and drum City life.

Get out in the woods, hit it with some SPG poo a little bit - that salt pepper garlic, squeeze on some of that lime. Man, you just don't get any better than this. I'm sorry; it just doesn't. Those smells are bringing in the critters from all over the woods. Pit Boys are cooking is going to be good now because this is just not ordinary fried fish in the river - this is five stars.

So, in goes some coconut milk, and you know how we do that with curry. Come on; can you smell that? It smells good.
