**Unboxing and Overview of Samsung Galaxy S22**

The new Samsung Galaxy S22 series has finally arrived, and I'm excited to share my unboxing experience with you guys. As you can see from the box, the phone comes without a case, but this is a trade-off for its premium feel.

One thing that stands out immediately is the metallic reeling on the back of the phone. The screen itself is completely flat, which I prefer over the rounded design found in some other smartphones. This makes it easier to hold and use with one hand. The size of the phone is also worth mentioning - while it's not as large as the S22 Ultra, it's definitely bigger than the standard S21 series.

In terms of features, I'm impressed by the camera capabilities of this phone. Even without the ultra-wide lens, which is available on the S22 Ultra, the rear-facing camera takes stunning photos. The color reproduction is excellent, and the images are crisp and clear, even in mixed lighting conditions. The 3x zoom feature is also a nice touch, allowing for more flexibility when taking shots.

I've taken numerous samples of the phone's camera capabilities, including regular shots, ultra-wide shots, and night-time snaps. As you can see from these examples, the quality of the images is exceptional. Whether it's daytime or nighttime, the camera always delivers impressive results. I'm also happy to report that the front-facing camera performance is much better than I expected.

One of my favorite features of this phone is its ability to capture great footage, both in stills and video. The portrait mode is particularly effective, blurring the background and creating a professional-looking effect. In addition, the 4K video recording capabilities are smooth and impressive. You can even use the zoom feature while shooting video, which adds another level of convenience.

**Comparison to S22 Ultra**

For those interested in comparing this phone to its larger sibling, the S22 Ultra, I'll just mention that it's bigger and has a slightly larger screen. However, if you're not as concerned with having a massive screen, the standard S22 might be the more practical choice for most users.

opened the galaxy s 22 plus used it for a day or so so we'll give you overview also initial impressions but i did not unbox the s22 so let's open this up and i feel these uh regular series of smartphones are actually very important because i feel most of the consumers will gravitate towards this one in fact there was quite a bit of interest uh with the smaller s22 variant also so our samsung idea to send that one also and guys these are review units that were sent to me by samsung so i've already opened this up so let's just keep that to the side this is the s22 plus looks like even the regular s22 they have sent in the black color they could have centered in the various actually they are quite a bit of other color variants also and guys uh these are already launched in india and uh the pricing for the regular s22 is somewhere around 75 000 and the bigger is about 85 000 but guys you can get it for a lot less because i was asking users on twitter i hadn't made a twitter post i'll leave the link and many of them were able to get it for a lot lower cost uh using various offers and stuff so check that out i'll also leave the link of samsung e-store because many of the good offers are available on that an official samsung stores and also leave other links so check that out for the offers so let's open this up and uh again i like the size this is compact uh this is the bigger s22 plus and this time actually a samsung uh went even uh what do you see in terms of screen size instead of going massive uh like the trend is they went to other side the s21 plus if i recall had a 6.7 inch screen this one has having a 6.6 inch screen and this one the smaller one is having a 6.1 inch screen earlier it was a 6.2 inch in fact i like it how compact this is okay so let's open this up and again yeah this was black and now you won't get a what do you say charger etc just a usb type-c cable in the box so that's what you get in the box not that much uh so let me keep this box to the side for now and yeah uh good thing is that both of them also have the new gorilla glass victus plus so again on front and back and this time even the smaller one this is glass guys and again i've been using this for over a day and this resists the fingerprints as you can see so sort of a matte texture in fact the camera setup is exactly the same on both the smartphones uh so i've already set it up and i've changed the finger what do you say wallpapers and stuff on this one and uh in terms of what we say build these looks substantial one thing i immediately notice and i'm noticing even on this regular s22 uh variant that's a smaller one uh this outer they call this the armor aluminum this is more pronounced guys so gives a lot assuring and a premium feel to this one even on this bigger one as you can see and these are sort of color coded because this one is the black variant it's black in other colors it's actually matched the back camera hump is also similar to uh what color you have in the earlier s21 they were contrasty but this is what it is and i feel actually this looks elegant in my frank opinion camera setup on both of them luckily the bigger one and the regular s22 is exactly the same the main sensor is a new 50 megapixel sensor in fact this uh samsung claims this uh sensor uh gets in a lot more light compared to the earlier so this is a new one if you recall earlier samsung used to use 12 megapixel sensor this is a new 50 megapixel sensor with optical image television and f stop is 1.8 uh then we also have a telephoto lens that's a 3x zoom this also has optical image stabilization and this is actually very called 10 megapixel and then uh we have a 12 megapixel that's ultra light so the camera setup is exactly the same on both the smartphones and i think so that's the big difference that i am noticing from earlier samsung series that the camera is really really good on this one in fact i have actually shot quite a bit of videos on this one and the video quality is really good i shot the videos in various conditions i'll actually show you that one went to mall there i shot some stuff so yeah so let me give you a physical overview let's uh it's exactly the same so let's uh go with the smaller one top we have the secondary noise cancellation microphone again that metallic aluminium armor aluminium like what samsung likes to call and here volume rocker power on off button gives very good tactile feel a very premium feel uh bottom the speakers i mean both of them have stereo speakers good the ones type c port and your main microphone uh port is here and the sim tray uh but again guys no what do you say sd card obviously so it's a dual sim nano that you are getting on both the devices uh storage uh the base reading guys comes with 128 gigabytes of storage that is also a variant with 256 gigabytes of storage ram will be eight gigabytes on both of them and this end if you notice nothing on this one back is similar again apart from the size it's exactly the similar guys obviously there'll be a wave difference uh the smaller one is 167 grams so very very comfortable actually feels very light to hold the bigger one is some 195 grams of of course the screen size is different 6.1 inch screen and this is the 6.6 inch screen both of them are actually amulet screens and 120 hertz uh but in terms of brightness uh this one can go insanely bright at 1750 this one is also very bright for what it is 1300 nets so let me do one thing let's just boot this up first i hope it has a charge okay and one more thing is that regarding fast charging the smaller one supports fast charging up to 25 watts whereas the plus version up to 45 watts uh both of them have reverse wireless charging wireless charging that's exactly the same so let me do one thing guys let me actually set this up and then we will continue so guys i have set up this s22 so let's have a look and here we have the s22 plus side by side so that you can get a better idea and guys i didn't install anything just pc mark i have installed and this is the stock wallpaper change it again but this is a lot colorful that i added uh so it looks cool uh so this gives you a size difference between the devices this is 6.1 inch screen this is a 6.6 inch screen both are 120 hertz amoled that that you are getting so no issues 120 hertz also and uh many of you were asking me the first question is what is the processor that we are getting in india and to prove you guys let me i just installed this pc mark and here as you can see if you go to by default it'll be like this you can just go here and go to the my device and both have done and as you can see snapdragon 8 gen 1. uh the snapdragon s22 series that we are getting in india all will come with the snapdragon 8 gen 1 processor not the exynos and this is applicable for even though what do you say ultra so let me get that very very clear still getting a lot of questions regarding that okay next thing is regarding the 5g bands many of you have asked me because i forgot to mention that in the ultra unboxing uh actually i checked these two both of them will be getting 16 bands of 5g and this is very important that means no issues regarding fiji and even if you travel to foreign countries there also you will get 5g so no issues regarding that that you're getting on this one and both of them will have that gorilla glass vectors so i'll just keep this the smaller one to the side it's compact and everything uh but before that let me actually uh here are all the specs for this regular s22 so that you get a better idea regarding uh the i'll talk about the main differences later on but i'll just keep this to the side for now and let's look at this one because i've been using this one for the past one and a half days and installed my apps and all those things and again this is also having the same processor just this size difference that you're getting and very very fluid guys 120 hertz and again i was just playing around with this one again with samsung phones the screen is the highest thing they put the best quality screen and that's the same case even with this one and even the ultra so no issues regarding the screen in fact this can go very very bright 1750 nets in terms of brightness so even uh earlier i was just actually i've took a lot of sample shots i'll show you that later on uh even in direct sunlight when i was taking the shots it was clear which is not that great with generally many of the uh phones even high-end phones you have to tilt a little bit but that was not the case it goes 1750 minutes so uh if you just leave it out of brightness don't have to worry about it uh next thing is another thing that samsung calls and it's very difficult to show on video uh even in what is a high contrast area or in dull lighting the contrast is enhanced on this one they call it vision boost so screen quality again guys as expected with samsung no issues regarding the screen quality that's a highlight i would say and again both are true flagship phones as i've told you wireless charging and all those things are available on both the phones and if you go over here you have all the quick toggles and evil dolby atmos is there some of you have asked me and right now my primary sim is there wi-fi calling all those things i have tested works very well in fact for quality no issues that we expect with series phones same thing no issues in terms of call quality uh so all the bells and whistles are available on this one and if you go over here under the hood i like the fact that out of the box it's coming with android 12 so you don't have to worry and in fact uh samsung is promising next four years of android updates and five years of security updates that's the best uh that you can get with any android phone out there so that way also you are sort of covered in fact uh past one day i've been using uh this smartphone and i did not notice any ads or anything for example even in uh what do you say this weather app or anything nothing like that so i think so that a little bit of ads that they were creeping in earlier samsung phones they have solved with this one so no issues regarding that and uh i've just installed a couple of apps that i use regularly on this one i've been using it for past one day and it's very good one thing i immediately noticed guys and i think so this is an improvement uh if you notice uh this one both of them actually have this ultrasonic fingerprint scanner but i think so samsung really improved it on the s22 series if you notice how fl would this has become earlier the ultrasonic's uh fingerprint scanner though it's more secure than the optical fingerprint scanner but it was a little bit slow if you recall in some of the earlier samsung phones but this one oh my god i think they've completely solved it uh even on the ultra that i i was testing it's the same case even with this one the regular s so i think so they are really worked on this ultrasonic fingerprint scanner it's blazingly fast so no issues regarding that and uh regarding the battery capacity guys both are different uh uh this one is having a slightly bigger battery life battery capacity 4500 milliamp hour this is 37 100 milliamp r on this one so i'll have to test but this one as i've told you have used it a little bit uh this is just the first charge cycle just the first charge cycle i've used let me actually show you the stats uh but because i was also skeptical and guys remember new smartphones they take a couple of charge cycles to get to the optimum battery life so hopefully this should get actually even better battery life i saved the battery starts and if i go to not on camera screenshots if you look at it let me show you the first one okay if you notice uh one day two hours of the charger that means 26 hours are of the charger and if you look at the starts uh we got a screen on time off and it was at seven percent uh five hours 57 minutes that's almost six hours of sot that we are getting so uh looks like uh the battery life will be good on this one i was a little bit skeptical but it looks like it will be good obviously on the smaller i expect uh i have to test obviously i expect this to be getting slightly less sot almost about 30 minutes or so but another thing that i noticed again on both the phones this i've just been playing for about 20-30 minutes is i don't know what the samsung did in terms of build quality these new s22 series phones feel a lot what do you say better built uh i would say give some more premium feel maybe it's just because of this metallic reeling is a little bit bigger and i like the fact this is completely flat guys the screen it's not rounded or something i prefer this one so that's a nice thing another thing is that yes you don't get a case in the box but again this is resisting the fingerprints in my opinion uh now the biggest thing that i would say i have noticed on these smartphones is that the cameras actually are really really good i think so that's the trump card of these new s22 series so even the ultra i was testing i think the camera is the highlighting point about that one but in fact as i've shown you i've taken a lot of camera samples tons and tons of camera samples and videos so let me just actually show you some samples taken with the rear facing camera during the morning hours and as you can see the color reproduction is actually really good this is a regular shot and this was that the ultra wide as you can see some samples that i took in the mall regular and this was that ultra white i like the colors that i'm getting with this one as you can see they look very very good even in this body is a mixed lighting condition it does a very good job i like the fact this is actually 3x zoom guys this is the 1x zoom notice uh how close i can go with 3x zoom without even moving uh this was the regular shot this was the portrait regular mode and portrait 3x mode some more samples that i took randomly and as you can see the quality of the snaps came out really good these was actually at night again an artificial lighting regular shot and even the ultra wide at night came out good now some samples taken with the front facing camera and i think so this time the front-facing camera performance is a lot better and these were taken in the portrait mode but i also took some a video sample so let me actually show you the same shooting this with the ultraviolet with the samsung galaxy s22 plus we're just uh going on this ora thing uh if you look at this let's see if it's very harsh lighting how it's handling exposure and bring back to me uh how it does because again here there is a shadow and this is an ultraviolet this is not in the regular lens uh we'll also shoot some footage in regular lens and see how is the footage shooting this uh sample with 4k video with the s22 and this is s22 plus as you can see we were in the mall so just shooting the video this is in 4k guys and we can also use the zoom option let me this is the 3x zoom as you can see it goes back to 1x and wide angle so you can even do all this while shooting the video so this is a quick sample with the rear facing camera uh this was in 4k shooting the video with the front facing camera and i'm just walking around as you can see just moving around this is artificial lighting i am not sure if my voice is being able to capture but yeah very quick sample just heading up guys i also noticed that this one also has that portrait video mode where as you can see the background is sort of a blur so decided to shoot it outdoors in real world to see how effective this is because static pictures photographs in portrait mode is easy but this is video moving stuff at least in the preview it looks good but let me know what do you feel about the same this is the portrait video mode it works both with the front facing as well as the rear facing camera so guys uh that's it for now for the unboxing of this galaxy s22 and the overview of about the galaxy s22 plus so what in the mall regular and this was that ultra white i like the colors that i'm getting with this one as you can see they look very very good even in this body is a mixed lighting condition it does a very good job i like the fact this is actually 3x zoom guys this is the 1x zoom notice uh how close i can go with 3x zoom without even moving uh this was the regular shot this was the portrait regular mode and portrait 3x mode some more samples that i took randomly and as you can see the quality of the snaps came out really good these was actually at night again an artificial lighting regular shot and even the ultra wide at night came out good now some samples taken with the front facing camera and i think so this time the front-facing camera performance is a lot better and these were taken in the portrait mode but i also took some a video sample so let me actually show you the same shooting this with the ultraviolet with the samsung galaxy s22 plus we're just uh going on this ora thing uh if you look at this let's see if it's very harsh lighting how it's handling exposure and bring back to me uh how it does because again here there is a shadow and this is an ultraviolet this is not in the regular lens uh we'll also shoot some footage in regular lens and see how is the footage shooting this uh sample with 4k video with the s22 and this is s22 plus as you can see we were in the mall so just shooting the video this is in 4k guys and we can also use the zoom option let me this is the 3x zoom as you can see it goes back to 1x and wide angle so you can even do all this while shooting the video so this is a quick sample with the rear facing camera uh this was in 4k shooting the video with the front facing camera and i'm just walking around as you can see just moving around this is artificial lighting i am not sure if my voice is being able to capture but yeah very quick sample just heading up guys i also noticed that this one also has that portrait video mode where as you can see the background is sort of a blur so decided to shoot it outdoors in real world to see how effective this is because static pictures photographs in portrait mode is easy but this is video moving stuff at least in the preview it looks good but let me know what do you feel about the same this is the portrait video mode it works both with the front facing as well as the rear facing camera so guys uh that's it for now for the unboxing of this galaxy s22 and the overview of about the galaxy s22 plus so what do you guys feel about these new smartphones from samsung i frankly feel i also have the ultra over here guys and let me give you a size difference between all of them obviously the ultra is the biggest this has a 6.8 inch screen this is the 6.6 inch screen and this is finally having a 6.1 inch screen and i frankly feel um the s22 plus might be the most practical for most of the users but i can completely understand if you like small size phones you can have a look at this one uh of course yes yeah you have the ultra if you want that big phone and i feel if you are more towards that s pen kind of a user then you can gravitate towards this one in fact i'll try to post a
