DIY GIANT JELLY FILLED DOUGHNUT

**Creating a Giant Jelly-Filled Donut: A Step-by-Step Guide**

Welcome back, everyone! My name is [Your Name], and I want to thank you all for being here. It’s incredible to see so many of you joining our journey, and today marks a special milestone—2,000 subscribers! To celebrate this achievement, I decided to make something truly gigantic—a giant jelly-filled donut. Not just any ordinary donut, but one filled with that sweet, gooey goodness we all love. Let’s get started!

---

### Ingredients You’ll Need

Before diving into the fun part, let’s gather everything you’ll need for this delicious project:

- **1/3 cup of sugar**

- **1/2 a bar of melted butter**

- **2 eggs**

- **5 cups of flour**

- **3/4 teaspoon of salt**

- **1 and 1/2 cups of warm milk**

- **2 packets (7 grams each) of instant yeast**

- **A tablespoon of sugar** (for the yeast mixture)

- **Powdered sugar** for dusting

- **Jelly of your choice** to fill the donut

---

### Step-by-Step Process

1. **Prepping the Mixtures:**

- In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/2 a bar of melted butter, and 2 eggs. Mix these ingredients thoroughly and set them aside.

- In another bowl, mix 5 cups of flour with 3/4 teaspoon of salt. Set this mixture aside as well.

- In the third bowl, pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of warm milk. Add 2 packets of instant yeast and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix until the yeast dissolves completely. Let this sit for a while; soon enough, you’ll notice bubbles forming on top, much like foam.

2. **Combining Ingredients:**

- Once the yeast mixture starts to bubble, pour it into the egg mixture. Stir everything together.

- Gradually add the flour and salt mixture to the combined ingredients. Mix until smooth using a whisk, then switch to your hands for a good 10 minutes of kneading. The result should be a doughy, elastic consistency.

3. **Letting It Rise:**

- Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 20 minutes. You’ll notice it doubles in size during this time.

- If the dough seems too large for your frying pan, feel free to cut it in half. Use one half to create your donut shape.

4. **Frying the Doughnut:**

- After letting the dough rise again (about 20 minutes), carefully scoop it and deep-fry it for around five minutes. Be cautious with the heat—375 degrees proved too high, resulting in a slightly browner finish. Opting for 350 degrees yielded a perfect balance of crunch and softness.

5. **Assembling the Giant Jelly-Filled Donut:**

- Dust your fried doughnut with powdered sugar to give it that classic donut look.

- Use a kebab stick or small tool to create a hole in the center, then flatten the area slightly to make room for the jelly.

- With a frosting bag and tip, carefully fill the center with jelly. Squeeze gently to avoid any messy overflows.

6. **Final Touches:**

- Once filled, your giant jelly-filled donut is ready to be enjoyed! The combination of crunchy exterior and soft interior makes it truly special.

### Reflections and Next Steps

This was an absolute blast to make, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out despite a few minor hiccups along the way. The taste exceeded my expectations—crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with that sweet jelly filling.

gonna be a giant jelly filled donut yeah now I got your attention so I really hope you guys like it and also don't forget to subscribe to get my channel a little try and also become a new member of the family yes yes and without further ado let's just get straight on into the video No so I just got this donut recipe from online so first it said to get 1/3 cup of sugar 1/2 a bar of melted butter and then 2 eggs and mix it all together and put it aside then I just got another Bowl and put 5 cups of flour and 3/4 a teaspoon of salt then I just mixed it and put it aside then I got one last bowl and put 1 and 1/2 cups of warm milk in it and then 2 packets of 7 gram packets of instant yeast and then I just put a tablespoon of sugar and they mix it all together until the yeast was all dissolved into the milk then just let it sit there for a while and then you will start to notice a little bit of bubbles on the top kind of like foam then once it's done just go ahead and get that and put it inside your egg mixture then I just mix it all together and then I got my flour mixture and I mix that with the egg mixture too then once I couldn't mix it with the whisk anymore I got my hands and I started to get down and dirty and I started to knead it for about like 10 minutes until it became a really nice doughy consistency then I just went ahead and put it in a bowl along with the towel on top so that it could rise after about 20 minutes it doubled in size and I realized that it was a little bit too big for my doughnut so I decided to cut it in half and then I made a doughnut out of the other half and then I put a towel on top of it again and let it rise for about 20 minutes after about 20 minutes I scooped it up and I start to deep-fry it for about like five minutes and I realized that the temperature was a little bit too high I had it at 375 degrees and sort of like 350 and so it came out a little bit browner than I expected but it still tasted really good and I think it actually might have tasted better than a regular doughnut because it was kind of like crunchy and soft at the same time so I thought it was really good then I just went ahead and got some powdered sugar and I just like kind of spread it all over the doughnut then I just got like a kebab stick and I made a hole where I wanted to put my jelly and then I kind of like emptied it flattened inside so that the jelly could go in it just got a frosting bag and I put some jelly in it then I just squeeze it all in and then voila I have a jelly filled a giant jelly filled donut and it tastes delicious
